Having Leo on the welcoming committee filled the hole in my heart i was missing by being away from my kitties for the weekend. Very well organized kitchen to help accommodate every guest room. AND THEY HAVE TICKET TO RIDE!
- Karen (6/5): - The property has no staff no service. It is odd. Our room was supposed to be a king, really two twins with a mattress pad. The airco unit was unbelievably loud, impossible to sleep. They ask you not to open windows, but there are fans. The bathroom (which they say is private, isn’t in your room at all, it’s across the public hall. There an ice bucket, but no ice. The place is just odd. No furniture besides the bed.

- Christa (10/5): - Beautiful historic home on a gorgeous lot with firepit, flowers, blackberries, a firepit, a porch swing, and creek winding through. The common areas are well appointed and kitchen well stocked. I would have been more comfortable if there had been a host or innkeeper on site being 2 females travelling alone but the other guests seemed respectful and we had a beautiful time enjoying the house and yard.

- Colleen (10/5): Charm, Fall and Leo made for the best experience. - The BW Boutique hotel is very special! I was there for business and often like to find unusual locations. I was so fortunate to be there during peak leaf change time. The grounds were so tranquil. I was exceptionally impressed with the level of attentiveness of Leo. He greeted me every day and was VERY friendly. My room was prefect for what I needed. I would certainly stay here again.

Finally journeyed to the cellar and found both. Just had difficulty finding an outlet for the iron. Otherwise our stay was great.
- Sarah (10/5): Cozy room - It was a perfect spot for what we needed. 5 minutes from our venue for the wedding we were attending. It was a little chilly at first, but warmed up nicely with the heater.
- Angela (10/5): Beautiful late 1800s home - Beautiful home that felt welcoming as soon as you walk though the front door. Ample parking and several relaxing outside locations on the property. The main floor common area is large with plenty of space for several units to share. The hosts go above and beyond by providing a little extra here and there.

Somehow we ended up in a room with a bathroom, which while private, was located across a public hallway. Moreover, I almost died fallingover a way too low railing which would be an OSHA violation in any workplace in America.
- Kawkab (10/5): - I had an amazing stay at this cute little hotel. It’s near beautiful farmland in a quiet town. Check in and check out were very easy and Paige (property manager) is amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. Beds are also insanely comfortable for a good nights rest.

- Fang (10/5): - We enjoyed our stay! This guest house is such a jewel. And It is super cute! It is situated in lush woods highlighted by a few huge trees of sky reaching with wide spread branches. The rooms and and their decoration are so retro with warm feel, reminiscent of the time past with beautiful memories.
