- sam (2/5): Scam - I could go on forever but basically, I paid for the the pictured beach front duplex but was forced to stay at another property that was much further from the location and advertised for 120$ less. The property was dirty and not well kept and after going back and forth with the incredibly rude staff for weeks they refused to issue a refund and kept the extra 1000$ that I paid for the original advertised location. This whole experience was a nightmare and this place and the staff are GARBAGE.
- momof4 (6/5): Good space and location but not my favorite. - The location was good but the beach right across wasn't great for kids because the waves were high and broke close to the shore. The condo was just ok. The space was great for a larger family. There was only one smoke detector in the entire place though. Everyone ended up with black feet from walking on the tile. The master bed felt like it was going to fall apart and the other mattresses were pretty bad. The garage parking space was very narrow which made it difficult to park. There is a nice lady who lives below(which we didn't know about) but they said there would be a $800 noise fee if we were too loud. We'll stay in a different place next time.
- John B (6/5): Convenient & a beautiful view of the ocean & pier - Nice stay but we had to keep the windows closed to reduce the noise of the Restaurant & keep the Restaurant created garbage next door (gnats) out of the house. No screens on many of the windows & sliders.
- Kimberly (6/5): I would say keep looking!! - Although it's a beach front property there is a huge kids playground/ park directly infront of the house!!! 2 different parking lots on both side of the property! So instead of seeing sand and the beach/ water from the balcony you see a park, restrooms, the pier, and 2 parking lots!! Not what I was expecting at all! Waited over an hour just to get into the house.. Communication was the worst at the beginning, they send you an itinerary to get into the house, but the PDF file was missing pages! Couldn't get ahold of anybody for and hour. There were broken blinds and furniture. I took pictures before hand just incase they tried to keep my deposit. Also there are 2 bars next door.. Gets very loud at night! If I didn't have kids this would've bothered me as much, but we did and the noise was until 2am.
