Get a Sakurajima view room if you can, it’s worth it! Nice room, comfortable beds. Very clean. We wanted to be near the station, so the location was great for us. However, it is a little far from the downtown area, so that may be a concern for some people.

- Yuanqian (9/5): hotel within walking distance from train station, came with bathtub. room views is good - my go to stay hotel whenever i go to Kagoshima, hotel is located within walking distance from train station and technically, it is sheltered all the way. room came with bathtub and lobby is presented with a view of Sakurajima room is not as big to accomodate 2 open luggages. as eateries is located at the basement, tend to have some rowdy people during the night.

- Zeev (7/5): מיקום טוב, נקי, אך חדר זוגי מיניאטורי וצפוף לזוג. גם הטווין לא הרבה יותר טוב. - לישראלים יש מעט מאוד מה לאכול בארוחת הבוקר. יש יותר ממטבח יפני רגיל כארוחת בוקר אך עדיין מעט. החדרים הזוגיים קטני מידי. המיטה צמודה לקיר ובינה ובין חלון החדר אין אפילו מטר אחד פנוי.

- Yoko (10/5): 最高のホテルです！ - 鹿児島中央駅から徒歩圏内であり、雨でも濡れずに 移動が出来ます。何と言っても、ホテルの階下に空港バスターミナル発着所がある点がいちばんの利点です。館内に入った途端、アロマの香りがして移動の疲れが吹き飛ぶような感覚を感じました。 チェックイン、アウト時のフロントスタッフの方の優しく穏やかな笑顔と対応にも心和みました。 今回、時間の都合により、レストランを利用することが出来なかったのですが、是非次回利用したいと思います。 ありません。

- Kevin (8/5): - The hotel was in a good location: close to the Shinkansen station. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The cleaning staff were also very friendly and polite. The check-in process was not smooth. Was told to use the automated system via the machine but there was an issue. The clerk then had to go to a computer to fix things but instead of just checking us in, she re-directed us back to the machine to try again. We were able to complete checking in. Also, later that day we asked a clerk to help us book a dinner reservation for the following night. We told them the restaurant we wanted to go to and they said that restaurant does not take reservations. We would have to go to the restaurant and line up. We ended up going to the restaurant and they asked if we had a reservation. Since we didn't, they were not able to accommodate us. A little disappointing.

Der Ausblick war einfach klasse! Wir haben einen super Ausblick auf das Riesenrad und den Bahnhof gehabt, da unser Zimmer im 14. Stock war. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

- Yoko (9/5): Best hotel and best location in Kagoshima - Excellent location in Kagoshima. Friendly and helpful staff. Overall, good maintenance and service. This is our third stay and we will stay again in the future. The breakfasts are boring and the same daily. Salad greens lack lettuce. They currently have coffee pots with regular, weak coffee. A coffee machine with various choices would enhance the experience. Rooms need touch up staining on frayed edges.
- Emi (5/5): 鹿児島出張の際はいつもこちらを利用していましたが、サービスが下がった気がします。通常料金なら他のホテルにするかもしれません。 - 鹿児島空港行きのバスターミナルと直結で移動に便利でした。荷物はコインロッカーではないけれど、セルフロッカーというものがあり、助かりました。 以前はペットボトルの飲料水がサービスで置いてあったのですが、エコという名目で各フロアにウォーターサーバーが設置され、自分で撮りに行くスタイル。正直、面倒だし、ペットボトルサービスへ戻して欲しいです。

- Alex (10/5): Great hotel near the airport bus and train station - Perfect location for the airport bus which is directly next to the hotel, and train station across the road. Compact room with private bathroom including shower and small bath, and everything you need. Polite and attentive staff on the front desk.

- JIHYE (10/5): 또 방문하고 싶는 호텔! - 위치는 가고시마중앙역 앞이라 신칸센, 시덴, 버스타기 너무 좋아요. 옆에 이온몰도 있어서 너무 좋습니다 직원들도 친절하고 화장실이랑 욕조랑 따로 있어서 좋았고 침대도 편안했어요. 베개도 낮은거 높은거 2개 있는 덕분에 잘 잤습니다 아침도 맛있고! 다음에 또 가고시마시내에 간다면 여기에 묵을 예정입니다:) 없었어요
