• G7916KQrobertf (2/5): Don’t stay here it’s awful!! - Durrell is a person who is at the front desk. He is very rude and always high on drugs. My friend who is legally blind was walking the dog looking where he was going when Durrell accused my friend of staring at the other people. Said if he did it again he would be forced to leave. He also told me he did not like me and yelled at me at the top of his lungs. He does not deserve this job!! Or to work with people for that matter. The experience of this hotel was terrible and I would not recommend it to anyone!!

• debragU5917LH (2/5): The worst hotel to stay in - The front desk has a staff member by the name of Katlyn who has a bad attitude she's conniving manipulative and sneaky i have watched her tell lies on staff just to make sure what she does isn't noticeable i pray she find GOD AND ASK FOR FORGIVENESS SHE WASH TOWELS AND SHEETS TOGETHER THAT HAS BLOOD AND FECES ON THEM IN A BUCKET THEN PUTS THEM BACK INTO THE ROOM SHE HANGS OUT WITH THE HOTEL RESIDENTS AND BUYS THEM FOOD SHE ALSO PUT PEOPLE IN THE ROOMS THAT HAS NO HEAT OR HOT WATER EVEN AFTER BEEN TOLD THAT THE ROOMS AREN'T APPROPRIATE TO BE IN SHES ON ALL KINDS OF MEDS AND WILL LIKELY SNAP AT ANYDAY

• Laurie (1/5): It was horrible. - The staff and the location was convenient I was completely dismayed by the room. It felt like a prison cell with a lumpy, smelly bed on high metal legs, concrete walls and ceilings and a sticky floor. At the price point I expected a nicer comfortable room. I could have stayed at La Quinta, for example, for the same price with a beautiful room! I didn’t because Woodsprings was more convenient.

From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming — not only toward us, but also toward our pets. The staff treated our animals with genuine warmth and respect, which immediately made us feel comfortable and relaxed. Any questions or small requests were handled with patience and care, and the overall atmosphere was calm, supportive, and truly pet-friendly — not just in words, but in actions. It’s rare to find a place where both guests and their animals feel equally welcome, and this hotel truly delivered. We are very grateful for such a positive experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for travelers with pets 🤍

• james (1/5): Never again! Beware! - Location. Staff was American. Room was not as advertised. There was no walk in the shower no handles to get in and out of the tub shower. Second night. Someone was smoking weed in the stairwell and sit the fire alarms off in the whole building. Nothing like getting woke up to a fire alarm around midnight just to find there is no fire. No one came to the room to check on me. No one offered an excuse. I found out by stepping out in the hall after the alarm stopped and my room is right across from the stairs that's when I saw the smoke and smelled the weed. No coffee maker whole room no breakfast area. Just a very basic room. The full size refrigerator was clean on the inside but covered with rust on the outside looked to be 20 years old or older.

• MILES (1/5): - The location & price were positive. There were roaches actively crawling in the beds of both rooms while we were trying to sleep. They were also in our personal belongings as we packed to leave in the middle of the night. When trying to speak with someone at the front about it, nobody was present in person or to answer the phones. We left a few hours after arriving and we're unable to obtain a refund. It also wreaked of Marijuana.
• Ashley (5/5): You get what you pay for - The location was pretty good and the bed was rather comfortable. I made a last minute reservation and upon my arrival, there wasn't anyone there to check us in. When I was finally able to reach someone by phone, the man identified that I had reached the afterhours number. I informed him that I was there to check in but that there wasn't anyone at the window to assist me. He said, yea, it's afterhours and then hung up on me!! I'm grateful that there was a guy there (not the rude one) who came out a few minutes later that was able to help me but honestly, the initial interaction left a bad taste in my mouth for our entire stay.

• Kayla (2/5): Am I Expected to Spend the Night with Roaches? - We chose to stay at this hotel because the proximity to a concert venue. We checked in before the concert, went in and put our bags down. I changed into my boots and we left. When we returned, we saw a German cockroach on the kitchenette counter as soon as we walked in. Then we saw a roach in the bathroom. I walked between the two beds and saw two more roaches. Looked around and kept finding baby roaches. We decided that we would leave because we do not want to bring roaches back to our house and I would not be able to sleep knowing roaches are all around me. I then picked up my shoes from earlier, when I picked it up, there was a roach on the bottom of it. I threw it down and two more roaches crawled out. I tried to call the front desk and no one answered. I called several times. I also called Hotels.com and they would not refund me. I have also tried to call the hotel this morning and no one will answer the phone.

He was very rude and when I told him so he asked us to leave then followed us out trying to get my fiancee to fight him. Horrible experience and scary. The entire experience. Police were sitting in the parking lot and it looked like a lot of drama and drug activity.

• Tania (8/5): Liked my stay would stay again - Comfortable good value for price Nothing big - Although the place has been renovated, it isnt being kept up. The hotel is in a great location, but how issues are fixed are lazy. For example there is black duct tape on the door frame. What is the issue? I can't tell. Some of the walls look like they have had issues (chips, scratches) and when new paint is applied instead of applying it to the entire panel it is applied only in the issue area and not at least in an appeasing way (a whole square). It show poorly and unfortunately it is going to make the place look outdated quickly. Painting the entire panel makes the issue not look so apparent.
• Panagiotis (4/5): Unfortunately would not recommend. - Although this was a budget friendly option, I would not return to this place. The front office attendant took a while dealing with a police issue, which I understand, but we waited for 20 minutes to check-in. The room seemed decently clean, but when we returned for the evening there were cockroaches all throughout the room. There were 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids which was none at booking), but not enough towels. Though, I wouldn't have given my kids a bath there anyways. The beds were very basic and not comfortable. Checkout was easy. It was close to many stores and restaurants. My family was only there for a night.

While there appears to be some effort to maintain basic cleanliness and order, this wouldn’t be considered a destination stay—more of a last resort option for those needing short-term lodging at a low price point. That said, the front desk staff were polite and courteous. The room itself was marginal—functional, but not particularly comfortable. There were a few concerns worth noting: a room labeled non-smoking had a lingering smoky odor, there was a consistent smell reminiscent of cannabis in the hallway or surrounding areas, and we did encounter a bug or two during our stay. Overall, if you’re on a tight budget and need a temporary place to stay, it’s serviceable—but manage expectations accordingly.

I had also to unplug the refrigerator because of the extreme noise the motor was doing. There was not a decently conforter or something to covers you at night, thank God i brought my own blanket and pullows. The smell was similar like walking in a animal shelter. Terrible. Will never come back. I know ppl are going to say you get what you pay for but this was atrocious.
