- Elaine (6/5): great for plane spotting - It wasn't a double bed it was 2 singles pushed together.The sink was so close to the toilet any one size 18 or over will have trouble lol. I knew it was near the airport but its right under the flight path.

Bar lists did not reflect the actual charges- needs to be accurate. Radiators were rusty. Didn’t know we needed ID for each room. It was lucky we had it.

The location is ideal and made everything very convenient. Truly a 10/10 experience — I would happily come back again!

- Ayman (9/5): Stay was comfortable, but a little hassled - Property was clean and well maintained and Yes! Specially secured. Nobody could enter without a gate key not even to check in. Rooms were nice and comfy. Thats exactly what you need a night before your long flight (comfort, relaxing and easier). Staff was friendly. I loved that they provided fans in the room incase it needed, its already there. The only thing we didn’t appreciate was the wait. When you go there you have to call the desk inside to come give you the key to enter and parking. Me and my husband had to wait 50 minutes outside the gate on the street to be able to go inside. Why? The property manager/ receptionist was busy in some chores and keep telling us give me 5-10 minutes. We had a drive of 8 hours and needed to use restroom badly. But instead we were just waiting on the street.

Noise - awake most of night flight path and commercial vehicles and people coming back late at night not sound proof rooms Unfortunately the cost added to room for parking and breakfast then made it more than some of other places

- LovelyLozzo (10/5): I'll Be Back Homestay!😘 - At! It has a homely feeling. The reception was very welcoming and gave much reasaurance through out the property. Everything was beautiful...the room and the ensuite all very modern. Thank you Homestay Nothing at all. Homestay has done a fantastic job making the building as comfortable, modern, and welcoming as possible within the space available. I truly appreciate the effort that has gone into it.

- Sudanthi (4/5): - Heating not working. Bedding so bad. Pillows are flat, duvet are clumpy. Parking was a cheating game. Charged £10 asking us to park strangers garden. It is bot a secure carport. Asked to refund the money as we have to park somewhere else got security. The area was full of vandalism. Staff disappear without refunding the car park money start to lie saying I paid car park to booking.com. No I paid on the property. Do not use this type of property

- Kenny (4/5): Homestay served the purpose of being affordable and close to the airport. - Easy access to metro. Close to the airport. Affordable price. Clean bedding. The building seemed to be clean. Free wifi. No AC Window latches were broken and did not lock. It made me feel unsecure. Room is very small, not much room to walk around. Shower was very small for a tall person. Someone smoking outside caused smoke smell to enter the room. Being close to the airport and no ac, the windows were open, and it was very loud with the planes flying in.

- Matt (5/5): It was clean and staff were helpful. Wouldn't recommend a twin room to anyone though! - Alex was very attentive. Staff were helpful. Room was clean. Twin room was very, very small! It was very hot, not the fault of the hotel, however with the window open it was very noisy! Light bulb flickering in the bathroom and another bulb missing above the mirror. Car parking on site was an extra £20, maybe I missed this extra charge in the email?

- Ali (1/5): Nightmare - Didn’t like nothing about the property absolutely nightmare I didn’t like nothing about the property ridiculous parking, only for one car broken toilet seat broken shower, broken radiators and nobody is there to handle or fix the situation. Rubish Wi-Fi. And drunk stuff there was two stuff at the night we booked in one was drunk and the other one was rude.
- Carlos (1/5): - Very disappointing stay. The room was dirty, the bed sheets were clearly unclean and had not been changed, which was extremely unpleasant and honestly quite disgusting. On top of that, the receptionist was very unfriendly and unhelpful. Overall, it was a very poor experience and definitely not a place I would stay at again or recommend to others.
- Chauhan (4/5): Disappointing stay - The rooms were too small in fact, they were using single rooms for doubles and the first room on the top floor was dangerous against health & safety regulations, you had to walk sideways at the end of the bed because a shelf was fitted there to put a kettle & cups on and my husband badly scratched his leg against the knobs at the end of the bed. It is still sore a week later. He complained & they gave us a slightly bigger room but it was still too small for it to be used as a double, no bedside cabinets & the bed was pushed against the wall so you had to climb over your partner to get out of bed. Rooms are too small,, they are using single rooms as doubles and we got told we could have parking in front of the hotel and we had to walk approx. 5 - 7 minutes walk away to park the car in what is probably the owners driveway? It was bad rain all weekend on/off and you had to dodge large puddles to walk up and down to the car.

Está cerca del aeropuerto y se escuchan los aviones pero no son molestos, es bonito verlos aterrizar desde la habitación En Booking pone que sirven desayuno y cuando llegas allí indican que no tienen ese servicio. El agua de la ducha no tenía presión , el inodoro atascado, pusimos el cartel de no molestar el primer día y entraron igual a hacer la habitación, no había secador en la habitación, llegamos muy tarde por la noche y después de hacer el ckin cuando ya estábamos en cama subieron a pedir de nuevo el pasaporte

- Naomi (1/5): Terrible - The Christmas Decorations. I was informed that my request had been approved however when I arrived to the property this hadn’t been the case. I was offered an alternative room and a complimentary drink at an additional fee. Initially I was reluctant to do so and was informed that this request was automated. Therefore booking.com are responsible. The manager called me and informed me that booking.com customer service had closed and therefore I decided to take the room. However, the room was cold, and had a damp smell. The heating didn’t work despite being informed how to work it. My partner left the property refusing to sleep in a damp cold room. After 3hours of being at the hotel. I checked out!! Absolutely awful hospitality.

I paid for private parking, but the spot provided was completely unacceptable — it was 1 km away and located inside a private residential area. The soundproofing was terrible. I could hear every single noise the entire night, including footsteps, furniture being dragged, things being picked up, and even conversations from outside the door. It was impossible to sleep. The room had a heater, but it didn’t work at all. The shower water was not hot — it was just barely lukewarm. Overall, the stay was very disappointing.
- Jane (2/5): Awful, booking.com should not be advertising this as 4 stars, I’d give it 1 at a push - Nothing Location felt unsafe, parking onsite as advertised was not and turned out to be someone’s front garden about 10 mins away, poor directions, advertised as soundproof rooms- definitely not with planes passing about every 5 mins, definitely not a “premium double” room, hardly any space to move around, door to bathroom could not be opened fully as bed was in the way, shower /towel rail rusty , shower didn’t work properly, lack of pillows, never anyone on reception, no hairdryer in room, cobwebs on ceiling & lack of general cleanliness, don’t think the bed was even a double size, I could go on

I paid in advance for two rooms and when I got there with my family they had released and sold one of my rooms and were fully booked My wife and myself had to find another hotel at very late notice as the Homestay wanted to put us all in one room.

- Robert (4/5): Zeer teleurstellend - Locatie is prima. Oorspronkelijke bed was te klein voor ons, dus was een upgrade noodzakelijk voor 22 pond per nacht. De "superior room" was echter te klein voor het (grote) bed. Dus: amper ruimte rondom het bed, geen kastruimte, geen ruimte voor koffer, geen koelkast. Regendouche die niet regende maar druppelde. Etenslucht was doordringend. Wifi werd pas na aandringen hersteld. TV met slecht scherm.

I do not check E-mails so late in the day or, as we were on an early ferry, early in the morning. We found this out on arrival to book in and were refused entry. We therefore went to a Travelodge at a much higher price. Are we due any compensaition?
