- Maiko (10/5): 流石の老舗旅館。 - 朝食の味の高さはもちろんの事、食事処にかかる曲が美しく、大変優雅な気持ちで頂くことが出来ました。二日目の朝食の駒ヶ岳の低温殺菌牛乳、大変美味しかったです。お風呂が露天、内風呂共に風情があり落ち着きました。湯温も丁度良く２泊滞在で６回入湯。喧騒を離れて過ごす目的の一人旅、館内に静寂があり、想像以上の湯治効果、流石の老舗旅館と感じました。ありがとう御座います。 売店のプレートにTAKEFUのご紹介がありました。知人の経営者様です。TAKEFUは非常に素晴らしい触り心地ですので、今後、このような素晴らしい老舗旅館を選び、宿泊されるお客様のお手元に届きますことを一個人として願っております。是非、TAKEFU商品（靴下やハンカチ等）を置いて頂ければと思います。

Only downside is that it is away from the center but easily reachable by public transport, just not early or very late. The staff was very helpful booking an early morning taxi. It was 8250 yen to the shinkansen so best to calculate your stay within the bus timetable! There is no restaurant, you need to book the meals together with the room. They do not respond to messages on booking, you probably need to call. On site staff was very helpful and polite

- Ramita (9/5): A quiet retreat - Clean, beautiful and classic ryokan experience with beautiful and large onsen facilities Food was a large kaiseki course, everything was delicious Far away from most attraction sites in Hakodate. The staff were all very nice but don’t speak/speak minimum English so checking in was a bit difficult (as a foreigner) as we have to input our own passport documents.

- Cynthia (8/5): - Outdoor Onsen was kind of small, sleeping on tatami and futon hard, pillow hard. Food was delicious. Location was out of way and not close to much. The ryokans interior was nice but did not like Flourescent lighting. Coffee could have been better quality.

- Young Suk (10/5): - 넓고 깨끗한 시설. 분위기 또한 일본풍의 느낌이 많이 나서 좋았다. 온천도 노천탕이 있으면서 굉장히 만족스러운 퀄리티였다. 조식을 신청하려고 메세지를 보냈는데, 메세지로 소통하는 과정이 느려서 결국 조식이 신청되지 않았다. 그리고 객실 내에 코드를 꽂을 수 있는 곳이 너무 적어서 불편했다.
