Ty to her 🙏 for making my stay enjoyable. The need of 1 more chair in the 2 bedrooms. A mirror in one of the rooms. Some bathroom tiles needed a cleaning. However overall, we had a good stay @The Brittney Hotel.
• Youssef (10/5): Fantastic - We had a fantastic experience at the Brittany Motel! The rooms were very comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect — just steps from the boardwalk and beach. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and you can really tell the place is run with care and pride. The pool area was clean and relaxing, and we loved the family-friendly atmosphere. Whether you’re visiting for a weekend getaway or a longer stay, I highly recommend the Brittany. We’ll definitely be coming back!

• Anthony (3/5): Never Again - The only thing I liked about the Brittany Motel was the location close to the beach. I thought the price was fair, until I stayed the first night. The room had no ventilation system so it stayed cold and wet the entire stayed, smelled like a wet basement of a house. The "fresh" towels had women's long hair in them and there was hair on the "clean" bed sheets as well. There was spots of mold on the ceiling. There was some type of mold on my pillow. There was rust all over the parts of metal throughout the room. The towel rack had rust the AC part had rust on it. I read several reviews of this place before I booked it and everyone of them were good. I will not be staying at The Brittany Motel again.

• papipeguym (4/5): Very Disappointed - I recently stayed at the Brittany Motel for the first time since Covid. When Covid came out, I started staying at another motel that does not have shared air vents like they do here. There are new owners and they were very nice. I was told that they had remodeled the rooms since I was last there. Once I went into the room I noticed a big hole in the screen door and the shower curtain rod was not attached to the wall. I reported it to maintenance and it was quickly repaired and a new screen door was put in. I was very happy about that. What I was disappointed about is the shower head was clogged so it was like taking a shower under a high pressure washer. The medicine cabinet was very old and rusty. The bathroom had dated yellow tiles on the floor and two walls while the other walls were painted gray. There is only one chair in the room so you need to sit on the beds. The worst thing is it is a Non Smoking motel and there is a sign on the back of your door that says that but the people in the room aside were smoking Marijuana everyday and we kept smelling it in our room. We had to keep the windows closed so we did not smell it! ENFORCE THE NO SMOKING POLICY! This is the second time I'm leaving this review because the motel deleted my other review so I lowered my rating from 3 stars in my last review to 2 stars in this review.

• Johnson (10/5): This is an awesome hotel clean spacious easy check in coffee in the morning and Sophia is kind and very nice I will ret - Great location! One block from the beach. A diner right across the street. It’s private and cozy. Room 301 is the best as it is a corner room big and cozy and private. The decor is beautiful, the color scheme is blue which is a very calming color. Blue doors and blue lounge chairs. I felt so relaxed and comfortable here. I’m coming back there! They have the cutest dog that works in the front office. I was greeted right away when I came in and checked in was easy !! Everything was ready and Sophia let us check in early! This hotel “gets that I’m on vacation and made everything was smooth “ they are gracious and very friendly . This will be my go to hotel for future visits. I love it there. Every place is walkable from this location. You can park your car and not move it until you check out! It’s very clean also. I saw people early in the morning cleaning up and cleaning the pool area and hosing down the walkway A very family friendly place I felt safe with my granddaughter there They had floats in the pool which my granddaughter loved. No riff raff there also . Just pleasant people and families trying to have a good time. There a tiki club right across the street you can hear the music all night long but that’s awesome too . It was like I was at the club at night with out actually having to be at the club. I just just sitting outside my room dancing and listening to the music with my beer I enjoyed myself No problems or concerns Every thing was fine Nothing not to like

Showerhead is super rusty and when turned on it shot out yellow water for a couple minutes, the sink was dirty and also super rusty. Towels smelled clean but had stains. Bed frames were all dusty and old, this room is in need of a serious update. Only upside is that it’s really close to the boardwalk/beach which was the only thing that made the weekend okay.

Nice staff and all location wasn’t bad but they need to update photos to show what it actually is!

First off when I spoke to someone on phone he told me how much the room would be, but upon checking in he clearly didn’t add the “tax” so I winded up paying more. The room we were put in was beyond depressing, and we avoided going back to hotel if at all possible. The floors were disgusting AC was so cold and we weren’t provided anything but a thin sheet… then the next night it was not as cold and when I requested a blanket I was told “it was in the wash” and just never received it. The place was disgusting. Idk how there is so many positive reviews. The noise at night was insane we could hear people taking a shower 2 rooms over.. families crowding outside and slamming doors at 11 PM
• Austin (10/5): - Clean, great customer service, comfortable atmosphere, non judgmental, easy going & a great family spot / great non family spot. Rooms were clean, maids were very nice & personable, beds were decent, kitchenette was what we expected- noise level at night was normal for a high traffic vacation spot .1 miles from the boardwalk! Quieter than I actually expected! Pool was great, atmosphere was comfortable- definitely felt safe letting our little ones run down to the pool/ lobby etc without having to worry at all- Front desk made us feel like we had been guests of theirs for years- on check in day we were given a parking pass early and allowed to park on premises while we waited for check in time. They offered us the use of their pool, parking lot and restrooms/ changing rooms before we checked in & even after we checked out! Very convenient for a family of 5 with 3 little ones! Especially after a 6hour drive! Also, On the day we arrived the hotel was having a cookout- before we even checked in we were offered a full platter of hot dogs, hamburgers and all the fixings- made us feel very welcome & was a nice touch to remind us that we weren’t staying at a big chain hotel where the guests are just a $ symbol. 5/5 stars for the Brittany motel ! Will def be coming back!!

He’s the mascot for the hotel!!! I enjoyed my stay very much & 💯 will return next season! It’s family owned & operated!!! Everyone knows you on a 1st name basis,which I feel is very important!!! They engage in conversations with you! I love the location as well!!! Free coffee ☕️ brewed every morning!!!! Wednesday is FREE BBQ DAY., I thought that was very sweet considering the price of food & the amount of ppl they served! My room was on the 1st floor! That made my day because I suffer from a hip injury & it was PERFECT,less walking with all my luggage! Overall I had a wonderful experience! I will be back…..especially for the mascot,Winston!!!!! Thank you,for having me & being apart of my wonderful & much needed vacation! (Sofia,John,Janice & all the staff)
• Tracey (7/5): Overall, it met expectations as a 2 star hotel but with a few minor tweaks it could be better. - It was very close to everything! I loved the location! Very convenient to get to the boardwalk and to Morey’s Piers! Stayed in room 102. The mattresses definitely need to be replaced. They were extremely hard and very squeaky. I would also recommend no smoking on property. Often I would have to walk through smoke to get to the room from smokers sitting outside smoking. Or, compromise and put a smoking section or area to smoke .

• Justin (2/5): The only benefit of the hotel is location to board walk. - Window air conditioning. Room was always damp and smells of mold. Only the separate bedroom was able to stay cold due to the window AC. There was blood on a bath towel when we arrived. Mattresses were extremely broke and worn out (sagging in middle). Only a few power outlets. Inconsistent pricing. Actually checked out at 9pm the night before actual check out to sleep in my own bed (3 hr drive). The whole hotel needs an update and there website should support online booking. They indicated if you call you can get a better rate.

She offered to hold my baby so I could fill out my information, when I told her I was by myself with my 3 kids, she immediately came to my car to help me unload my luggage. She called another worker who loaded all our stuff on a cart and brought it right to our room. Every day when we got back the room was spotless. The location was perfect!

• Elizabeth (6/5): - Staff were friendly and the property was well kept. The suite we were in was a perfect size for what we needed. The only draw backs were that It was not clean, especially the bathroom area. There was definitely a mold issue and we didn't utilize bathroom storage because of it. The room was definitely dated but that’s to be expected for an older Wildwood motel. Another thing we found peculiar was that there were no blankets or comforters, just sheets, we had to request for blankets in the main office.
