• Sudatta (3/5): - The manager was responsive and cooperative. Nice terrace. While the manager was really cooperative, the room was dirty especially the bedsheets and cigarette butts in the corner of the beds. It is not suitable for families to stay in.

• Deepanjali (3/5): The stay was not pleasant. Owner tried to charge extra in the name of hidden charges. - Location Room was not cleaned. Bedsheet had stains and hair. Water bottles were provided when asked. No handwash or shower gel provided. It was non AC room, but fan was also not working. Staff behaviour was not welcoming

• Mukesh (1/5): Overcharged Compared to Booking Confirmation - Nothing i like Booked through Booking.com with a confirmed total of ₹1,530.90 (₹1,458 room + ₹72.90 GST). However, at the property I was charged ₹1,600. No additional charges were clearly mentioned at the time of booking. The difference was not properly explained. Future guests are advised to carefully confirm the final payable amount before making payment and ask for a complete bill with tax breakup to avoid confusion. Transparency in pricing needs improvement.

• Beppe (6/5): Great for visiting monuments - The location is fantastic, there is no noise at night because it is located in a neighborhood where there is even security at the entrance to the neighborhood, Very close to the main monuments to visit, The structure is beautiful the staff is very kind the only thing that doesn't work the fans are very noisy and in one room it stopped working More routine maintenance is needed.

• Liliana (4/5): - The person who greeted us at check-in was very friendly and helpful. He allowed us to check-in early. There was a rooftop with good views of the surroundings and the Taj Mahal. Very basic breakfast. Poor cleaning. What I didn't appreciate at all was that the owner lied to us and deceived us when we checked out. The only reason I don't rate it a 1 is because the employee who greeted us was very friendly and helpful! The owner told us there was a problem with the reservation and that he needed to see our booking (on our mobile phone). He asked us to sit in the waiting room because it would take a while for his PC to switch on. But in the meantime, he was using our mobile phone to publish the "exceptional" comment and a 10 rating for our stay. We realised that we weren't the only ones this happened to. Comments should reflect the reality of the people who stayed. These comments are important because they help future customers get a better idea of the type of accommodation they are about to book. We therefore contacted Booking.com so that we could change the comment that the owner had published on our behalf and put in something realistic about what we experienced.

La gentilezza dello staff che a ogni richiesta ha subito provveduto a cercare una soluzione (hanno pulito il bagno un'ulteriore volta e cambiato gli asciugamani, sono usciti a prendere le uova fresche per prepararci la colazione). Il bagno era sporco, polvere, pezzi di muro, ruggine e schizzi marroni e rossi su tutte le pareti. Asciugamani sporchi. Lenzuola un po' macchiate. Pareti e porte molto rotte e logore. Terrazza molto sporca e abbandonata. Pareti molto sottili, portatevi i tappi!

• Darshan (1/5): I had a worst hotel experience in my trip this time - The only thing I like about this place is the location which is near the Taj Mahal I didn't like anything. I am not sure if this is common all over India or if it happened to me only, but people are not at all serious about hygiene. They served water in a glass that had stains. The Spoons were also very dirty. The room and bathroom were expectations vs. reality. The picture shows something else, and in reality, it's different. They don't have slippers to wear inside the bathroom. No towels were provided. The bed sheets were not clean. There was dust around the room. The room and bathroom were both congested. I lose faith in booking.com itself. Both of the places I booked online were no less than a scam. I will not book rooms online next time.

• Nitin (1/5): - Hotel was super dirty, rooms and bathrooms were so small. Staff was not cooperative at all. They have not even changed the bed sheets, when we asked for that they were not even get the any spare one. This hotel was very limited with resource. If you like cleanness and comfort then I would not recommend it, it is totally waste of money

• Shaista Syed (10/5): - Thank you for a wonderful stay! We booked last minute and they were able to have our room ready in time. The roof offers a brief view of the Taj when fog and pollution is low. Our car was safe and we felt like a valued guest.
• Florian (1/5): Nie wieder !!! - Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war sehr nett. Damit hört es dann aber auch auf. Wir kamen um 3pm an und unser Zimmer war noch nicht fertig. Haben dann übergangsweise einen anderes Zimmer bekommen (keine Klimaanlage, extrem dreckig, Bettlaken löchrig und alt, einfach eklig). Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass unser gebuchtes Zimmer erst um 8pm frei sein würde. Wir akzeptierten unser Schicksal und warteten. Um 8pm war er dann immer noch nicht bereit. Es stellte sich heraus, dass ein anderer Gast einen Late Checkout bar bezahlt hat und der Inhaber des Hotels natürlich gerne noch ein bisschen mehr verdienen wollte. Zum Glück konnte ich über den Kundenservice das Zimmer stornieren und wir haben uns dann um 8:30pm ein anderes Hotel gesucht, weil der andere Gast weiterhin da war und wir nach 5,5 Stunden nun auch mal entspannen wollten. Stattdessen können wir Joeys Hostel sehr empfehlen. Fußweg zum Taj Mahal, saubere Zimmer und alles funktionstüchtig.

• Philemon (4/5): not recommended - Location is safe and about 1km to Taj Mahal east gate parking. cleanliness = 0. promise of non-existent breakfast, namesake ac, tiny room. not recommended except for a quick night nap if are not concerned about cleanliness. There is no kitchen as advertised. The roof top dining tables are filthy. The top dome of the taj mahal is barely visible.
