• Corby (5/5): Stunning Locatiom, Less than Pleasant Experience - Stunning location. Grounds we're beautifully presented. Grounds & cleaning staff were engaged & courteous. Curtains closed but windows open on arrival. Wierd choice considering you needed the a/c running? Areas in the cabin with very heavy dust & dirt, like the top of the cupboard next to the queen bed - which sits just above eye. Scheduled power outage at night. Only notified about it around 10am the s ay of checking in. We were relocating from NSW to WA & had food items that needed the fridge We were very disappointed not to be called, notified & given the opportunity for a refund so we could relocate. It came across like cabin revenue was more important than the value of client experience. Very disappointed with booking.com & the venue for not offering a refund.

• Stacey (9/5): - Easy access right next to the river. Play area for kids was great and the cabin was spacious. Toilet/shower was a bit pokey with the door not able to open fully as it hits the toilet midway. Although there are signs around the park to discourage it, plenty of patrons spread their chairs across the public grass space to claim it for themselves, making it difficult to enjoy the riverfront without wild glares of disapproval when trying to walk through their "camp". Maybe management could monitor this a bit more.

• John (4/5): Underwhelmed - Location next to Murray River We stayed in ensuite cabin 13. While having everything in the booking confirmation except the ironing facilities and iron (which were in the guest laundry), the cabin was very small and the bathroom tiny. There were only two of us but it was intended to accommodate 4 people (double bed and bunk). There was a picnic table alongside for our use but it sits in dirt under a shade cloth and was not waterproof when it rained. There is no paving and the park has grit thoroughfares so keeping the floor clean was a problem. At $150 per night it was poor value. We stayed in a cabin in a park in another holiday town and for $130 got spacious comfortable accommodation, great shower, big patio with outdoor seating, and a concrete car pad

• Richard (7/5): Great besides bed bugs - Renmark on the river is beautiful. Suspicion on bed bugs. Woke up with dried bug blood on sheets. Extra line in cupboards were in vac bags (as protection). Staff down played incident, didn’t follow through with communication and failed to provide concrete evidence of Pest Control attendance. Bed bugs are the worst thing to take home from a nice stay. I’d like evidence of zero bed bugs (not verbal good faith crap) or my money back.

Minimal furnishings - perhaps because it was a special access cabin to allow more room for disabled guests. Also there was no tea towel in my cabin which made washing up and putting away dishes tricky.

Playground was great and wildlife was a lovely surprise (kangaroo grazing and patting possums). No pool but right on the river which had a fenced off bit however I didn’t feel it was secure enough to let little ones swim there.

• Gabriella (10/5): - The standard Riverfront cabin we stayed in was just that, a few metres from the river's edge. It was lovely to wake up and see the river and birdlife while having ours meals outside. The cabin was exceptional. It had everything you would want. It was brand new with all the things you would need it want. All linen was provided, shampoo and conditioner, everything you would need to cook including your own BBQ on the deck area facing the river.. Everything was comfortable from the bed to the lounge. It is a quieter, smaller caravan park than the one a few hundred metres up the road and has less interesting things for children to do but that's why we chose it. If you have younger children than this may not be the park for you unless you are wanting to go fishing, canoeing or boating. We loved this park and cabin and would highly recommend it.

The bathroom was as big as a cupboard. The trucks crossing the bridge sounded like tropical thunder all night although another woman I met hadn't heard a thing so might be just me.

Bed/pillows were comfy. Overall, exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay here again! Very small shower cubicle and sheets were a bit yellowed under the pillows.

• Magical (6/5): A good stay. - Easy to book and staff were most welcoming when checking in. Everything we needed in Cabin. Very clean. We got the cheapest cabin,, so it was well worth it. Unfortunately the curtains in the cabin don't fit the window our neighbours left the front light on all night which kept us awake. You can hear the trucks and cars going over the bridge most of the night.

• Amy (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay at ECHO Renmark Riverbend. Our cabin was spotlessly clean, had everything we needed, spacious and comfortable for a family of five. We could have easily fit grandma and grandad too! The staff were so friendly and accommodating when we had a late check in. Renmark is a beautiful place for families to relax and enjoy the River Murray. We could swim right out the front of our cabin! Highly recommend staying here, and we will definitely be back to stay again. Thank you Echo Renmark :)
