• MAE (6/5): It was disappointing. - The shower didn't work and the sink did not hold water. It was hard trying to get clean with that problem. It took a long time to finish. It was a bad experience. Not much. I feel like I overpaid for the service I received.

• James (1/5): Do not recommend this place at all - The location was fine Very dirty and smell of smoke and marijuana throughout the building. No doors on kitchen cabinets no dishes or utensils although there is a kitchen. When I asked the staff, they said you have to buy them yourself and bring them in. Shower curtain and tub were moldy

• Frank (3/5): Don't recommend it - The bathroom had no shower curtain. The floors were dirty and the toilet was disgusting. The linen on bed was nasty & had hair all over it. And it says pet friendly but they dont say on the website that there is a $65 charge (non-refundable) to have a pet. I would not recommend.

I had to use a phone that was in the lobby only to be told I couldn't cancel and I need to continue trying to contact the property to get a room because I couldn't cancel! I truly hate i ever booked here! $80 something came out my bank account and I still had to find a room for the night! I requested to cancel after hours of no one being at the front desk. The same day I booked! I didnt get a room and no one ever came to the front desk once I arrived! I had to use a phone that was in the lobby only to be told I couldn't cancel and I need to continue trying to contact the property to get a room because I couldn't cancel! I truly hate i ever booked here! $80 something came out my bank account and I still had to find a room for the night! I requested to cancel after hours of no one being at the front desk. The same day I booked!

Room, The smells of people smoking drugs throughout the hallways, rooms dusty, wasn't able to cook on the stove because rusty and dirty, no available ice and no ice trays was available for making ice in fridge. The smoke and smells of drugs inside and outside of the building. I was told that I couldn't get a refund or anything to offer for my discomfort. I could have just checked out but no refund. No one no staff physically available to address situation after 10p throughout the night until late mornings. There's an extension 500 on the wall where the staff who works nightshift supposed to answer 🤔 but they never answer or respond and they're right there in the building.. I really should be reimbursed, the first night television had absolutely NO SIGNAL AT ALL, NO WIFI , roaches, dirty towels, filthy bathrooms. I couldn't get a refund so I had to choose something half way parcel ok or lose all the money or sleep in the car. After 5-6 hrs of driving 🚗 THE FOLLOWING DAY AFTERNOON I was given the response or excused that we'll an Extended Stay!!! Booking.com is this the best you can do? Horrible situation. I should be accommodated for this

• angel (2/5): No one is ever there in the evenings and night or early mornings - The price I paid for the first night but you get what you paid for I took a job solely based on staying here after I called not once twice but three times having my questions answered. The first night was based on me having orientation at new job on day shift but the person I had been speaking with said there would be no issues with booking and it based on me working night shift and not being charged the night before because I wouldn’t be there that it was called day use. Well when the time came to start night shift I drove straight from my home to work and called the hotel to verify I’d be able to check in when I got there between 7-8 am and the girl told me and assured me she was on call for the night and to ring the desk when I got there. I get there and I ring said desk except it goes to some calling center who at first denied me told me I’d have to wait until 930 when their office opened to talk to them the I called back and the last listened put me on hold made a call to who I am assuming the property and I was told they’d be there in ten when infact noone showed in the 25 I was waiting. I was tired had been up 24 hours and had to return to work the same night so I opted to leave my car parked there and walk next door and rent a room for almost triple price. On top of it the one night I did stay there I get to my room to find the door propped open luckily no one was inside waiting on me. The room was hot and there was no tv remote. I wouldn’t have taken the job if I had known where’d I’d be staying and for the price I’d be staying for wasn’t secured.

• Reginal (2/5): - The condition of the interior was substandard with missing ceiling tiles in the hallway. Bed was very uncomfortable and appeared to be a form mattress. Toilet seat was unsecured and old and sink was dirty. Didn’t sleep at this location and found another hotel with better accommodations. Waste of time and money

• Mark (5/5): Passable - The price was decent. Staff was not attentive, but not unpleasant. No ice machine found. Unidentified smell throughout the hotel like smoke. Room was clean, but had a used hard feel to it. Area felt unsafe with people loitering outside. Would not choose as a return stay.

We spent less than a minute in the room after viewing conditions and discovering blood and hair on the sheets. Clerk contacted management who agreed to a full refund which was never received.
• myra (6/5): Good for guys on jobs, maybe? - Started with NO toilet paper. Trash can(s) not in room. A sheet was roughly 'thrown' on our bed...very thin & had holes, no blanket nor coverlet. Halls wreaked of smoke. People sat in halls on phone and smoking. Elevator is very slow. Didn't really feel safe. Parking spaces are way too close. Astounded there were excellent reviews; I was fooled.

You must leave the property Vending machine were broke, I didn’t have any towels in my room and couldn’t get any do to after hours check-in. No shampoo

The kitchenette in my room had a leaky faucet and there was an obvious burn mark next to the back electric burner. The security door only latched on its own about half the time. Also, the free wifi is for basic service. If you want real wifi speed, you must pay for it.

Gave me room 229 the tv didn’t work , I only got one towel no rag , it stank so bad in the entire room and hall ways and also the damn elevator , the staff gave a stranger a room key to my room he walked in my room and had to go back to the desk to get his right room key . Very scary moment to go through all while wanted a refund that I never got . Please don’t stay here ! Not a damn thang .
