- Sang (1/5): Thật tồi tệ, không bao giờ quay lại - Không có gì. 1. Thái độ phục vụ của tất cả nhân viên, kiểu “đông khách không cần”, giọng rất xấc xược. 2. Phòng thực tế giống trên hình, nhưng tất cả mọi thứ đều đã xuống cấp rất rất nhiều, nhìn rất kinh khủng. Lúc tôi nhận phòng, rất dơ và đưa tôi một phòng không phải như hình trên booking, tôi đã phải phản ánh mới được đổi phòng khác. 3. Thiết bị cũ kỹ, bồn nước nghẹt, máy lạnh hư, toilet rất hôi, bồn cầu cũ bị nứt phai màu rất kinh tởm. 4. Trên booking tôi đặt phòng 2 người lớn và 2 trẻ em. Nhưng khi đến khách sạn phụ thu thêm 250k vnd, lý do: phòng đó mặc định 3 người, thêm trẻ em thêm tiền, khiếu nại thắc mắc gì thì liên hệ booking, không đồng ý thì trả phòng. Trong khi gia đình tôi có 2 trẻ em nếu trả đành phải lang thang đi tìm phòng khác. 5. Hầm giữ xe bốc mùi kinh khủng thật là tệ. 6. Cách âm rất tệ, ở trên toilet dưới nghe hết, cực kì gớm. Tôi chưa từng bao giờ phải ở một nơi kinh khủng từ dịch vụ, hạ tầng và chất lượng. Lời khuyên: đừng nên lưu trú ở đây.

The most disappointed thing is the massage shop on 6th floor. it is not a serous massage service but just for “bum bum” massage , and hotel staff doesn’t advise you about that , so I payed 300 k ticket for massage but the girl after knock my backside for 2 min , she asked me money for sex service. So I left soon and asked back my money because I didn’t receive any massage service and hotel didn’t take any responsibility about that , even the shop is inside the hotel. 3 stars hotel needs serious service for family and relax, no sex service shop! very disappointed ! my last time here !

- Thi Hong Nhung (4/5): Khá Thất Vọng - Quá Thất Vọng với Khách Sạn, phòng củ, có mùi hôi, không có cửa sổ, cửa phòng muốn hư, tivi 21 đời củ gắn cho vui, ổ cắm nhiều mà ko dùng được mấy lỗ, tủ lạnh nhìn buồn cười. Nói chung lỡ đặt ko hủy được chứ nhận phòng là muốn trả liền luôn. Tính ra với dịch vụ và phòng ốc như này là ko hề rẻ. Thêm cho mng tham khảo ko nên đi Vũng Tàu nhá, chặt chém dữ quá, xe cứ rề vô ko nói nhiều 50k, 1 buổi ăn tầm triệu mà vùng biển hải sản ăn vừa đắt vừa ko có để ăn, bãi biển thì ko đẹp, quá dơ, toàn rác là rác eo ơi. Tầm này đi chổ khác thấy đáng tiền mà sạch sẽ hơn, bãi biển và dịch vụ hơn nhiều. Chưa bao giờ đi du lịch mà Thất Vọng như này, sẽ ko quay lại Vũng Tàu lần nữa

- Verified traveler (10/5): - This hotel also has a convention centre (top floor), a banquet hall and a large all-purpose entertainment room with stage and sound system (favourite karaoke place by weekend tourists) on the ground floor. Each floor has a reception/viewing area in the front, all glass covered, looking over a war memorial garden. Our room is quite spacious and comfortable, the bathroom is also spacious and clean. The price was unbeatable in the month we were there, yet we got a free upgrade for our room. We enjoyed the walk to the beautiful beach Bai Sau, This was a very pleasant and memorable stay. We'll come back again.

The staff were pleasant and attended to my enquiries for transport etc promply and efficiently. It is not an expensive hotel, but if I am back in Vung Tau I would stay there again.

The location is acceptable, thought it is in the BACK BEACH (BAI SAU) and also not in the CITY CENTRE. It is only about 10 minutes walk to the seafront of the BACK BEACH. There is a GOOD shopping mall, just next to the hotel, housing a good departmental store and supermarket, LOTTE MART, providing many eateries, shops....further down to the BACK BEACH there is the IMPERIAL MALL. Taxis rides to the city centre are reasonable and aplenty in front of the LOTTE MART. The staff are friendly, but limited in English as in most part of Vietnam. The room is spacious and clean and well provided for. The buffet breakfast is good in both quality and choice. Good value for money!

- 602tranh (4/5): Unacceptable day! - it's located nice place but doesnt mean well arrangement. Receptionist welcome guest by well grooming is wearing flippers called " honey house ". room is old and smelly!!! it should have maintenace deeply instead of keep cover by lights.
- Verified traveler (2/5): this hotel very dirty smelly and noisy - Dishonest staff even though I try to speak to them nicely and patiently ask them for the correct room as I was book show them the evidence and picture they still come up with an excuses twenty minutes later with their excuses and apologized I still end up in the same room it also very dirty and smelly it was making wonder if these people ever care ! Smile !!!!!
- Mike (8/5): Very friendly service. - Very friendly service. Check-in and check-out was fast and easy. The entire staff was very friendly and had a smile. Great breakfast buffet but get their early because they run out of the good food.
- HN (2/5): Horrible - The hotel is outdated. There was a blackout on the first day therefore we were left to sweat in the rooms. The bathroom has no curtain or screen separating the shower from the toilet and sink so everything gets drenched. The only positive is that it is walking distance to Lotte Mart. We booked 6 nights here and only stayed 1 night. We rebooked at the Malibu Beach hotel nearby
- Wadstorm (2/5): Just Awful - This place is awful. Let's start with the dirty awful outdated uncomfortable rooms. Sheets on my bed were stained so I asked them to be replaced. They did replace them, with equally dirty sheets. Bed is uncomfortable. Breakfast Buffett is disgusting. Staff are not great. There are so many better options in Vung Tau at much cheaper rates. Don't make the mistake of staying here

- Verified traveler (4/5): An old hotel with very basic services - This is an old hotel in need of extensive renovation. It offers very basic hotel services, i.e. a bed and a roof over it. The furnishing in the room is old and the bed uncomfortable. On the plus side: the staffs are friendly and helpful. Didn't have the opportunity to try the breakfast buffet.

- Armitage2049 (4/5): Budget location mainly for locals - The room I had did not had a window :(. Many hotels in VN have such rooms. Might be an advantage to keep the hot clime outside but I do not like it. It was clean, no issues with that but very basic. Bathroom was just an open space, shower and toilette together, no separation. I was the only western guy there. Breakfast was mainly asian style, warm lunch like food. But at least some french baguette. The beach is in walk distance, 10 minutes walk. The hotel has a mini bus that can also bring you to the beach. It is a quite cheap hotel thou. I had a package but I think the room was around 20$. The beach however has great wind for kiting but the water ins brownish. Again. no western seen there.
- tr_g2015 (2/5): The worst experience ever - There was not the first time I've been to Vung Tau. Located not far from Ho Chi Minh city within nearly 3 hours by car, Vung Tau always the top option for local people who love travelling to beach. Yes, thanks for the location of the hotel, convenience. Very near the beach, super market, restaurant... We can walk around and find some good restaurant to have lunch and diner. But the thing went wrong. I am so regret when I chose to stay the hotel. The price is expensive nor worthy with its service. First thing, my room was on the 6th. However, the balcony with sea view makes me happy a little. Secondly, the room was so bad! Rest room is so dirty, I thought the staff even forget to clean the room. No word that I can express my feeling at that time. Horrible! Even the air conditioner didnt work! Thus, the 3* hotel didnt update the key card room, we have to use the key room as 1990s?! There was dirty, having dust everywhere. Smelling bad. Perharps no one choose to stay at the room for long time, so when we came, the staff didnt make up the room yet. The buffet breakfast was so bad, too! The food seem not fresh enough, low quality and limited choice. I understand because the 3* hotel I shouldnt expect too much. So I think we should took out some place to eat instead of using breakfast at the restaurant and feel piss off after that. :)
- JoeWone (2/5): poor value for money - Hotel was dirty, room had poor lighting with over half the globes taken out of the light sockets, Internet was snails pace. Not a good business hotel. When making the booking on line I was fooled by the photos which must have been taken many years ago or photo shopped. It is ranked "three stars" but how it achieved the rating is a mystery to me not even a person to assist with bags on arrival. When I arrived in Vung Tau and looked at comparative hotels pricewise this is very poor value. My friend stayed in a one star hotel which was superior in room quality and service. Given a room the was "river" view. If you look really hard through the other buildings you can make out the river over a kilometre away.
- 280jennyy (4/5): Staffs are nice, hotel's??? - The staffs are very nice and polite though some of them couldn't speak and understand English well. They tried their best to serve us well. At first, we liked the room. It's nice and clean even though the hotel looks old already. Then later, we found out that some part of the ceiling is a bit opened. It is old already and just by the looked of it, it needs renovation. The room we had had no water heater at all. It's really hard taking a shower. The water is so cold then. The toilet has no exhaust fan. The cable TV is mostly Vietnamese channel. Just a few in English. Couldn't enjoy watching much. No CNN, BBC, Channel news Asia,etc. Breakfast time, we expect they would serve us buffet according to what we booked and paid online but they just serve as a typical local breakfast, very ordinary. Very disappointed in this part. The hotel is near the Back beach.
