- Dirk (3/5): - It would have been good to be informed beforehand that there is a huge construction side of the entire pool area and rooms. My room was next to a room being renovated and facing the construction site of the pool with workers, equipment etc. Had I known, I would have not booked it.

- Ramon Gonzalez (10/5): MARAVILLOSA - Todo Maravilloso,el atendimiento del personal del hotel estupendo,las habitaciones maravillosas la ubicacion muy bueno en el centro de corralejo,,fácil de ir caminando a cualquier sitio de la cuidad una zona tranquila sin ruidos,y con aparcamientos donde fácilmente aparcar A ver lo único que tengo que decir es que el agua para la cena es filtrada y desde el primer dia no nos gusto,pero es que deberian de dar la opción de poder comprar el agua que viene embotellada,como si fuera un refresco mas y no,,no es así o tomas de la filtrada o no tomas agua,,creo que el cliente es el que lava a pagar esa es solamente lo que no me gusto.
- Annick (9/5): Heel leuk verblijf gehad. - Perfecte locatie. Vriendelijk personeel. Mooie kamers. Lekker eten. Wij hadden een suite waar de badkamer aangepast was aan mensen met een beperking. De douche zet de badkamer onder water en de spiegel boven de lavabo is ook minder praktisch doordat ze wat gekanteld is.

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist einfach und sehr altbacken. Viel zu wenig deutsche Fernsehsender,das geht heutzutage wirklich besser. Das Essen ist zwar essbar,aber einfallslos und total schlecht gewürzt.Wo ist denn das Problem zum Frühstück ein paar Vollkornbrötchen bereitzustellen? Wir waren froh hier nur für 5 Tage zu sein.

- Maria (9/5): - Ein ganz tolles Hotel, super Frühstück und Abendessen, das Personal außergewöhnlich freundlich, man fühlt sich herzlich aufgenommen.. Das Zimmer sehr sauber, angenehm, schön eingerichtet. Immer wieder würden wir das Hotel wählen. Jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt. Das Klima ist sehr feucht, im Februar war es Abends im Zimmer manchmal ein wenig feucht- kalt.

- Carole (6/5): Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel nicht luxuriös genug und zu teuer. - Frühstück war gut, die Auswahl völlig in Ordnung, aber etwas Abwechslung wäre für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel angemessen. Das Buffet abends war immer anders, da gab es definitiv genug Auswahl und auch frisch zubereitete Speisen. Die Pools waren top (außer die Leute, die mit ihren schreienden Kleinkindern im Ruhepool schwimmen, aber dafür kann ja das Hotel nichts. Hotellage nah an der Fußgängerzone Corralejos sowie nah am Strand. Service war einwandfrei. Mobiliar leider extrem veraltet und unbequem. Ein Klappsofa, auf dem die Kissen nach vorne gerutscht sind, ein Ausziehbett ohne Lattenrost, bei dem man quasi auf der Feder lag - zu zweit hätte ich nicht darin schlafen wollen. Die Balkontür hat geklemmt, die Duschtür ging nicht richtig zu, die Badezimmertür nicht richtig auf. Pas d’alcool ni boisson dans le forfait (2,80 pour 500ml d’eau gazeuse non mises en bouteille c’est abusé ). Literie à ressorts très durs et de petite taille .

La situation est très proche de la principale rue commerçante et animée. Le service à l’accueil et aux buffets est efficace. Calme. La décoration et les meubles de la chambre sont un peu usés et démodés. Ambiance un peu usine avec des retraités allemands. Ok pour une nuit car pas super fun.

- alessio (8/5): Bravi! - -La camera molto spaziosa, i kit di cortesia che comprendevano davvero tutto (oltre ai bagnoschiuma vengono forniti kit per pulizia dentale con dentifricio, pettine, rasoio e crema, spazzola per scarpe, balsamo e doposole in grande quantità, quindi si possono lasciare a casa molte cose) -cucina davvero molto buona (e noi italiani siamo un po' delicati purtroppo). Il buffet è molto vario e tutte le pietanze sono davvero preparate con cura, quindi consiglio la mezza pensione -il personale tutto è davvero molto gentile e sorridente -piscine e spazi comuni ben tenuti Il letto era davvero troppo duro, per i primi due giorni ho dormito pochissimo e il giorno dopo ero parecchio indolenzito, ma ho chiesto se si poteva fare qualcosa e con il topper in aggiunta è andata molto meglio. Anche i cuscini erano un po' così così (o molto bassi o troppo alti, però dopo un po' la posizione giusta si trova).

Rien tout a été parfait, peut être le restaurant où il faut réserver. On ne savait pas s'il fallait repayer ou si c'était inclus, et la qualité était moyenne

- Isabelle (10/5): - L'emplacement au calme tout en étant proche du centre, les 2 piscines 2 ambiances avec musique ou sans musique pour ceux qui veulent être au calme, c'est parfait. Le confort de l'hôtel, les petits déjeuners en terrasse et la possibilité du early breakfast qui nous a permis de prendre un petit déjeuner avant notre départ à 7h00.

- Alina (6/5): - Petit déjeuner varié et bon. Chambre spacieuse avec vue sur le jardin. Possibilité d'accès au spa. Rue pietonne avec beaucoup de commerces à proximité. Dîner buffet de mauvaise qualité, plats non appaitissants de par leur aspect: évoque une cantine d''ecole. Air conditionné inefficace : fait du bruit sans refroidir véritablement, malgré les différents réglages - nous avons eu 29 degrés dans la chambre tout le long du séjour. A notre arrivée les taies d'oreiller étaient sur le lit et les oreillers n'étaient pas recouverts. Les deux dernièrs points ont été signalés auprès du personnel sans qu'aucune mesure ne soit prise. Le rapport qualité-prix est bas.

- Víctor (8/5): Hotel en corralejo con habitaciones grandes - Habitaciones grandes. Sitio libre en la misma calle para aparcar. Muy cerca del centro de corralejo dando un paseo. La reserva de las hamacas por parte de los usuarios desde primera hora (8.00 o primero) dificultando posteriormente un sitio en la piscina por ser muchas de ellas hamacas vacías-reservadas.

- VALERIA (9/5): Bellissimo - L’hotel è veramente bello. Le camere sono tutte spaziose, i letti comodi e si dorme molto bene. Abbiamo avuto una camera al primo piano e il balcone ventilato vista piscina era un oasi di relax. La pulizia è molto buona, potrebbe essere un po’ più approfondita ma è assolutamente accettabile. Il personale gentile e a disposizione. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la doccia che perdeva acqua da un lato e dopo 10 minuti un tecnico la stava riparando. Il buffet è vario sia a colazione che a cena, un po’ caotica e frenetica la situazione ma ci può stare poiché l’hotel era pieno ad agosto.

All the sun beds had towels on them by 8.30 in morning, these were mainly UK people being selfish. The hotel needs to sort this out urgently. I did not sleep at all well. The pillows are either too big or too small, this also needs to be sorted out.

Cela sent les égouts dans la salle de bains et on sait quand les voisins se sont servis des sanitaires car les odeurs remontent …

The all inclusive includes a very good range of drinks. The entertainment from a lady singer was excellent but on another night there was nothing. Food was limited but good. Check in was superb and all the tram on Reception were excellent, especially Lara, who was amazing and couldn’t help us enough. Lara is a credit to your hotel. We’d certainly come back again. The air conditioning in our room was poor. We couldn’t get the room below 27.2c which was too hot at night.
