Poca variedad y un poco justo. No merece la pena pagar por el desayuno incluido. Mejor desayunar en cualquier pastelería-cafetería de la zona

No sé puede acceder a la zona en coche y tuvimos que cargar con las maletas hasta allí desde el parking jean d arc. Nunca vi una habitación en la que la pareja estando en la cama no pueda ver ducharte por la opacidad del cristal , pero va a lavarse las manos y te vea hacer de vientre por no tener esa opacidad en los otros cristales. La reserva decía que tenía TV con Netflix streaming y no era así , solo canales internacionales pero español no se veía. La reserva dice que hablan español y no fue así.

- Catriona (9/5): A pleasant and well situated hotel - A very well situated hotel, a short distance from the Capitole, in a quiet street. The staff members were pleasant. The breakfast was good. There were nuts, for decorative purposes, on the cheeseboard at breakfast. Bearing in mind that there are people who are severely allergic to nuts this should be avoided I think.

- GOBERT (7/5): Décevant - La baignoire et les produits de toilette de qualité On entend la conversation les clients de la chambre d'à côté quand on est dans le petit salon. La douche est trop près du lavabo, ça mouille toutes les affaires. La chambre est décevante pour le prix, on entend la ventilation du chauffage toute la nuit ! On avait commandé le petit déjeuner en chambre avec un supplément de prix, on l'a eu en retard, on a eu des viennoiseries trop sèches, les pancakes trop cuits, pas bons, peu de café surtout pour se faire un café au lait, le prix du petit déjeuner est trop cher pour ce que l'on a ou alors faut peut-être descendre mais on a payé quand même un supplément. Je précise que nous avons décoré nous mêmes le lit pour la Saint-Valentin vu le prix du supplément pour quelques pétales de rose

Unable to cancel reservation at either spot. Won’t use bookings.com again. Too small for the money, but great location and clean.

- Maëva (10/5): - Le personnel était vraiment très accueillant, notre chien a même eu le droit à une superbe gamelle et des friandises. L'emplacement est incroyable, c'est une rue très tranquille avec de superbes restaurants dont notamment une très bonne crêperie en face de l'hôtel ! La rue commence à la basilique St Sernin et se termine à la place du capitole c'est vraiment top ! Nous nous sommes garés au parking Jeanne d'Arc qui est à 7 min à pied. Il faut compter 20/25 euros la journée. La salle-de-bains était top, les produits mis à disposition étaient vraiment bien ! Seulement le fait qu'il n'y a pas de parking sinon rien du tout.

Mucho ruido las ventanas no tienen isolacion se escucha todos los ruidos de la calle, la habitacion tenia poca luz mismo con las ventanas abiertas, una cosa importante la limpieza no es de un hotel de 4 estrellas, tuve que pedir papel de de water en la recepcion porque la señora de limpieza no lo repone, toalha de baño dos dias seguidos no han puesto una toalha de baño (eramos 2 personas mi mujer y yo) tuve que usar una toalha pequeña de manos para mi y dejar la grande para mi mujer para poder ducharme me queje en la recepcion y me han contestado fue un error de la señora de la limpieza lo siento (pero no lo han solucionado) pero para cobrarme 30 euros porque pedi para irme a las 13h ya que el check out era a las 11h eso si que fueran rapidos no han tardado nada jajaja. Asi que para un hotel de 4 estrellas no pueden cometer esos errores no pague barato y no se pueden permitir equivocar se asi

Step out into city on a quiet street....just a 10 minutes stroll to the central square....where we enjoyed breakfast sitting outside as the sun rose. Ideal location. We enjoyed a beautifully presented evening meal in the hotel restaurant. Good value, centrally located hotel. We would readily stay here again. Glad our room had a separate toilet within the room, wouldn't have liked it in the open plan style shower area of the main room.

- Niki (6/5): - Pros: Location is great for exploring the city. Deluxe room is large and bed is comfortable. Most staff are friendly and helpful. Bathroom products are great. Cons: As of Sept., the property turns off air conditioning, which makes all the rooms really hot. The only way to get air is to open the windows, which lets in bugs and street noise. Housekeeper did not leave any bottled water after cleaning. One particular staff only gave me one bottle as he said only one per person. This is really petty considering the room rate I paid. The same staff also told my friend (who had her own room) that she could not get hot water from the bar as it would be a paid service. Again very petty.
