Laba lokācijas vieta, tuvu sabiedriskais transports. Brokastis garšīgas. Tīra gultas veļa. Vannas istabas spoguļi, istabiņas spogulis netika tīrīti, virtuves sienas bija putekļainas, aizkari putekļaini. Katru tīrīšanas reizi netika iedots pilns komplekts ar dvieļiem. Vannas istabā nepieciešami remontdarbi.

И все время в зале сидел то ли хозяин то ли администратор и повар женщина, которые наблюдали кто сколько съел и выпил, аж не по себе было пойти долить кипятка себе на чай, 3 дня один и тот же завтрак, омлет, которого не хватало на гостей отеля. Просили помыть полы, что было проигнорировано. За 3 дня номер ни разу не убрали, полотенце не меняли... Обычно в отелях полотенце меняют каждый день, докладывают чай кофе, воду, мыльное, здесь такого не было, даже после просьбы. За 3 дня ни разу не вынесли мусор. Крайне недовольны и разочарованы сервисом...

- hukkam (7/5): Otelde bireysel konaklama yapılabilir fakat uygulamada taleplerinizi çözmüyorlar dikkat etmelisiniz, - Merkezi durumda ulaşması kolay beklenti konaklama ise uygun bir otel, odaları küçük fakat işlev görüyor. Genel olarak otel bakımsız fakat yatırım yapılmıyor. Rezervasyon sırasında fatura talebimi ilettiğim ve onayladığınız halde otel faturanın booking tarafından verilmesi gerektiğini belirtip fatura vermedi. Dolayısıyla iş amaçlı geldiğim halde fatura belgesi (Türkiye de zorunlu) olmadığı için masrafımı çalıştığım kurumdan alamadığım için madur durumdayım.

- kimia (2/5): - Sono una cliente Booking da oltre 20 anni e non ho mai vissuto un’esperienza così negativa. La camera assegnata alle 21:00 dopo 12 ore di viaggio presentava muffa sulle pareti, bagno non igienico, capelli e sporco su superfici, cestino con carta igienica usata di ospiti precedenti, e mobili danneggiati. Abbiamo segnalato immediatamente in reception e inviato foto la stessa sera. Lo staff di reception è stato gentile e ha provato ad aiutarci, ma la seconda camera mostrata era comunque inaccettabile (ancora sporca). Siamo state costrette a restare temporaneamente per mancanza di alternative sicure a quell’ora. Per quattro notti è stato un incubo: la stanza non è sanitaria, non riuscivamo nemmeno a fare colazione serenamente per l’odore di umidità/muffa. Le foto online non corrispondono in modo grave alla realtà. Questo hotel, a mio avviso, non dovrebbe essere su Booking finché non risolve i seri problemi di igiene e manutenzione. Sconsiglio vivamente.

- Osisanya (6/5): All in all, staff were nice , accommodation was decent enough for the price but the bed was so uncomfortable - The the lobby is pretty, staff was nice. The place was decent enough for the price. Breakfast was incudes with free wifi The bed in the room was not comfortable. I asked for a single king size bed . I got two single beds joined together to make a queen size bed which made the centre of the bed so uncomfortable to lay on , was forced to sleep at the ends of the bed and avoid the middle. I tried getting a new room but none was available .

- Fidana (10/5): Была один день в Стамбуле проездом по делам, так получилось, что другой человек перепутал и забрал мой багаж. Спасибо ме - Расположение удобное, 10 мин до метро, до площади Таксим тоже близко. В номере есть вода бесплатная, чай, кофе, чайник соответственно. Кондиционер мощно холодит, в ванной есть все туалетные принадлежности. В номере было чисто, кровать большая двухместная. Завтрак на -1 этаже с 8 до 10 утра. Шведский стол - чай, кофе, хлеб, вареные яйца, турецкая яичница, хлопья, сыры разных видов и колбасы. Сдержано, но вкусно.
- X1518AIstephenh (2/5): We would never use this hotel again as the pictures advertising it are very misleading! - The is one of the most disappointing stays in Istanbul. The hotel was dirty, rooms only cleaned on request and we had to regularly request towels, water and toilet rolls and tea and coffee also had to be requested. There was no gym even though advertised and pictures on website. We were advised this was totally removed during Covid and not replaced even still promoted. The pictures promoting the hotel are over 9 years old and we felt the hotel was run down. The staff very unhelpful and the food although just breakfast was very poor, lacked variety and not replenished. We stayed on the fourth floor and when we looked out of the windows we were faced with a building site, as there was a construction ongoing. I would highly not recommend this hotel.

The gym closed for years, but still advertised and pictures well out of date. The hotel is tired, room smells of cig smoke, ventilation system needs cleaned, breakfast poor & not as advertised. Outside of hotel looks on to to a building site, not city views.

- Tatiana (7/5): For 1-2 day stay with limited budget - The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us a bigger room for free. The interior is simple. The shower is good - strong and enough hot water. The hotel is 3* located in a business district of Istanbul, the surroundings are rather poor and dirty... The metro station is 5-7 min to walk. Lots of cafes, fruit shops and mini markets, shopping and business centers around. Breakfast was very poor.. one day boiled eggs and scramble, another day just boiled eggs and fried hot sausages.. besides there were a few slices of cheese, ham, bread, corn flakes with milk and coffee. The hotel is not been renovated on a regular basis, looks uncared.

- Susan (6/5): Nearly very good, but cleanliness an issue. - I would have rated this hotel higher if cleanliness standards had been better and more consistent. The bed was very clean and so was the shower, however the bin in the bathroom as dirty and lid left off when I picked it up to place on top it was filthy. Kitchen area - the sink had to be cleaned and there was foods remains around cooking area when I wiped a lot of tomato and oil on my cloth and I hadn’t cooked anything. The microwave was horrendous and had not been touched and was full of boiled over food and remains. Very little in terms of utensils. Floors however clean and swept. Reception unhelpful on evening of arrival however the young man on the desk in the morning was more than helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was basic but ok and there was the expected choice. A little more attention to cleanliness would have seen a higher rating and possibly an April re booking.

The lady doing the breakfast was very sweet. On my third day my room had not been made up yet and I had to ask for it. It was then, but this was also the last time within the week that stayed.

During my stay, We discovered several dead cockroaches around the bed. The facilities are in dire need of thorough cleaning
- Ilya (1/5): The staff try to make things right, but the hotel itself is horrible - The receptionist allowed us to park the car in the driveway of the hotel entrance because we arrived late in the evening. The room we booked had many problems and dirty sheets. As a replacement we were offered another room without a bed for a child, which the porter prepared after much persuasion. Noise isolation in the room is disgusting, the porter allowed to sit under the windows of the room drunken company, which was talking loudly until 2am. The shower worked very badly and the water was barely warm. Wallpaper peeling off moldy walls. The furniture and interior details look very worn out. There was no water or tea in the room, much less the coffee machine promised in the room description. The breakfast buffet consisted of boiled eggs, sausages stewed in sour sauce, cheap ham and three kinds of cheese. There was no fruit, sweets and normal coffee (Turkish or espresso).

The place is so close to the main road, metro station and all the facilities, the stuff is amazing, mr Onur is a great person, so helpful and kind, he helped us constantly and take care about all our needs. The rooms are comfortable and really big, and I also received an upgrade for my room, and all the coffee I needed :)) I surly appreciate all this and I recommend this place if you are looking for a nice and warm stay.

- Svitlana (2/5): The property area was good hotel itself wasn’t bad very bad but wasn’t good either,comfortable rooms but very bad servic - The location of the property and the two receptions, young guys one of them is called mustafa and I’m not sure of the other guy’s name but he was young aswell very nice and polite helpful and pleasant. Room cleaning service must be improved because they barely ever cleaned and when they did clean the hotel room it wasn’t that well cleaned, two old receptionists must be changed very unprofessional and disrespectful, the one that takes the night shift after 12 was absolutely horrible told me that I give him a headache because I asked him for a towel which wasn’t provided, ac heating couldn’t be turned on because of the very bad smell in them we asked to change our room but they kept moving it to the next day and never gave us another room the fridges never had any water we always had to go downstairs and ask for shampoos towels toilet paper which wasn’t even provided until the next day, I’m very unpleasant and disappointed. Sauna wasn’t even working nor the fitness room.

El aseo es cada tres dias, no limpian polvo La habitacion no teneia calefaccion muy fria

- Lars (8/5): - Die Unterkunft liegt an einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Man hat dadurch keinen Verkehrslärm. Das Bett und die Matratze waren bequem, wodurch man gut schlafen konnte. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war leider etwas schmutzig. Hier hätte besser geputzt werden müssen. Der Wasserkocher und die Tische klebten vor Dreck. Es kann hellhörig werden. Ich hatte Glück mit meinen Nachbarn, aber die Wände sind nicht schallisoliert.
