- Patricia (10/5): -
- Barbara (7/5): Good place to stay and very affordable - Close to stuff Little run down and room was little dirty
- Hollis (1/5): We paid for two nights reservation but left after one. - Nothing No heated indoor pool, no floats for lazy river, outdoor pool wasn't open, bed headboard was broken, room was supposed to be non-smoking but smelled like cigarettes and weed. I door key thing was broken showing wires. Only one elevator works in the whole hotel you have to wait forever
- Brittany (4/5): -
- Josephine (4/5): Ughm - Location was nice The bed was lop sided and very hard to sleep on. Room was not very clean
- paparazzi queen (1/5): -
- Melody (3/5): -
- Jessica (1/5): Worst Hotel I've ever been too. We left and don't stay due to lack of cleanliness - Leaving The used headband in my child's bed when we checked in and then being told to change my own sheets when expressing concern over this
- Rebecca (1/5): Horrible! Unsanitary conditions! - Sadly, Nothing I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was one of the worst motel experiences I have ever had. The rooms looked absolutely nothing like the advertised pictures online. The photos on the website were extremely misleading and felt like false advertisement.
When we arrived, the room was filthy. The carpet and floors were dirty to the point that grime was visibly noticeable. The mattresses on both beds visibly swayed and felt unstable, making the beds feel unsafe and extremely uncomfortable. There was no phone in the room, which added to the concern.
The smell inside the room was nauseating and overwhelming from the moment we walked in. The hallways and elevator were also filthy, with visible dirt on the floors and walls throughout the property. There was something splashed onto the furniture and brown smears on the walls that appeared to have never been cleaned.
The entire property felt neglected, unsanitary, and poorly maintained. In my opinion, the health department needs to inspect this place immediately. I genuinely do not understand how these rooms are being rented in this condition.
If you are considering staying here based on the online photos, be aware that the actual property and rooms may look completely different from what is advertised. I could not stay here once I saw the condition. I had to find another room at a different hotel late at night. Property refused a refund. The unsanitary conditions were not safe. I would strongly caution others before booking.
- Timothy (7/5): All in all my family and I enjoy staying here and will be back. - The location is a plus and the amenities along with the breakfast. The staff has always been nice and welcoming. Our room 102 floor needed to be cleaned due to the high traffic for when you walked on the carpet your feet would be black.
- Elizabeth (4/5): Wouldn't stay again. - I was just glad we were only there for one night. The building was nothing like the pictures online. The pool looked dirty and there was obvious mold throughout the building.
- Benerius (10/5): Very good - Clean great customer service Can’t say anything but the jacuzzi need to be working
- Timothy (9/5): Great stay of 9 days - Excellent location! Staff and owner were friendly and very accommodating. Just bought the hotel again and remodeling and updating. Need new pillows and the housekeeping staff was not very friendly.
- Tina (10/5): -
- Tony (9/5): Good no problems - Close to attractions Nothing
- Kasey (8/5): - Bed was amazing and tub was too
- Jennifer (5/5): Kids enjoyed it but - The lazy river and pool The bed very soft and only had one pillow also eggs were cold juice machine didn’t work
- Kay (9/5): -
- Kennith (10/5): It was more than I expected for the price. I would most definitely stay again. I recommend it. - Very well maintained and clean
- Tracy (8/5): - The room was awesome. I loved the balcony. The location was great. The heated pool in doors was so cold. And the hot tub didn't work until the last day there and then the jets didn't work but the water was hot.
- ssalter (8/5): - Location, aminties price The other elevators were out of service
- Watson (6/5): - Great location for our needs. Was quiet and not a lot of outside noise. Housekeeping did not empty our trash every day.
- Tracy (8/5): -
- Emilee (6/5): - Location
- Haley (10/5): -
- Miranda (4/5): -
- Nikki (7/5): - Cost and size of room Very old and undergoing construction so a little run down
- Mcvey (10/5): - Room was affordable, Lazy indoor river pool was warm The indoor pool had opened windows that anyone could climb through. The pool was cold although it was presented as "heated"
- Rhonda (5/5): Overall, this hotel served its purpose and provided entertainment for my kids, but I don’t think I would return or stay - We loved the indoor lazy river! It was heated to a comfortable temperature, and my kids enjoyed it very much. The bed linens were clean and overall beds were comfy. This property says it’s remodeling, but I saw no actual work being done—just many jobs left half finished (like walls halfway re-finished, but left unsanded; floors and elevators that had not been cleaned in a long time; rooms that were labeled as non-smoking, but clearly smelled of cigarette smoke). We found the plastic from a pack of cigarettes on the floor of our room. The pool was supposed to be heated, and wasn’t. The hot tub was not operational, either. The faucet on the bathtub had a bad leak that dripped constantly. This hotel has the potential to be great, but is still in desperate need of remodeling to improve its aesthetic and functionality.
- Jennifer (2/5): - The balcony was about it The beds was broken the mattress was sunk in
- Yarrell (9/5): Enjoy the stay some updates needed overall I had a good time - Close to everything
- Marie (1/5): We booked for 3 days but left the first night. It was the worst place I had ever been - Absolutely nothing It was filthy. Mold everywhere. Room had make up left over from previous guest. Holes in carpet. Bathroom light falling down. Pool smelled of urine and had mold everywhere.

- stacy (10/5): Great - Everything. Food
- 547sharlenep (6/5): Quiet and peaceful - Hotel is under renovations, however, the beds are worn out and need to be replaced asap. Peaceful and quiet.
- Ausmus (10/5): -
- Janiel (8/5): Very peaceful location - Swimming pool and location Everything was exceptional
- Amy (8/5): -
- Lindsey (5/5): -
- Dustin (10/5): -
- Mora (5/5): - Falta de mantenimiento general apestoso. sucio Nada regular el desayuno
- Duffer (7/5): - Space in the rooms, the balcony view was beautiful! The lazy river, and hot tub were a hit also... The room was very dusty, I had to clean the AC vents that were full of dust... You could definitely tell the room hadn't been thoroughly cleaned for some time, other than that the experience was great!
- Meghan (10/5): - Everything! Especially the breakfast and the pool that is open late!
- Loretta (1/5): Would not recommend we didn’t stay there - I didn’t stay first room looked like bed hadn’t been cleaned the second room I looked at had a very strong deodorant smell the pool was in the basement looked like a dungeon 😕 Older building felt creepy inside small rooms not a lot of windows pool in basement no decorative looked creepy
- Wilfredo (10/5): Muy buena - Todo muy tranquilo
- Legamb12 (9/5): -
- Wilrep (2/5): -
- Stacey (1/5): - The breakfast was good and staff friendly but property needs alot of renovation
- Hilary (5/5): Not at all what I was expecting. - The room size was nice. We had two queen beds and a bunkbed. The balcony was spacious and we enjoyed being able to go out on it and look around. The pictures on the website are very outdated. The hotel could use some updating and renovations. Also needs better security. The room had a weird smell. The bathroom ceiling tiles were messed up. The pool and lazy river were a little difficult to find at first and then the door was open to the outside, did not need a keyed entrance and the windows were wide open so anyone from outside could have come in and not been a guest. I'm actually pretty sure there was a whole family in there that weren't staying at the hotel. They were drinking and smoking in the pool area, had a wagon and big cooler full of ice and alcoholic drinks that they kept pulling out and pouring into cups. The only way to get to the pool from inside the hotel is to go down several sets of steps, so I doubt they carried all of that down. The breakfast was less than satisfactory. Our first morning we got there a little late, around 9:00 so I expected there to be less, but there were no plates, hardly any eggs, a lot of peppers and onion mix, some bagels, and then cereal. The waffle mix was out. It looked like there had been biscuits and gravy at some point as well as possibly sausage, but all of those containers were also empty. The juice machine was not working so the only options for drink were milk from the gallon jug sitting out or coffee/hot chocolate. The second morning we went to breakfast around 8:00 and there was still waffle mix available, eggs, potatoes, bagels, and cereal, but still no meat choice and hardly any plates available. More people arrived after us and turned around and walked out mentioning they were going somewhere else to eat. Our room had two queen beds and a bunk bed, but there were no sheets available for the mattresses on the bunk bed. Our balcony was very spacious, but right across the street was a hotel with a water park and the kids were upset we didn't go there instead. Just all and all not what I was expecting when I chose this hotel.
- Tera (3/5): Okay for an emergency extended stay but for an actual vacation I would look elsewhere - Good value for location Was being remodeled. Breakfast was always empty when we would go down in the morning. Bathtub kept flooding the bathroom. Stains on bedding. Whole floor smelled like weed throughout our stay.
- Eric (1/5): - Nothing Everything
- Dezarae (10/5): -
- larenza (6/5): -
- Preston (10/5): Was an amazing stay the staff was amazing - Everything There was only one elevator working due to current construction to the property
- Samantha-1 (7/5): -
- Monty (6/5): It served its purpose - The room served its purpose. My room needed a deep clean of the carpet, which is badly stained. The bed was not truly comfortable.
- James (10/5): -
- Guest (3/5): -
- David (4/5): Mmmmm ok at best - The location was great. Where to start? I paid $100 for two nights so you get what you paid for. The day shift desk attendant was very nice and friendly. The 3rd shift attendant was rude. When we asked if they had any thicker blankets he replied "why? Your heater works" I explained my girlfriend gets cold easy so he grabbed a fuzzy blanket from the room next to the desk. Why respond like that when he just had to get up and walk a few steps? The pictures they show on booking sites have a room with a kitchen in it. I was told they don't have that room at the pigeon forge location. We got the king size room with the jacuzzi tub and the jets didn't work. There were two chairs on the balcony and one had the seat ripped out. So we grabbed one off another balcony. Best part was there wasn't roaches or bedbugs and the room was really clean. Pillows sucked and the bed was super uncomfortable. Again you can't expect much for the price. So if you're ok with no frills this is a clean cheap place.
- Kallie Taylor (4/5): No - The pool/hot tub area and balconies Everything else
- Britney (7/5): Great location but needs maintenance bad and a deep cleaning - I liked the location and the breakfast. My son loves the lazy river Elevators were out of service so we had to walk a long way to our room. Our room had really dirty walls which are pictured.
- James (3/5): Being remodeled, give them the benefit of doubt, and stay when it’s complete - Staff is very nice Email said outside pool open and hot tub open but neither was so used our own blankets bed appeared laid on, people in the hall partied all night did not sleep at all, breakfast hot bowls were empty not prepared and juice dispenser was only water turned around and walked out, checked out at 6 am because I needed to drive home and get rest so plans were cancelled
- jerry (7/5): This is a good hotel for a family friendly value getaway. - Location was in the heart of Pigeon Forge. The property is older, but being renovated. Very polite staff, allowed us an early check in. The view from our balcony at night was lovely.
- Ulrich (4/5): - Was close to the strip. Very unclean
- michael (2/5): - Staff was great Probably one of the most run down hotels I've stayed out. Im not really picky, but it was badddd. During check in a lady requested her money back I should have know then. From dirty worn bed linen, mold in the bathrooms, to broken furniture. We didnt go to the pool or breakfast because we were afraid to lol
- Lane (4/5): -
- Melissa (1/5): -
- clarence (1/5): Not enjoyable in any way. - Location only. Not clean… only one working elevator…carpet in room wet like there was a leak… fire alarm had plastic taped over it
- Mina (7/5): -
- polly (10/5): loved this place and under 60& - pool
last
river
breakfast
location nothing
- taylorlacy2 (10/5): Great value and location - We loved our stay here, it is older but you can tell they are trying to remodel a lot and honestly we love older hotels over new and plain. the customer service was really the best. Any small issue they resolved instantly, we were walking distance to everything. Great value and great breakfast !! We will be back and hope they keep it up
Things I will say to work on , actual indoor pool was icy cold , no bubbles in hot tub, stairs down to pool were a little too rough imo. But we’re still planning to return.
- Nancy (10/5): - The bed was comfortable. They had a good breakfast.
- David (7/5): - The kids lived the pools and hot tub, and I loved the location. The were remodeling, but only 1 elevator was working and the beds were so stiff, no give in them at all.
- Amy (2/5): Would not recommend - The location Wasn’t very clean, walls were dirty and so were the floors. Indoor pool was ice cold freezing and not heated like it was supposed to be. Outdoor pool wasn’t open. Beds were very uncomfortable, you could feel the springs in the mattress. Only 2 maybe 3 ice machines in the entire building. Only 1 elevator was working. And didn’t even get the rooms that I booked and paid for. Breakfast was okay at best, juice machine was broken
- Heather (1/5): Nasty hotel - Nothing The room was musky with stained bed linens. The walls on the stairwell leading to the pool room was molded.
- Samantha (7/5): -
- Eversole (1/5): The warning i didnt get - Nothing. Was disgusting. Mold. Unclean. Wouldn't let my dog stay here.
- Darcy (1/5): - Convience Breakfast okay, juice machine broken. You had to bring own drink they only had milk or coffee.
Rooms were not as shown on website. We did not get a room as selected.
Not a clean hotel
- Karen (10/5): The hotel stay was very pleasant and would recommend to everyone. - The staff were pleasant, and the hotel was very clean. Nothing
- Sarah (7/5): 💯 on rating...if hot tub was working! - I love that the room had a balcony it was accessible to everything staff's awesome really comfortable stay! I don't like the fact that One of the reasons I booked the room is because it had a hot tub jacuzzi that was open until 2:00 a.m. alone with the pool well sadly when we got there all three nights it was broken till the next night and then the next night it was broke and so on so we were never able to use the jacuzzi because the lazy river was warmer than the jacuzzi so that's the only reason that I gave a lower star because of the jacuzzi not working at the time other than that everything was awesome! 💯
- Carrie (7/5): It was a decent hotel for the price definitely will return - The lazy river was hot and felt amazing the pool sadly was ice cold along with the hot tub and I rented a king room with the jacuzzi tub and it didn’t work :(
- Sharon (7/5): Nice week with family - Location and price Older place but looks like they are remodeling but for the price you couldn’t beat it
- Nicole (8/5): We enjoyed our visit and were grateful for what we got with the cost. - The entire process was very smooth from booking to check in. We were grateful for the quick process after traveling and with young children. The room was neat and clean and we enjoyed the lazy river which was heated. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was rough. Many options for a continental breakfast but the time ended at 9:00am, tough when you are out later and want to sleep in a bit. Also a few items could have been cooked longer like the potatoes and the scrambled eggs.
- Norelvis Karina (7/5): -
- Samantha (4/5): Decent stay for the price, most likey will not stay here again. - The pool and location. Dirty bathroom, used towels left hanging on the door. Ripped carpet, blow dryer didn’t work. Was overcharged for the room.
- Robert (1/5): I would not recommend staying there based on services not available and communication with staff! - Location was great but breakfast was awful. I could squeeze water out of my eggs. Food, room wasn't cleaned when asked multiple times, main reason going to this hotel was for hot tub - it was tore up thr whole time. If had know from the start would have went elsewhere but was told everyday it would be fixed the next day. Others were told from get go wouldnt be fixed until the following week
- Samantha (4/5): -
- Barbara (6/5): - Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great. Only 1 elevator worked. The cover to the vent in the bathroom was laying on the floor. The tub was dirty, the light above the sink had something brown splashed on it, under remodel so some of the doors like mine looked sketchy on weather they locked or not, which mine did.
- Beard ruth (5/5): It wasn't worth money - Location , lazy river Things were broken in the room. Breakfest wasn't good. Pool was cold
- Erica (1/5): WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER BEEN TO - ABSOLUTELY NOTHING Exterior was run down, carpet in rooms was stained, room was smelly, air didn't work, tiny bathroom, lazy river was a joke, hot tub was a joke, pool was a joke, all 3 were in SEVERELY POOR condition and not suitable or safe to get in, as pool lights were still connected but laying on the ground and not in the pool as they were connected to. We didn't even stay we checked out w/in 10 minutes of getting there. Staff offered no apologizes or attempts to get us to stay. Not even a partial refund.
- Corinne (4/5): - The pool area was very dirty the water in hot tub and lazy river was dirty. The halls and steps were very gross. Only 1 elevator worked in the whole build and it was pretty far from room. Elevator also smelt like it was burning. There were stains on my sheets and comforter when we arrived.
- Christy (1/5): Would never stay here - Nothing, I cancelled my stay and went elsewhere. Dirty, dirty, dirty, smelled like pot as soon as the doors opened.
- tonia1965 (6/5): Ok place to stay - They are remodeling so it is hard to rate this hotel. So, since we were in the part of the hotel that had not been remodeled.
The room was a really good size and had a really good, nice balcony for a hotel.
The room was mostly clean but needed dusted, the self above where you hang your clothes had not been dusted in a while. There were stains on the sheet.
There was no Do Not Disturbed sign for any rooms and the front desk said they don't clean your room unless you asked. But every day they came in and took the dirty towels and didn't replace all the towels they took. And didn't do anything else.
The pool was in need of a major tile replacement. And it is an indoor pool and was not heated. The lazy river is small but there was only a couple of floats, and it was heated.
The nob for the hot tub was broke off so you couldn't turn it on.
The continental breakfast was in a part they had remodeled, and it was nice.
They were letting everyone check in early. The staff was very nice.
Overall, it is an ok place to stay, and I think once the remodeling is finished it will be a nice place to stay.
- Speer (3/5): I don’t think I’d stay there again! - I didn’t like how ran down the place was. It honestly looks like it’s falling apart.
I was told all pools was open. When I arrived the outside pool was closed looked like it’s been closed for a very long time, the pool bathrooms were so bad I was afraid to go in. There were wholes an mold in the bathroom walls . The place was a total disaster.
- Crystal (5/5): - The amenities, location The room I requested wasn't available .I had hooked the room in advance and was told I was guaranteed a downstairs room and wasn't available time of arrival .
