It is difficult to find for the first time visitor. Location & Breakfast is good. IN room amenities like toiletries, shoe shoe shiner, electric Iron and bord, should have been there in the room. House keeping do not replenish the amenities properly daily. Scope for improvement in house keeping.

Great for an evening stroll after a hard days work. Consider it a proposal - a little bit more options for a European style breakfast and a short guide of dining/shopping/sightseeing options around the hotel would be a great add-on to the overall excellent service.

• Zoe (10/5): Amazing details - Best option in Changzhou - Great staff and great breakfast. We actually stayed at several holiday inn express throughout our trip and this one is the best. Good sized room, clean bathroom and smart toilet that washes your :) for you. Breakfast was with great veriaty and the staff at the front gives the best greetings every morning. Near the front desk there's also an all day beverage station with a Dr Coffee machine that gives decent coffee (made an Aussie man happy), tea bags and ready made hot/cold beverages you can take - I've seen milk tea, ginger tea, lemon tea and yuzu honey tea. YUM! Clean laundry room with even fabric softner and disinfectant. Gym with a AI fitness mirror. Two lovely robots to deliver anything to the room. And most importantly a super convenient location with a great shopping plaza downstairs. can't fault anything

• Ken (10/5): - I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and it was one of the better and valued hotel I've experienced in Changzhou. Rooms were clean but a little on the smaller side since I was traveling with my family. Unlike other hotels, the front desk is located on floor 7 being that this is part of the mall, all levels below are shops and office. That being said, you'll find the business area, kids area, dining area, and laundry room all located on the 7th floor, everything above are guest rooms. I didn't noticed any bellpersons, so you're on your own with your own bags. As mentioned, the hotel is part of the mall, and one of the nicer and newer malls in Changzhou so the hotel location is excellent. BRT and other bus stops is only a few minutes walk away, you can usually find taxis at these bus stops as well. Overall, my stay with my family were excellent and I wanted to mentioned the dining staff in the morning; which I can't remember her name was great. She was very friendly and always had a great smile, in fact she was working the entire time I was there and both my wife and I noticed she never took a day off. Overall, I would stay here again if I'm in the area.
• Nobuyuki (10/5): 常州市内の常宿です。 - 常州市内で宿泊するときの常宿にしています。 この料金帯の中国のホテルと比較すると、部屋の広さ、清潔さ、周辺環境など全てにおいて満足できるレベルです。 フロントスタッフは英語ができるので、中国語が出来なくても問題なし、対応もとてもいいです。 部屋の掃除も毎日しっかりやってくれるのと清掃スタッフの愛想もいいです。 Wi-Fi環境は少し弱めですが、問題なく使用できます。 ホテルの朝食もかなり充実していますし、隣接しているショッピングセンターにはスタバや24時間営業のコーヒーショップもあり打ち合わせなどにも使えます。 夕食もショッピングセンター内（５F、６F）に行けば中華、日本食、ラーメン、焼肉店など揃っていますし、少し歩けばレストランも多数ありますので不自由なし。 あとは常州駅までは焼く5キロ、タクシーで15分程度。 とてもいいホテルだと思いますのでおススメです。
• KIYOSHI (8/5): - 言語の問題でスタッフとの会話も通じないことはあったが、それでも何とか親切ににスマホ翻訳で意思疎通を図ったり、朝、その夜の食事をするのに美味しい店を尋ねたがあまり通じず諦めて出かけたが、夕方帰ってきたら部屋にスタッフからの日本語のお勧め店の案内が入っていたのには感激した！ ただ1点、ベッドメイクでシーツを交換せず体裁を整えるだけという日があったのは残念であった。

• Dean (10/5): - Changzhou isn't a tourist hot spot but we found the helpfulness of the staff outstanding regardless of language barriers. That said there were English speaking staff with reasonable to good English. So helpful that staff drove us to destinations on two occasions because taxis were fully booked and unavailable. Great self serve laundry facilities.

• JING (10/5): 地理位置优越，酒店楼下就是大型shopping mall - 酒店位置优越，在九洲新世界购物中心，酒店楼下就是大型shopping mall，吃饭购物玩乐一应俱全，距离淹城春秋乐园大概9公里，停车停在购物中心的地下停车场，酒店提供停车券。大床房的床是1.5米的，较其他酒店的大床房的床小，但是舒适度OK，房间干净，提供免费矿泉水。
