- Karin (9/5): Schönes Hotel mit Blick über Eppan. - Das Hotel Christof ist sehr schön am Hang gelegen und hat eine wunderbare Aussicht über Eppan. Zum Frühstück gab es eine grosse Auswahl an Speisen, frische Säfte, Müesli und Eierspeisen, so wie eine grosse Auswahl an Früchten Fleisch und Käse. Wir wurden nett empfangen. Das Hotel hat eine wunderschöne Terrasse. Es gibt ein kleines Wellness mit Pool, Sauna, Dampfbad und Whirlpool. Wir konnten für einen Ausflug E-Bikes ausleihen.

- Irene (10/5): Südtirol ist eine sehr schöne Gegend mit mit vielen Ausflug Möglichkeiten. - Das sehr freundliche aufgestellte Personal Es war sehr fein und mehr als genug Das gesamte Personal repräsentierte das Hotel super und nicht die Besitzer des Hauses. Chefin war im Speisesaal und grüsste nicht alle Gäste, was ich und meine Freundin sehr schade fanden. Es bracht keinen Schnick Schnack, aber ein freundliches Willkommen heissen und auf wiedersehen ihrerseits.

Die Lage des Hotel ist sehr gut als Ausgangspunkt für wandern, radfahren etc. Wir waren im alten Teil des Hotels untergebracht und da müsste dringend renoviert werden, vor allem das Bad ist eines 4 Sterne Hotels nicht würdig.

Besonders hervorheben würde ich auch die Betten, ich schlafe sehr oft in Hotels diese Betten Qualität habe ich aber erst selten erlebt Ich hatte 2 Käfer im Zimmer, einen im Bad und einen neben dem Bett. Da das Hotel aber in der Natur steht lässt sich das glaub ich nicht vermeiden. Das ist aber auch wirklich schon alles was ich negativ anmerken kann

- Lukas (9/5): Schönes Hotel in traumhafter Lage mit sehr gutem Essen. - Das Hotel Christof liegt in einer traumhaften Umgebung, mitten in den Südtiroler Rebbergen, und bietet eine sehr schöne Atmosphäre. Der neuere Teil des Hotels mit Rezeption, Bar, Restaurant und Wellnessbereich ist modern, stilvoll und äusserst ansprechend gestaltet. Besonders hervorzuheben sind das ausgezeichnete Frühstücksbuffet sowie die sehr guten à-la-carte-Speisen. Auch das abendliche 5-Gang-Menü war qualitativ hochwertig, und die Weinkarte ist wirklich beeindruckend. Der Wellnessbereich ist zwar nicht sehr gross, bietet aber alles, was man zur Erholung braucht, und lädt insgesamt sehr zum Entspannen ein. Unser Zimmer im älteren Teil war sauber, charmant, gemütlich eingerichtet, das Bett bequem und die Zimmerreinigung tadellos. An Rezeption und Bar war das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Service im Restaurant gab es vereinzelt Situationen, in denen Mitarbeitende leicht genervt wirkten. Dies zeigte sich unter anderem bei einer Mittagsbestellung innerhalb der offiziellen Küchenzeiten, bei der Rückgabe eines nicht gemochten Gerichts sowie bei einer Weinbestellung. Zudem waren im Wellnessbereich aufgrund der hohen Auslastung des Hotels teilweise zu wenige Liegen verfügbar. Geschmacklich konnten die Salatsaucen beim Abendessen nicht ganz überzeugen.
- Alessandra (9/5): spa con vista bellissima - struttura meravigliosa, anche se eravamo nella camera “vecchia”, era comunque molto grande, comoda e bella…la spa meravigliosa soprattutto perché eravamo soli quindi siamo stati fortunati a godercela in solitaria, meraviglia. colazione buonissima e ricca asciugacapelli attaccato al muro, piccolo, e di quelli che devi per forza tenere premuto il bottone altrimenti non va…scomodissimo….oltre questo una cosa che proprio non mi è piaciuta è stata la cena, e sinceramente mi chiedo come sia possibile visto che proprio il cibo era valutato molto bene, ma per me non merita mi dispiace.
- Piero (4/5): - La pulizia. Alcune persone dello staff nella sala colazione. Viaggiando molto in hotel a 4 stelle e in Alto Adige, è la prima volta che facciamo una recensione negativa. Cena e colazione in generale assolutamente non all'altezza di un 4 stelle: nessun antipasto ma solo buffet di insalate, scarsa qualità dei piatti della cena, quasi assenza di dolci sia a cena che a colazione, spa piccolissima e con solo sauna e bagno turco, piscina solo esterna, idromassaggio solo esterno. Nessuna disponibilità verso il cliente: consigliamo di porre più attenzione alle critiche dei clienti, che sono quelli che permettono ad una struttura di rimanere in attività.

Sehr aufmerksames, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Großes Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon aber tollem Fernblick. Das Zimmer war fensterlos, wenn man die Balkontüre unberücksichtigt, relativ antik möbliert. Wegen der großen Dachschrägen war das Zimmer, vor allen Dingen der Couchbereich, nicht komplett nutzbar bzw. eingeschränkt. Außerdem fanden wir es bedauernswert, dass wir die Eigentümer Herrn und Frau Christof während unseres 10-tägigen Aufenthaltes nicht kennengelernt bzw. mit ihnen gesprochen haben.
- Andreas (10/5): Es war für uns ein Verwöhnwochenende - Das Hotel liegt am Stadtrand in den Weinbergen und es ist richtig ruhig dort. Tolles frisches Frühstücksbuffet und jeden Abend ein Mehrgänge-Menü mit ausgefallenen Speisen. Sehr freundliches und fleißiges Personal! Wir hatten ein sehr modernes gemütliches Zimmer. Da wir unseren Hund dabei hatten, war es sehr praktisch und hygienischer, dass das Zimmer keinen Teppichboden hatte.
