Check-out sırasında odada her hangi bir minibar vs olmadığı halde kontrol amaçlı sizi bekletiyorlar. Telsizle birilerinden oda hakkında onay bekliyorlar ve bu çok rahatsız edici. Konumu düşündüğüm kadar iyi değildi. Her yere gitmek için taksi kullanmak durumundasınız.

justin (7/5): l'hotel bien situe au cœur de chinatown - l'emplacement, le metro juste a coté, la street food en bas de l'hotel le petit déjeuner très bien il y a du choix les tuk tuk's sont devant l'hotel pour se déplacé rapidement. familles de 5 personnes suite de luxe l'hotel reste correct, la salle de bain doit faire un rafraichissement les douches pas de pression d'eau.

benjamin (8/5): Localisation au top - La situation en plein milieu de Chinatown. Le personnel est très sympathique et les chambres sont spacieuses. Le bar Gen Z est très sympa et la vue incroyable. Pareil depuis la piscine, la vue est folle. Les chambres n’étaient pas modernes et un peu usées par le temps. La piscine est vraiment petite et c’est plus un petit bassin en fait. Pas de transat autour, rien.
Robert J (9/5): Grand China Bangkok Hotel - Good Chinatown location. Very friendly, caring staff. Dining was a bit expensive, for example, $12 Canadian for French fries in the 360 sky bar/restaurant. Restaurant off lobby did not have western food options for lunch or dinner.

Benidorm4 (10/5): Lovely hotel in an excellent location - I stayed in the Grand China hotel last week in a balcony room. As usual, the room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable and the view from the balcony was spectacular. I love the ambience of this hotel, the piano player in the early afternoons and the great breakfast. Walk out of the door and Chinatown, with all it's attractions, is on the doorstep. The hotel has a little swimming pool, a few eateries and the Zen Bar on the 17th floor. I will return.

Valjuscha (10/5): Great value, wonderful view - After having booked the room, I noticed that an old guide book recommended the hotel, so I was curious what it would be like. It stood the test. In case it is your first trip to Bangkok: the city is huge! It is not possible to get by without the subway and/or buses, but the central location of the hotel allowed us to limit the time spent on public transport. The hotel was conveniently located a short walk away from a ferry stop. We took a 24 h pass for the hop on hop off ferry and were able to cover a number of sights by boat. We also enjoyed walking through vibrant Chinatown every day. We did not try any street food,but if you are in for that, the location is perfect. Our room had an amazing view. The room with the balcony was definitely worth it. It felt like a private rooftop bar (we were a floor above the Gen Z bar). When you book the room on their site, you can say if you prefer a room on a higher or lower floor. We were lucky our wish could be granted. We got two 0,5l bottled water (glass bottles) in our room every day and there was a water kettle (I boiled water every night and morning to use for brushing teeth later). Breakfast was decent. There seemed to be something for everybody - some Asian dishes, fruit, waffles or pancakes and you could order different types of eggs. There were different restaurants (we tried 3 of them), a coffee shop and a moon pie shop in the same building, which was convenient. Staff was friendly. The room was clean. Even though the swimming pool had been a factor in choosing the hotel, we never actually made it there. Just so you know - count in a few minutes for the check-out as they check your room before you leave (which makes sense as there is a fine for consuming Durian in the room). Maybe the room seemed a tiny bit dated but given the price and the location it was great value and we would come back anytime.

Christopher Ryan (10/5): Great Stay in Chinatown. - Loved the location and this hotel. We got a room with a Riverside balcony, 19th floor and it was an amazing view. I recommend. There are 3 other floors where you can share that gorgeous view, but I like to have a private space, so I recommend getting a balcony. Loved the pool area. The man who runs the bar and pool is a sweetheart, he'll take care of you. Just know...there are rules. He'll let you know. It's the best place to view the sunset. Gen Z bistro was nice and we didn't make it up to the top restaurant. All of the staff were super helpful. Booked us a cab and looked after our luggage while we waited for our room to be ready. Everything was clean. I didn't like the prices for drinks, those were high. But the draft beer was nice and frosty.

Etage), når det er uudholdeligt at opholde sig der på grund af aircondition. Derudover var menukortet meget ringe/simpelt. Morgenmaden var ringe Hotellet virker slidt, og personalet var urutinerede.

Holik (10/5): - Podobała mi się wielkość pokoju oraz lokalizacja tuż przy chińskiej dzielnicy. Nie podobała mi się konieczność używania karty w windzie. Bez klucza nie pojedziesz i z klatki schodowej też nie wejdziesz na korytarz. Wszystkie drzwi pozamykane.

This was «not possible» which is i find strange and this is the first time i encounter this «problem» this alone is a reason why i will not come back.

Bogdan (10/5): Our choice in Bangkok - - the room we chose was very spacious (family suite with river view) - clean room, with attention to detail - excellent location (in Chinatown) - words would not be enough to describe the kindness and desire to help the customer: on Chinese New Year's Eve we received two symbolic items for the children - very much appreciated. But that's not all: unfortunately upon departure we lost an item of the little child and only at the airport we realized it, when we were boarding to another location. The hotel team not only looked for what we had lost in the hotel and around the hotel, but also shipped it to another location in Thailand, so that we left for Europe without anything missing! If I could give it a 10+, I would! -

Obudowa regulatora klimatyzacji odpadała i odsłaniała kable. Z dzieckiem na wakacjach wysokie ryzyko porażenia prądem. Brak szlafroków etc. Czystość w restauracji podczas śniadania tragedia, obrusy brudne a personel w restauracji mało przyjemny. Zamówiłem jajka na miękko i dostałem surowe.

La salle de sport et la piscine un peu vieillotte mais agréable avec belle vue. J avais réservé une chambre supérieur et j’ai eu une chambre standard.Impossible de changer,l’hôtel était complet.J ai eu un remboursement de booking. Au Check out,on m’a fait patienter pour la vérification de la chambre,c était long parce qu’ il manquait soit disant une serviette de bain.Mon mari a dû monter et au final,la femme de chambre l’avait trouvé….c’ était pas très sympa!
