Guest Reviews
- 399maryiab (8/5): No lift - Old hotel 300 meters to the pier. No lift in the building so better to avoid up floors. The breakfast was weak. Better to eat outside. The staff was kind and helpful. For short stays this hotel is a smart choice but if you are planning more than 2-3 days better to check more options.
- ashrayi (2/5): Rude staff / AC not working in hot weather - I would strongly recommend to skip this hotel. We checked in on 18 March 2025 afternoon - the staff was very rude at check in.
They assigned us a room on the 5th floor and said there's no lift and they can not help us with our heavy luggage. The AC in the room was not working - even after setting it on the lowest temperature. The rooms are really run down and not well maintained.
Please avoid staying here
- Mireya (10/5): - For the price, this place was perfect. The location was a two minute walk from the pier.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Top hotel close to jetty - Great location, really well looked after property and friendly staff.
- Mark (10/5): - We had a good stay. Very friendly staff. Very convenient location.
- Laura (10/5): - Amazing location - 2 mins walk from the pier and the centre but the hotel is up a street away from the noise so perfect place to stay. Would stay here again! It includes breakfast vouchers but the breakfast wasn’t great. Just skip the vouchers and try one of the food places nearby instead!
- Bruno (6/5): - Hotel was nice, but you can hear everything in the other rooms. No privacy in that concern.
- Mayra (10/5): - This property is right in the middle of things you walk out and you’re where the shopping and dining is. Free breakfast and friendly staff.
- Michael (6/5): - If you’re looking for a great priced hotel that is a couple minutes walk from the pier this is definitely the place to pick out. Everything worked great the water pressure was awesome, but just a heads up if you’ve never been to phi phi, literally everything is walkable and this hotel is greatly placed for that.
- Ellie (10/5): - Stayed here for a 2nd time, as always great hotel, had all of the amenities that i needed like a fridge/tea making facilities in the room. Security guards were very helpful when i had an electric issue during the night. would recommend and i will be staying again
- 491juli_nl (6/5): Poor Hotel - The location of the hotel is good, the hotel staff is not very decisive and professional, it seems like they are practicing, the hotel itself is old, lacks maintenance, NO ELEVATOR, we reached the fourth floor and my wife was on crutches due to a foot accident. It was an odyssey. spacious rooms, not very clean. Poor breakfast, little hygiene on the tables. And is it next to the pool.
- Eric (8/5): - Nice pool and close to the pier
- Mark (8/5): - Clean. Polite staff. Horrible view on the slams if your windows are not facing the ocean )
- Katryn (6/5): - Staff are not friendly, breakfast subpar and lumpy pillows
- RAFAL (10/5): - Very good
- Petrina (10/5): Perfect spot - Very good location, perfect with sea view.good value with breakfast included.
- Monique (10/5): Great hotel - Well first of all, so greatful for the pool! The ocean was not the bes for swimming on both sides.. i stayed here to take a dive course. Hotel staff is great. No elevator so be prepared for stairs. They help with luggage. Buffet was alright. Right in the center if town so its very convenient to go out and explore.
- Cinderella (10/5): - It is in a great area, in the middle of the action and a lot of restaurants, shops, currency exchange, boats, etc.
- Nicole (10/5): - Lovely all around. Great pool. Decent breakfast. Very close to everything needed but because they are one lane back from the Main Street it feels very quiet and tranquil!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - What a pleasant surprise. We are a couple in our mid 50’s, and were worried about noise. There wasn’t any from party goers! Our room was cleaned every morning, the breakfast was decent with minimal waits at the egg station, and the beds were comfy. The location is fantastic with so many restaurants and shopping all around. We enjoyed thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay. Maybe invest in a few more chairs and loungers around the pool and make some non smoking areas adjacent to the pool given little ones.
Hope to return again!
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great stay at good rates - Finding a decent hotel at Ko Phi Phi was difficult but luckily we managed to book this a day before arrival. Very pleased, location is literally just off the pier but still quiet and nice. Very good for the price.
- JACK (10/5): Extra Special Service - The hotel was central to all we wanted to do. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast had a great variety of items that were tasty. We were especially pleased with the service we received from everyone. We even had people from the hotel walk with us to a nearby place to help schedule a day trip. They all went above and beyond to make our stay nice.
- JamieBirmingham (8/5): Good hotel - Good hotel, you can see the hotel as you get off the ferry and maybe 150 meter walk. Very central so walking everywhere on the island is easy.
Booked a boat your and would recommend the early one which is meet at 6:00 but a lot less people, only issue is you will miss the hotel breakfast.
Hotel breakfast was good and great view from balcony.
- JANMARKET (10/5): Busy island - Phi phi hotel. Phi phi
Has a lot of steps up to reception, no lift has 3 floors, stayed on the ground floor, rooms were spacious but a bit dated. Again no good light in bathroom for shaving ect. Hotel near to docks, macdonalds and many shops and restaurants, very busy place, with party’s on the beach most nights.
- Tina (8/5): Dated but comfortable hotel. - Hotel is very dated but our room was comfortable, sea view, breakfast was ok, good nights sleep, excellent location in the centre of town & close to pier. Has to ask for room to be serviced, good for short stay.
- Brooke (10/5): - It was nice the service was nice
- David (8/5): - Hotel was great value, in a good spot and pool and daily breakfast were also ok. The view from our window and balcony was sensational. The hotel is a bit dated and walking the stairs was a minor annoyance but overall happy with this hotel. The staff were also really friendly.
- Mark (10/5): - The best location in Phi Phi.
- Ana (10/5): - Really nice safe clean hotel...the staff very professional...
- Mark (10/5): - Very friendly staff! Close to all shopping, beaches, and food services.
- charles n (10/5): - located very close to ferry pier which is convient. upper floors have good view of the bays. unfortunately there is not an elevator. upper floor access is a small climb. good breakfast buffet provided
- Jarod (10/5): - Staff was kind and very helpful
- Thanarat (10/5): - This hotel is located in the center of the island. It is very convenient because it is closed to the dock and 7/11.
- Jarod (10/5): - The staff was helpful and kind. Location is great for any activities done on the island.
- Ben and Angela (10/5): - We appreciated that it was close to the pier and was far enough away that the noise level was very minimal if at all. The staff who picked us up at the pier and helped with bags were incredible and so lovely. Very kind.
One issue is that it didnt have an elevator (that we could see or use anyway and we had one guest in our group that would have benefited from it) and thus, I dont think its accessible.
- Christine (10/5): - We had a nice stay and at night not in close proximity to the late night thumping music
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Excelente relación precio calidad, a destacar que incluye desayuno y pileta.
- Allison (8/5): - Stayed for two nights in May. A/C worked well and the rooms are clean. The staff is very nice and helpful. They do include a breakfast too which is nice.
- Mark (10/5): - I think the only flaw i can find is its very dated lookswise. But, i got a great deal, it was clean, staff super friendly and helpful, great location....so i cant complain!
- Stephen (10/5): - This is a great hotel. For the price it is a very good deal with breakfast included. Rooms are clean and staff are great. The pool are is nice but quite small. As it is near the beach though there are never people around it.
To use the gym you walk to a sister hotel, but it is really well equipped although with just fans and no AC in the gym the workouts get a bit hot.
phi phi is a small island so you are always close to everything. This hotel is right by the ferry dock and the dice shop, PKD is also great so that’s all positive - nothing bad to say and we could have stayed another week easily there
- Stephen (10/5): - This was a really great hotel for the price, location and facilities. It is a walk from the dock on arriving in Phi Phi, with PKD Divers next door who are amazing.
With breakfast included and a gym to use down the street which is well equipped this is a great place to explore Phi Phi from
- Roseanne (6/5): - Ok for a one night - room was very dated and bed was hard and creaky but it was clean and air con worked well. I was worried about it being loud but it actually wasn’t loud at all, just the sound of air con and the waterfall on ground level which was actually the best kind of white noise! Perfect location for the port, couldn’t be much closer! Have stayed in much better across Thailand for the same price point but Phi Phi is very popular so I guess to be expected.
- Maria Elizabeth (2/5): - It was close to everything.
- EiriniTakis (4/5): A very dirty hotel - The location is very good but only that.
First of all, the hotel doesn’t have an elevator so If you are in the 5ft floor you have to go by stairs and that is a problem.. think about forgot something in your room or if you are an older person… our room was very dirty all the time!!! They didn’t get clean it at all!! They forgot every day to provide us products that the room includes, such as shampoo, coffee, etc.. Last but not least, the breakfast is the same every day and you don’t really have much choices….
- murray (10/5): - Excellent place to stay, close to everything, walking distance from the ferry. The included breakfast was awesome. I’d stay there again in a heartbeat.
- Lyle (10/5): - Nice hotel close to the ferry
- Diego (10/5): - Great location , far from the party side of the island . Great staff. I had a really good experience there . Definitely a place to go back .
- Andrew (4/5): - Very close to the pier, easy access to ferries.
You hear noise from the bars all night, the facility is very old and needs upgrade. Best place to dive in Thailand especially at the national park and quick boat rides from Phi Phi island. Stayed at the resort in Koh Lanta and Railay's, and Aonong but in Phi Phi, we dived everyday and needed a place to sleep. Even so, didn't like the Phi Phi Hotel. The breakfast was our least favorite out of all the hotels we stayed in Thailand for a month. Will stayed some place else next time when we are at Phi Phi island since the dive and snorkel were excellent at near islands.
- clairemD9745FN (4/5): Wrongly accused of stealing and no apology! - This would of been a 4 star review if I hadn’t of had such a bad experience when I was leaving. Firstly, I want to say, We really enjoyed our first few days here. It was a perfect location for us beside the pier. It’s quiet at nighttime which was great as we had 2 small babies with us. The rooms with views were perfect. The views are stunning. The concierge are excellent in particular Jirapart. They are so friendly and couldn’t of helped us more each day carrying the pram down steps. There is no elevator which was really hard with the babies. I wouldnt recommend for older people. We were on the 3rd floor first and then the 4th floor as we stayed an extra couple of days.
Unfortunately when leaving, We had a major issue. We were checking out and the receptionist Patcharee, told me that house keeping said a ‘foot towel’ was missing from our room. I told her all towels were in the bathroom. She kept repeating herself and wanted to charge me for this. Again, I said all towels were in our room. Then, In front of a very busy reception, she wanted to search OUR SUITCASES!! 🤬 In all my years of travelling the world, I have NEVER experienced anything like this. The poor concierge was mortified helping her. Obviously they found NOTHING in our cases but the damage was done. We were humiliated. My 2 babies were distressed and screaming in the lobby and then I burst into tears. After a lovely week there and then to be accused of stealing a FOOT TOWEL 🤬 I was furious. After a wonderful month travelling Thailand and on our last day for this to happen. Your staff need to be trained in customer service. I left on the boat in floods of tears. I will never forget how we were treated by your reception.
- Eve (6/5): - Reception staff are not very friendly and at times I observed them to be quite rude.
Check in was delayed by more than an hour
- William (8/5): - What I liked:
- Great sea view of two bays
- Nice breakfast
- Reasonably priced room
What I didn't like:
- No elevator (would have rated 5 out 5 if they had one)
- Elaine (8/5): - Great location to the ferry. If you can’t do alot of stairs as for lower floor as all stairs and no lift. Good selection for breakfast and the staff friendly.
- AliroFranco (2/5): Was offered a fight by the night manager - Went back to my room after my second night in, asked the night manager for a bottle of water, he insisted they dont have (I saw bottles of water in the back room, like a normal hotel has). I had to go to a clinic to get drinking water, came back to him telling him about my ordeal to get water, he threatened to "punch me in the face". Thanks Phi Phi Hotel, WTF.
- Michael (8/5): - Excellent stay, very close to everything, make sure you tell the hotel what ferry you’re on so they meet you and collect your bags.. no lifts but was ok for us
- davewebb1963 (8/5): Central and comfortable - Good location right in the heart of the village, surrounded by restaurants and bars and only 2 minutes walk from the ferry.
Small but comfortable rooms, nice view from floor 5.
Great staff, good breakfast.
Only negative is that there isn't a lift.
- jamal0003 (4/5): No Elevator … steep stairs - The hotel is located very close to the pier. It is a clean hotel. There is no elevator in the hotel. Unfortunately the stairs are steep with varying steep steps. If you are older or have issues with steps, be aware. The room is over furnished with lots of unnecessary stuff. The balcony has no chairs. The shower is poorly fitted and it shoots water across rather than downwards. The breakfast is reasonable but again there are steep stairs. Even the reception are sets above a couple sets of steep stairs. The ramp is very steep to use.
- Perez (10/5): - Close to everything and clean.
- Michele (10/5): - Surprisingly beautiful accommodations especially as I had been disappointed with the price-high for my plans
- L2601EZlisas (6/5): Short stay - Good enough for a short stop! Stayed one night so was fine for this as very good location only a few mins walk from harbour and central to all restaurants/bars etc so handy to explore from. room was clean, had a/c etc and good shower with toiletries. didn’t hear any external noise considering so close to everything. Breakfast wasn’t great as only had a minimal selection of food at buffet but hotel was ok for the short stay-
give yourself a little longer than normal when checking out as they send someone to room to check it over before they let u go! Luckily we had plenty of time to make our ferry and it was quiet at reception so only took about 5 mins but if reception was busy or we were running late it could have been an issue!
- michalo805 (8/5): Good hotel in Phi Phi - We stayed here for a little more than a week. The room was very clean and spacious, and was cleaned every day. Hot water in the shower, good air conditioner and nice and helpful staff. The hotel is in a very good location, a minute walk from the beach, and right next to all restaurants and shops. There is a nice swimming pool, but we never used it because we preferred just going to the beach. We didn't have a sea view but other than that, the hotel answered every need. Good value for money.
- Romnick (10/5): Convenient + helpful staff - This hotel is literally less than 5 minutes away from the pier. Once you step out of the boat and see the McDonald’s, turn to your right and walk a few steps and it’ll be a tall building to your left. There’s no lift, so you can ask the staff to carry your luggage. i did so especially because I got way too seasick from the speedboat from Rassada Pier in Phuket Town + my room was on the 5th floor. Room was good. I had a firm pillow first night then found stashed softer pillows in the closet. I had the sea view facing the pier and the limestone cliffs. Front desk was helpful. On your way out, they have a luggage carrier and the staff will help you on your way back to the pier and tell you which boat to ride to your next destination.
- poojasahni26 (6/5): Average food - The restaurant is good but myself is vegetarian and they do not have much option of vegetarian. I would suggest to have multiple option for vegetarian guest such as Veg noodles or etc etc. otherwise, it was a good experience to be there
- worldby2 (10/5): Excellent experience, nice hotel! - Absolutely fantastic! The attendance of the staff, room cleaning, breakfast, everything! The room we took was the superior. Super comfortable bed, excellent wifi, electric kettle with tea replenishment, coffee and daily creamer, fridge with daily water replenishment, desk, air conditioning ok. Even during the Corona Virus outbreak, they did not fail to respond in the best possible way. Excellent breakfast with eggs, sausage, ham, bacon, salad, breads, fruits, juices, cakes, coffee, cappuccino, yogurt, cereals, butter, jam. To use the wonderful pool, they gave you a towel at the reception to dry yourself. Thanks to the entire team at Phi Phi Hotel and to Mrs. Pitchaya for always being there helping us. Oh, and the location is excellent, right in the center, but quiet, and 2 minutes walking to the pier or to Loh Dalum beach
- Emily (10/5): Very good!! - AMAZING LOCATION!! Staff very friendly and helpful!! Pillows could be softer but overall very good !!!!!
- northwards808 (10/5): Amazing Hotel - Absolute lovely stay at phi phi hotel, Amazing views from room 501. Balcony, fridge, ac, tv, swimming pool, delicious buffet breakfast, Staff were amazing, from the reception girls and guys to the cleaners, always big smiles 😁, lived my stay here. Thank you Phi Phi Hotel, 🙏
- Hayleyl27 (8/5): Great location - We stayed here for 1 night as we were booked onto a day trip on phi phi island and wouldn't make the last ferry back to Krabi so we're advised to stay on the island. The excursion company recommended here and all looked okay and got it at a good price. The hotel staff were friendly, the room was large, the pool was great, breakfast was plentiful.
I would recommend staying here if you are only looking to stay for a few nights. It's in a great location, near the ferry port and amongst lots of bars and restaurants.
Yes the hotel rooms are a little out dated but overall we had a good stay.
- Keith (8/5): Good hotel, great location. - Great location, very central for the town and the beach. Downside was no lift and I was on the 5th floor and there was only 5 sun beds which soon got taken. Staff very friendly. One last thing that annoyed me, on check-out they checked my room, presumably in case I’d stolen anything, didn’t like that!
- Doug (10/5): - Loved the breakfast, lots of variety Had well cooked bacon and favorite part was the cappuccino and latte machine. Staff was super friendly and very helpful with bags both to and from the pier. Will definitely be back.
- KomalB31 (8/5): Nice Lunch!!! - We had lunch here at this hotel as part of our one day Phi Phi package from the tour operator. The arrangements had been made quite well. The lunch was quite good with nice variety. The staff was nice and smiling and helpful.
The hotel is quite near to the beach and provides good views of the sea.
- Kostyantyn (8/5): Hotel is getting tired a bit - It was my second stay in this place after a two years break, and this time the hotel seems rundown a bit. It is still good, the service and staff are really nice but some refurbishment could be applied
- Suzanne (8/5): Quiet - The hotel could do with some renovation here and there but all over good. Quiet, very suitable for families and couples .
Breakfast was good. Great pool but I wish there was umbrellas or some kind of shading.
We ended up in a room with ajoining possibilities which was not all that good. We could hear every conversation the neigbours had.
- Danielle (8/5): - The only inconvenient is that there is no elevator and I’m in the 5th floor.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Best location, 30 seconds from either main beach, great price, friendly staff. Would 100% stay here again.
- Gillian (8/5): Phi phi stop over - 1 night stop over in phi phi... hotel was perfect for this! Ideal position walking distance from the pier, yet away from the busy party scene so got a good nights sleep. Booked a sea view room - great views. Would stay again.
- roger (6/5): Old world charm, some would say iconic - Great spot, bit tired
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great hotel, lovely staff. Pool was awesome and location really cannot be beaten if you want to be central but avoid the noise.
- Carlos (10/5): Just What The Doctor Ordered!! - Our Stay was Amazing!!!
Thank you very much for a pleasant and fun Stay!
- Verified traveler (8/5): Solid hotel - Good hotel and great staff. Maybe slightly outdated and wifi wasnt good. But the location is great, short walk from the pier. Overall, I would stay again
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Pros: I liked that the hotel was conveniently close to the pier. Check in and check out was faster then most places. The staff was friendly. There was a massage place right across from hotel which was nice. Also a money exchange super close by with better rates then the airport. No bed bugs because I checked.
Cons: It was the worst hotel room we've ever had. Very out dated. The bed is really low to the ground and really hard and uncomfortable. I had trouble sleeping and ached all over after being there for 2 days. We asked for more pillows and toilet paper several times and they never brought it. We ended up getting toilet paper directly from the cleaning lady. There was NO microwave. The air conditioner takes a really long time to cool down the room and they have it so your key card has to be in a slot for lights and air conditioner to be on. The door takes a normal key so we ended up separating the key and key card so we could keep the air conditioning running while we weren't in the room. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were partially full like the cleaning staff left the used ones from someone else. No lotion so bring your own. The bathroom layout was really strange! The toilet was literally in the shower!! So we had to move the toilet paper on the sink to prevent it from getting wet and the shower had NO water pressure when the water was turned to warm water. So basically it's cold shower or no shower!
- Eric (8/5): - Very professional. Staff are friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast.
No elevator
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The location was great. There is no elevator. Breakfast OK and basic. Pool nice and cool.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Booked twice, because oversuperate my expectation. Perfect location, better than photos, good breakfast, very friendly staff.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Location was exceptional. Distance walking to beach, ferry boat and shops & restaurants, but quiet.
Staff very friendly. Good breakfast. Nice pool.
Superate our expectation
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Overall everything was great. Excellent service, perfect location, but the place was a little bit outdated.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Lovely setting and very close to the ferry. Close to restaurants shops and lovely beaches.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The staff is really nice and helpful. I enjoy talking to them
- Verified traveler (6/5): Ok not great - Felt like I had to upgrade to the sea view room just for the better bathroom. The lower priced room the toilet and sink were a foot from each other. The bed was extremely hard and was two twin beds pushed together with dent in middle so couldn’t really lay in the middle. Very dated but clean. Pool closed at 7pm which was a bummer. Would check somewhere else next time.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - This hotel was in a very good location. The bedroom was clean and spacious. The staff were very nice particularly the male staff on the floor.
The air con worked at times and didnt at others and there was construction work on during stay which could be heard from the bedroom. Overall this was an enjoyable stay.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Amazing hotel... it’s is very clean, great air conditioning, beautiful swimming pool and the staff are very very friendly and nothing was a good problem. The location is fantastic it is right beside everything.
I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to phi phi
- Gina (8/5): Great for our short visit to Phi Phi - Literally 2 minutes walk from pier, prefect for our 2 night stay. There is no lift though, so if you have difficulty with stairs request a ground floor. B/f was ok WiFi not so great, but useable
- Chapalet (10/5): Perfect. - Perfect location, right in the middle of everything. Beautiful harbor views we couldn’t take our eyes off of. Excellent a/c. Wonderful breakfast, everybody who works there was friendly and smiling. Great value, would definitely stay again.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Clean & comfortable - Room was great, central location. No complaints!
- Verified traveler (6/5): Bring your own toilet paper - Beds are like concrete . First hotel i have ever stayed in where i had to beg for toilet paper . Breakfast was average locstion good
- June (10/5): - great location
- Sandy (8/5): - Pro; cool ac , breakfast was decent
Con no elevators but there was a bellman to assist . No reception overnight.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Aside from bad wifi and bugs, it was a decent. - Pro: It is probably the closest hotel from the pier and the location is very convenient. The breakfast is also very good and there are a lot of options. The Hotel is average, but aside some issues (listed below), it was comfortable.
Con: Wifi is terrible and it did not work for me. There was better Wifi at other stores and restruants rather than the hotel. There are bed bugs. I found two on me when I woke up from my sleep. I called the front desk and security answered. Security does not speak English. After a while, I got in touch with the manager who told me that I had to actually capture a bed bug and show him so that my room can be changed. It was completely ridiculous for me to spend time looking for a small bed bug. Also, there is no elevator so you may have to walk up five flights of stairs (depending on where your room is located). Electricity only works if you are in the room. So when you come back to your room, it might be very hot and it will take some time for it to cool. Lastly, note that they check who you are when you go back to your hotel to make sure you are not bringing anybody back to you room...it isn't allowed.
- Lauren (8/5): - This hotel has an amazing breakfast buffet! I enjoyed the location of this hotel because it is right off the ferry port. It's not hard to find at all since it towers over the rest of the hotels and you don't need to walk too far or grab a water taxi. The room itself was very clean, we had an oceanview which was well the money! Not sure we would stay here without that. The only downside was the bed mattress was hard as rocks!
- Kate (2/5): Never Again! - My husband and I had a terrible experience with this hotel. To start off we had booked two nights with the hotel January 5th and January 6th. Tropical Storm Pabuk hit the island of Ko Phi Phi the same day we were supposed to take the ferry to the island. The government canceled all ferry service to and from the island, so we had no way of getting to the island to check in. We attempted to contact the hotel, but because of the storm, wi-fi and cell service were spotty, and we were not able to contact them. We figured we would just take the ferry the next day and try to get a refund for the missed day, but the hotel refused to refund us the missed day saying we needed to contact them the day before to get a refund. We tried to explain the situation that we had no way to get to the island to check in or contact them because of the storm, and they still refused to refund us. To make matters worse, once we were able to physically get into our room, the air conditioner was broken, and we had no hot running water to take showers. Our bed was also very hard and still had sand in it from the previous occupants and neither my husband nor I were able to get a good nights sleep. If we were able to get a refund I would have given this hotel 2 stars, because of the location is very convenient and right next to where the ferry docks. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - We liked the staff, the room, the brakfast.
We did not like the loud music from the beach we could hear up to 1:00 am sometime 2:00 am and we had problem sleeping. We had to change to room to the one facing the pier so less vibe from the beach.
