• Hassana (1/5): - People will literally let anybody in and they all looked liked Crack heads!!! I was scared to get on the elevator because u can oblivious hear someone getting robbed🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ I use to stay here 12 years ago and it was called value place which was nothing like what I experienced this past weekend and i can honestly say I'll never stay there again!!

• Robyn (1/5): - They kept charging my debit card after my stay and brought my bank account to a negative balance. They weren’t able to find out why or who did it. It was very frustrating and I’m now having to wait several days for them to correct this issue.
• Sadiqa (7/5): SMH... - Upon arrival, I was checked in quickly. A few guests were loud at times, but it couldn't be helped. Early mornings, there was construction or renovation that interrupted my sleep more than a few times. Again, it couldn't be helped. On the second day of my stay, a male housekeeper entered my room while the security latch was on. I do not know how he was able to enter with the security latch on. He did state who he was. He could not hear me state, "I am good," because of the music he was listening to. He quickly apologized and closed my door. I am sure the manager will respond to this review. I would recommend the stay and come back again. The stay overall was good. But, the male housekeeper also does not need to approach guests asking "personal" questions while on or off the clock. I'm stating facts. I'm not trying to throw this young man under the bus, but it is inappropriate asking a guest if they have a man or if one need a friend.

• Robert (8/5): Pretty good hotel - The girl at check-in was very friendly and quick and the hotel was quiet and clean I know it's an older building that's been redone and done very well actually but the mattress was way too hard and very uncomfortable

• Porter (1/5): This is a dirty, smelly roach motel - The room was dirty, smelled bad, and had bugs crawling on the floor. It looked nothing like the pictures online. I refused to stay there and they said they would give me a refund but it never showed up. I filed a dispute with my credit card company

Gave us the wrong room number so the key cards didn’t work. When he had to go back down to figure out why the keys weren’t working she was even more rude. Went to Wendy’s for dinner just down the street and received the same treatment. Head to the next town up for a stay. This one is not worth it

The other guest staying there were nice. I did not stay the entire time. The staff at the front desk was great!

• Franchasa (4/5): Disappointing - The room looked really clean and bathroom The roaches and wasn't anyway to enter the hotel had to catch someone coming out of the elevator. The key wasn't working and I tried to call the front desk from the phone on the wall and got no answer. When I reached my room the door was open.
• Sadiqa (7/5): Non renovated room - Padding on bed was noisy because of the protective layer of the mattress. As if the packing wasn't removed. Circuit wasn't all turned on. I had to turn on from breaker to have lighting in certain areas of the room. Tub needed to be resurfaced. My room wasn't fully renovated, oh well... Expectation was ok...

• Chase (4/5): Not what it appears to be online. - Typical example of don't believe the pictures you see on the internet. Property looks like a 9 or 10 online but in reality, it's a 4 or 5. Our rooms Microwave sounded awful and barely worked, the stove only had 1 burner that worked. You have to go downstairs and request new towels every night if you want them. Lots of noise from the rooms around and above us. Just wasn't as advertised and we won't stay here again.

She made sure we were comfortable and never got tired of our questions or the many times we asked for help during our stay and my family 's phone calls. We really appreciated her.
• Christin (1/5): This place needs a total overhaul, except for the nice guy working the desk in the middle of the night. - Nothing. We left without staying the night. I contacted the property to ask for a refund and have not heard a word in response. It smelled like a fraternity house that had been collecting smells for decades. There was a curly, dark hair on the bed when I went to get into it, and there were guests partying and random guys coming and going on our floor. I was with my 14 y.o. daughter and felt so uncomfortable that we left and I continued to drive through the night. I want my money back.

The room is spacious but could use a upgrade to make it more comfortable to stay. Our 2nd night we changed hotels

• Verified traveler (2/5): Area not safe - Never got out of my car there were homeless people coming in and out of the woods across the street from the hotel hanging out by the lobby door call the hotel front desk to let them know the situation. They do not pick up multiple times for 30 minutes ending up going to another hotel for the night.
