Guest Reviews

- Willow (6/5): - It is a great price for the area! Also staff was very friendly The rooms were outdated and the rooms could have been a little cleaner. There was an old fry on the floor by the bed but otherwise was pretty clean.
- Juan (8/5): -
- Washburn (10/5): -
- Nithila (10/5): -
- Karen (10/5): We would happily stay there again! - It was spacious and roomy with a very comfortable bed. It was definitely clean. The staff was very friendly! It would have been nice to have a mini fridge, however we were also right next to the ice machine in the laundry room so that made up for it!
- Chris (10/5): - Very nice people
Really clean
- Shelley (5/5): Just okay - There was no breakfast as initially said on booking.com. The staff guy said they did away with it.
It was just an okay place to stay.
- Peter (10/5): We had a nice stay - Location was fine, the facility clean and well cared for, the breakfast was fine but expensive
- Brenda (9/5): Terrific choice for a stay in Camden - Excellent staff, very helpful. Nice clean room and bed. Would come back again! No complaints. Loved it.
- Hugo (10/5): -
- Monte (1/5): - didn’t stay. we were double booked by you.
- Darrell (9/5): I would definitely stay there again. Rooms are generously roomy. Very clean & the bed a comfortable 👍 - Location & parking is perfect
- Jason (5/5): Over - Nothing. Room had an overpowering smell of mold. Absolutely vile.
- Charles (10/5): -
- Erika (9/5): We had a clean, comfortable overnight stay while taking in an attraction at the Camden Opera House. - The location of Cedar Crest Inn was perfect. It was easy to get to the downtown area with a multitude of restaurants and shops. Check in was smooth and efficient. Our room was very clean, smelled clean and comfortable for three people.
- Ed (9/5): - Great meal and awesome chef for dinner !
- Kathleen (8/5): - Staff was very good, they tried to be helpful when we had issues. The rooms are nice with a good amount of space. The restaurant on site had good food. We only spent one night but would stay again if in the area. Had a couple of issues such as the TV and coffee maker not working, that people attempted to address. For example, we were given coffee from the lobby but it took 2 trips to get it.
- Pamela (10/5): Comfortable, clean and friendly people - Lovely, helpful people
Clean; attention to detail for guests
- Bonnie (7/5): It was not the worse place I have stayed - Did not have breakfast there wasn’t sure about it as it wasn’t opened yet. When we check in late afternoon check in person was not very friendly. Did not tell us anything about the motel and seemed very distracted. I thought it was in town but not that it was far out only about a mile we had to drive as person I was with could not walk that far. Properly very dated. Beds were comfortable which was a plus but hair in shower. Gentlemen in morning for check out were very. Ice and informative. They do have coffee and homemade bed in office which was a nice touch

- Brenda (9/5): Loved It and am Coming Back! - Convenient location and really nice room. Everything was clean and tidy. Good value and very helpful front desk staff. Friendly and I even got a free banana! Parking lot easy to get around. All went very well and I made a reservation to come back again on my return trip through the area.
- Lamar (9/5): Exactly what I thought it would be. - It’s quiet.
- Janet (9/5): I would go back. - Friendly office staff helped me with bookings as they did not have an option to choose a pet friendly room on the booking app. Cupcakes were available during check-in. Room was clean and cool (97 outside). Beds were very comfortable. Loved the green bath soap. It was very quiet all night. I didn't try the pool but it looked inviting. $40 pet fee was about twice the usually hotel rate. That was OK since the hotel price including the pet fee was better than other hotels in the area. The bathroom door had to be opened with a screwdriver if you closed it all the way (latch set in to far). I forgot to mention it at checkout - hopefully no one will get stuck.
- John (9/5): Was pleasant and so were the staff - Didn’t have breakfast there No uber. Had to walk done town. Was not a two minute walk like the add said

- Richard (9/5): Clean, comfortable accommodations located just outside downtown Camden - The restaurant was wonderful, especially the delicious breakfast sandwiches. The location is wooded, with many flowers, and quite attractive overall.

- Denille (10/5): Excellent, highly recommend - Exceptionally clean and comfortable room. Very friendly staff. Lovely stay and enjoyed the coast and visiting lighthouses. It was perfect that our dog was welcomed too. Zero complaints
- Charles (3/5): Plumbing issues ruined our stay. - Waiting to get into the room
- Ashley (2/5): Will not go back. - location Very dated property, small space, broken hooks and toilet seat in bathroom, tv did not turn on, way over priced for quality. We checked out a day early due to uncomfortable accommodations.
- Victoria (7/5): -
Alles da was man braucht.
- Hou-An (7/5): -
- JERI (7/5): - Needs updating but great location. Staff were very friendly Old outdated bedding
- Antonia (9/5): -
- A1816PGdales (10/5): Home away from home - While on a bucket list trip going where the road took us, we stumbled upon Cedar Crest Inn, how lucky where we. This property provides a quaint and relaxing atmosphere. The staff made us fill as family. The rooms are fresh, large and clean. The owners were on hand jumping in and doing everything that the staff had to do. Our stay was so nice we keep extending our stay and even returned after a few day's up north.
P.S. us must try the Blueberry coffee.

- Traveler59639986497 (10/5): Great experience! - I was hesitant to book accommodations at such reasonable rates because I’ve had some bad experiences. The Cedar Crest Inn was wonderful. Clean, comfortable rooms, coffee, tea and fruit in the check in building. Very pleasant personnel. The restaurant attached had delicious breakfast sandwiches. I would book again.
- Thijs (9/5): - It was a great stay. Jake was a nice host
- Vincent (10/5): A charming small New England hotel in Camden ideal for fall foliage watchers. - A charming old nostagic hotel in New England. Guests are pampered with free fresh hot coffee and fruit.Kudos to Riley,Kenny and Jake in front desk.Room is spacious, clean and very comfortable. Fall foliage is on the property and right outside my balcony , refreshing with beautiful view in the morning right after waking up. Supermarket is right in the neighborhood in walking distance. A highly rated restaurant is on the hotel property. None
- Claire (10/5): -
- Jacqueline (10/5): -
- Randcmurphy (10/5): Great size room - Great double queen room. Ryley made the check in nice and easy and Jake made it just as easy to check out. Room was in great condition. Dog friendly and plenty of space for the kids to sleep in a queen bed.
- John (9/5): -
- Loc-Dung (7/5): - Location is goo People smoke outside very strong odor
- Evelyn (8/5): -
- Sightsee18980842224 (10/5): Custom ordered room - We liked room 37: very clean, very quiet, on the edge of the forest. Off season price was very right! Everything- bed, room, bathroom, furniture, pictures on the wall- was just as I would order a nice stay.
Thank you, Melissa, Lwazi, Anthony, Riley, and Jake and Jill at the front desk. I will tell others of Cedar Crest Inn, in Camden. Maine hospitality. Thank you, all!
- virginia (9/5): -
- Susan (8/5): - Quaint motel Drain was slow
- Ephraim (6/5): -
- Wei-Yin (9/5): - Staffs are very helpful. Unstable wifi
- Barbara (10/5): -
- GypsySonnetGirl (10/5): A Pleasant Dog Friendly Hotel - Cedar Crest Inn is a dog friendly hotel with large, clean rooms. Located on the main street into town, it is a short drive to the waterfront. Breakfast is not included but the rooms have a microwave and fridge. A small restaurant is on property. There is a grocery store nearby for muffins and yogurt.
- Bianka (8/5): -
- Jack (8/5): - Friendly staff, clean room.
- Martin (9/5): -
- kdwills (10/5): Quiet location, clean rooms. - Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, very clean and comfortable room. Front dest very helpful with options for dining. Had a great stay! Thanks.
- Lora (10/5): Great value, convenient location, cute Inn! - Last minute stay and it was great! Comfy bed, great location! Really lovely coffee in the lobby, too!
- Brian (10/5): - Close to downtown, and the fresh cookies
- Jessica (8/5): -
- Marc (10/5): -
- Carmelina (1/5): Dirty & smelly - Dirty. Dirty. Dirty & smelly too. Gave me a hard time on my service dog. Wanted to charge me $40. They have no idea service dog is a law. Dirty
- Sara (9/5): -
- Norma (4/5): - The office staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was available for early checkin.
The motel room was old, musty and needed updated. There was a Damp Rid container in the closet area. The air conditioner window unit was loud and old. The room had two small lamps- needless to say it was poorly lit. For the price we paid, we were disappointed with the room.
- Amanda (10/5): -
- Peter (9/5): Friendly, comfortable motel in Camden - Good spot not too far out of town. Fruit and tea/coffee available in office was a nice touch. No breakfast available - but there was a restaurant in the location.
- Ann Marie (6/5): - Expensive for the type of room. The staff are very nice-just an old property and hasn’t been updated.
- Robert (10/5): -
- Stephen (8/5): - Room was clean and comfortable, shower water was hot quickly. Check in was quick and coffee and cookies were offered in the check in area. Has a outdoor pool as well if you're so inclined.
- Ken (10/5): - A perfect place to stay
- Juliet (8/5): - Friendly staff, clean room, quiet facility. A/C was a bit noisy, but worked well, so I was satisfied.
- deborah (10/5): Everything was awesome -
- Diane (8/5): - Nice walkable location to the harbor area, under a mile. TV had no reception, bathroom sink drained slow, forgot large bathroom towels, but these weren’t a big deal.
- Xiaoyu (10/5): - Room is big
- Michael (10/5): - Very nice room. Was a quiet place. Staff was very friendly
- JEANNE (9/5): -
- Susan (2/5): Yuck. - Location. Smell of room. Condition of room. Noise.
- Mary Ellen (8/5): - Was a clean room! Very comfortable
- Annette (10/5): - Friendly check-in, comfortable beds.
- Susan (7/5): Crystal was super helpful! - We had a mix up with Booking.com and the receptionist at Cedar Crest when out of her way to help us get it straightened out. I also appreciated the fresh fruit available at the coffee counter in the lobby area.
- Elizabeth (5/5): A little tired - The room was large and parking easy. There was coffee, fruit and cookies provided at Reception. The place is old and the room smelt very musty.. needs a good airing.
- Eugene (6/5): -
- Gail (10/5): - Good parking
- Eileen (10/5): - Everything was lovely and wonderful except for the TV. The desk clerk and maintenance person helped us with the remote right after we checked in. To turn it off, it appeared that we had to unplug it. In the morning, we had trouble getting it to come on again. We did not call for help since we were packing up to leave,
- James (10/5): - Great staff very polite and helpful. Room was clean ,comfortable and roomy. Would definitely stay here again.
- Wilhelms (7/5): -
- Alexandra (10/5): - Clean room, easy parking
- Elena (7/5): - The hotel is rated 3-4 stars. They need to do a better job cleaning the rooms and change the mattresses.
- sidney (10/5): - The hotel is truly great value for the money especially in this high season of holy experience The room is large and very comfortable and well-appointed. It is highly recommended but there are two issues: The first is the Wi-Fi is horrible and spotty and unreliable and the second is that to turn on the shower requires strength of Atlas to pull out the knob in order to allow the shower to work instead of the bath. We actually had a call maintenance to help us. The guy came in and did it easily but he was about 6'4 and 240 lb and look as strong as Charles Atlas! They have got to make that easier and just put lubricant in it! Beyond that it's a terrific comfortable place.
