Guest Reviews
- yadav (1/5): its pay at hotel but they wanted half advance payment so they canceld my booking - not good nothing
- Devanshi (10/5): - Very nice rooms and roof top restaurant/bar. Staff was also very sweet.
- Neha (8/5): Very good -
- Vinay (4/5): Disappointing - Poor Service , Poor Location So many bikes at Entrance. Difficult access. Rooms have Damp/Moist smell. Not recommended.
- Romain (4/5): Nice on the paper, really disappointing in reality. - Good location, walking distance from all points of interest. Unfriendly staff
Poorly maintained and very humid bedrooms
Very noisy hotel
- Shah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tim (6/5): Pleasant - Great location in the city centre, and the room was clean and modern. The rooftop was under construction from 9 in the morning till 9 in the evening. There were constantly heavy machines being used throughout the day. So we could not really use our private terras, due to the noise and dust. Also in our room the noise was very noticeable.
- Nipun (7/5): Decent Stay but less value for money - 1) The location was great.
2) Food served was always hot.
3) Cleanliness was maintained.
4) The staff was friendly and courteous.
5) Liked the morning flute being played in the hotel. 1) Location only accessible via autos or two wheelers.
2) Only two or three options for the breakfast which is costly compared to other hotels
3) No cupboard in the heritage room.
4) Bedsheets were torn.
5) Very small washroom in the heritage room.
- Himmat (9/5): Superb -
- Bobade (8/5): GOOD AESTHETIC HOTEL WITH GOOD STAFF AND BREAKFAST - STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY THEIR RESTAURANT WAS UNDER RENOVATION, THE ROOM I GOT DIDNT HAD MUCH HERITAGE LOOK AND SEEPAGE WAS VISIBLE AT SOME PATCHES

- Barbara (10/5): Perfect couple of days in beautiful property - Beautiful property with extremely helpful staff Nothing
- Shenoy (4/5): Disappointing -
- Rohan (1/5): Bad - The photos did not represent the property at all. The price was not representative of the quality of the property. The little pool that they had (even if you could call it a pool) was not working. They did not even let us know that the pool was not working in advance.
- Manish (7/5): Good -
- Prakash (8/5): Very good - The room was neat and clean, staff was polite and professional
The guy who plays the flute in the morning Calls for checkout time,
Very small pool
- Juan (5/5): Communication issues with the hotel staff. - The hotel has a very charming terracota decoration. The bed is very clean and comfortable. Nice swimming pool and good location. Communication with this hotel is impossible. I tried to reach them on the phone, via email. Nobody replied. Booking also tried to contact them unsuccessfully, creating a big inconvenient. Once you book with them they send you a message requesting you a bank transfer or your booking might be cancelled, and that's the only message you get from them. They say their reception is open 24h but I arrived late in the night and took me a while to make them open me the door as the receptionists were sleeping on the floor. Let's be more professional!
- Gaurav (10/5): Beautiful and comfortable in the heart of Udaipur - Charming, clean and classy. Very helpful staff and excellent location None
- Gaurav (10/5): Exceptional -

The room was very clean and spacious.
The staff were quite good.Food served over the room service is excellent The drawback is that the road is conjusted .
The breakfast place is not in the same building.Instead served in the opposite building where you have to climb 3 floors.
- Bazlur (8/5): Very good -
- Drishti (8/5): Very good -
- Udita (8/5): Value for Money - Pool and Rooms were very nice and cozy, it was a cute property. We booked a room with a private balcony and it was worth the money ! didn’t like the view of the property, it has very minimal lake view
- Abhijeet (10/5): 10/10 experience - The terrace dinner came out of the box we roam around and were fed up to find a gud dining spot but then when we tried our own hotel it was so amazing 11/10 experience it was Tarif can be lowered
- Gill (8/5): Overall good - Location, rooms Restaurant service
- Shah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kumar (6/5): Pleasant -
- Madhumika (2/5): Horrible and unclean bed linen! - Nothing tbh! And knowing that we had an unpleasant stayed, they cancelled our booking online to avoid receiving a bad feedback The room was dirty with shoe marks, the pillow cases and bedspread as well were not clean. The staff was not helpful.
IMPORTANT- the place is under renovation, so the places mentioned like the pool side is not accessible.
When we went they told us that the room we wanted had no AC available. This discussion happened ONLY WHEN WE CHECKED IN at 6. And we were already late to our other plans because of that. They gave us a discount since they shifted us to a smaller room. The room we selected was honestly so disappointing and not worth the price.
- Raghavan (5/5): Passable -
- Sharma (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rakesh (1/5): no - nothing everything
- Anonymous (7/5): Good - It is a newly renovated property, situated at a very prime location. the smell from the drain in the bathroom was a bit annoying, that made my stay within the room uncomfortable.
- Eric (9/5): Superb -
- Eleanor (7/5): Good value, great location - Great location, lovely roof terrace & restaurant.
The softest bed I've slept in so far in India! :)
Room was clean & bedlinen was spotless. I couldn't shake the feeling that the mattress and bedcover felt damp; my recommendation to the manager would be to ventilate and air the room.
- Mansi (9/5): Superb -
- Pramila (7/5): Good - Service rooms view etc Breakfast was not included 😕 online facilities should be improved
- Tarun (9/5): Superb - Location is very good, It's waking distance from City palace, Bagore ki haveli and all the good cafes and restaurants are near by.
Hemant and Kanishka from the staff are really welcoming and helper us through out our stay.
Hemant helped me to pick our luggage from the other hotel and brought it here as well. I wish to come back again at The Red Pier. Their build setup is still in progress and few things are still missing in the room. Though they are aware about it and assured us that those things are in process and will be added to the rooms soon. Like - Mirrors and extrs dustbins in the room.

- Nikhilesh (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jagdish (8/5): Very good -
- Anonymous (1/5): horrible experience. - location is good. Near to City palace. I saw a mouse in my room at night. It was not hygenic. I had to cancel my two out of three days because of this incident.
- Abhigyaan (7/5): Good, except for parking. - Close to market No view and no parking space. Had to park at a farther distance and then go.
- Setu (2/5): could have been much better. Not worth more than 2k per night. - Pictures in portal didn’t match with the real rooms
- Mehal (9/5): Superb - Overall a very satisfying experience. Great ambiance, in the center and happening area. Only improvement needed is an early breakfast. No breakfast facility before 8.30 am
