- Leonardo (10/5): Recomendo - Eu amei. Primeiro a localização, perto da Fontana de Trevi. O restaurante na mesma rua era excelente e há 1 quadra tinha um restaurante Michelin. Além de farmácia perto e várias lojas. Segundo, que o quarto era maior que o esperado, achei o tamanho excelente para Roma e para a localização. Terceiro, fizeram o check in super cedo e nos deixaram entrar no quarto ainda de manhã, o que é raríssimo de acontecer em outros locais. Demos sorte do hóspede anterior ter ido embora cedo, claro, mas adorei o fato de não terem nos cobrado nada a mais por isso. O que apreciamos muito pois viemos do Brasil e estávamos cansados. O hotel tem uma recepção que funciona durante o dia/início da noite, e fecha de madrugada. O funcionário foi super educado conosco. Não tomamos café no hotel, não lembro se tem disponível, mas na mesma rua tem várias opções de locais. Na geladeira tinha água com e sem gás gratuitas. No banheiro tinha secador de cabelo, e shampoo e outras amenidades. Além de que eu achei o revestimento da parede do box de um super bom gosto sem rejuntes. O hotel tem elevador, bem antigo, porém é um charme. A higiene do quarto é boa, assim como das toalhas e lençóis. Vi aqui alguns comentários reclamando da iluminação, gente na Europa é assim mesmo eles não tem muita luz no teto. Ligue os abajures e abra a janela e seja feliz. Também no checkout deixei minhas malas na recepção por algumas horas sem problemas Cama de casal são duas camas de solteiro juntas Não é uma cama de casal de verdade
- Oğuzhan (9/5): Konumu çok iyi, Trevi çeşmesine çok yakın. Kalmayı öneririm. - Konumu çok güzel her yere yürüme mesafesinde, tarihi bina içinde, eşim ve bebeğimle rahatça kaldık. Klozet kapağı çatlaktı, havlu ve nevresim sürekli değişti ancak küçük lekeler bir kaçında vardı.

- Ferron (8/5): A solo 5 minutos caminando de la Fontana Di Trevi - Las habitaciones están ubicadas a sólo 5 minutos de la Fontana Di Trevi y del metro, lo que hace que sea muy fácil y cómodo visitar los principales puntos de interés. Realmente la experiencia fue muy buena. Si bien está ubicado en una zona muy céntrica, tiene doble ventana que aísla todo el ruido del exterior. Lo único que pondría a mejorar es que la habitación no tiene mucha ventilación y puede hacer un poco de calor en las noches.

Nos cobraron una tasa turística de 5 euros por noche y por persona, lo que encarece mucho la estadía. Dicha tasa nos enteramos recién al hacer el check-in. Podría haber una puerta para separar mejor el baño de la habitación.

The room didn't have enough lighting -seemed too dark. Spanish TV kids channels didn't work. Some noise outside on street but nothing out of the way for a city centre location. Elevator small and slightly difficult to use, especially for those with less mobility.

- Lilian (9/5): - 地點鬧中取靜，離景點不遠但巷子裡很安靜，有一個可愛的小中庭。 房間設備都很新，整潔度高，住起來很乾淨舒服，對我這個潔癖人來說可以給95分算很厲害。路口就有小超市，買東西方便。 房間比照片看起來小，但位置喬一下還是可以攤平兩個大行李箱。 燈光太暗。 門口是斜坡加石頭路，推行李箱很悲劇，最好直接叫計程車。

- Monica (9/5): Great place - Lovely modern suite, great size, huge bed with kitchen facilities as well and a small balcony. Cleaned everyday. Staff very helpful with maps, bus/train/metro if we had questions. It’s in an inner courtyard and plenty nearby within walking distance. Little bit noisy and bad a bit hard but that’s personal preference so we would definitely stay here again.

- Natalia (10/5): Nur zu empfehlen! - Die Lage der Unterkunft war super zentral, so dass man in die Stadt zu Fuß laufen konnte. Außerdem waren rund um kleine Cafés und Supermärkte. Das Zimmer und Badezimmer war super sauber, die Handtücher wurden jeden Tag gewechselt. Nur zu empfehlen.!! Nichts zu beanstanden

- Arnór (8/5): - Good location, clean, good cleaning every day in the room. Nice staff. The elevator is old, small and difficult to operate with two sets of manual doors. The electronic key did not work, we had to use normal metal keys wich was difficult because the lighting in the hallway was lacking. There is a lack of hangers in the room and the toilet, both for clothes, then I mean on the walls, not the closet. Place to hang the clothes of 4 people during the night f.ex., specially since there is only one chair in the room. Also a place to hang wet towels after the shower. The walkway when approching the place is difficult, specially in the dark, or with suitcases, up or down the hill on narrow and very bumpy walkway. One person in our group strained her ankle and fell in one of the big holes in the dark, hurting here andlega, knee and hand.

Camere silenziose malgrado che ci si trova in centro Roma. 20 minuti a piedi dalla stazione su un percorso semplice ma anche piacevole. La formula on-line checking non è per niente comoda. Non si puo effettuare dal PC e non ci sono garanzie sul dove vanno a finire tutti i dati relativi delle nostre identità. Bisogna comunque stare alla reception per le chiavi!

La habitación es muy amplia, caliente y tiene de todo (champú, gel, agua, secador, etc.). Cama muy grande y cómoda. La única pega que le pongo es que está muy mal insonorizado. Se escuchan todos los ruidos de la calle y del pasillo.

- Anghelina (9/5): Great hotel in amazing location. - Facilities were new and everything was quite comfortable. The location was amazing, only 5 min walk to the Trevi Foundation. There are quite a few shops and restaurant apart. The AC was quite slow to cool down the room. Luckily as it was December we could open the window.
- Gianluca (7/5): Qualche problemino di troppo - Ottima Posizione Personale poco informato sulla viabilità in quanto pur avendo chiesto telefonicamente specificamente e preventivamente se la struttura fosse in zona traffico limitato il personale mi ha riferito che non lo era ,ed invece ho preso delle multe in quanto la struttura é in zona traffico limitato nella stanza mancavano dei servizi essenziali come il phon ed un adeguato kit ospiti fatto di cuffie capelli , spazzolini e kit saponi personal La tv aveva una pessima ricezione dei canali Ma soprattutto abbiamo prenotato una quadrupla e ci siamo ritrovati con i due letti , il primo matrimoniale e i due letti singoli praticamente NON SEPARATI ma attaccati tra loro poiché le dimensioni della stanza non consentivano di fare diversamente Non proprio una bella esperienza gradevole di permanenza direi

La cortesia e la professionalità dello staff, ci è stato dato una soluzione superiore rispetto a quella prenotata. Il condizionatore posizionato in camera era un po' rumoroso e la TV alcuni canali e quelli di Mediaset soprattutto non recepivano bene il segnale e quindi non erano visibili

- Ekaterina (8/5): It was good and comfortable - Clean, big bed, big sofa bed and an extra single bed, all very comfortable. Plenty of clean towels, the second day - our beds were made and the room was cleaned and moped. The reception has to work from 7:00-23:00 so we have been advised the night before we leave to just come to the reception at 7:00 and they will help us to book a taxi, we were waiting till 7:30 am and still nobody was there, so we were a bit stressed, but was ok that was an emergency contact number which we used to call, and from the another branch the receptionist helped us and organised us very quickly taxi. Not very big minus - but needs a bit more light in the room. Overall the stay was good and the staff was friendly
- Boccato (1/5): Disorganized and unable to comply with requests. - I have asked for a receipt for work with both names of myself and my co-worker on it 3 times and they said I had to get it directly from booking. Booking said no, that was wrong and I finally got it from the hotel and it only had one name on it. I am still waiting for the receipt with both names. Beware if you are traveling for work it will be insanely difficult to obtain you documents and you should book somewhere else.

L'ascensor estava espatllat i no estavem avisats. Anavem amb meva filla amb crosses. No va ser agradable. Pregunteu abans si funciona el ascensor en cas de mobilitat reduida!
- Priestley (9/5): Excellent city break hotel,would recommend - Excellent location for a 3 day trip. Room was sufficient for 4 on the basis of not spending a huge amount of time in it. Beds comfortable, shower and bathroom facilities were good, fridge in room was welcome and nice and quiet. No complaints…possibly a few more hangers for wardrobe when there are 4 guests
- Anna (7/5): Ich würde wiederkommen. :) - Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen. Zentral und Abends ruhig. Man kann alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichen. Alternativ war die Metro oder ein Taxistand in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir waren in einem Nebengebäude untergebracht. Auch mit gepflegten Innenhof und urigen Fahrstuhl. Der Raum war relativ groß und so eingerichtet/ vom Stil, wie auf den Bildern. Wir hatten ein Doppelbett und eine Schlafcouch. Beides in angenehmer härte, es war nichts durchgelegen. Auch eine kleine „Küchenzeile“ mit Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle ist eingebaut. Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Tee und Kaffe bieten einen guten Start in den Tag. Die erste Ration ist im Preis inbegriffen. Alles was zusätzlich verzehrt wird, ist mit zusätzlichen Kosten verbunden. Das Bad ist im schicken Blue Italien - Muster gefliest und verfügt über eine Dusch-Badewanne. Auch Haarshampoo, Duschgel und Föhn sind da. Alles in allem eine saubere solide Unterkunft, mit netten Personal. Ausreichend für den Städtetrip in Rom. Das Bettlaken hatte kleine Löcher, sollte meine Meinung nach in einer Unterkunft aussortiert werden. Was für uns ungewöhnlich war, ist die Bettdecke. Es gibt keinen „richtigen Bezug“. Die Bettdecke hatte von oben und unten ein Laken? und wurde dann an den Seiten und am Ende eingesteckt, sodass man theoretisch drunter schlüpfen musste. In der Praxis nicht ganz so leicht umzusetzen. Am nächsten Morgen war alles auseinander und man hat es alleine nicht hinbekommen, das Bett zu machen. Die Lüftung/ Heizung muss dringend sauber gemacht werden. Dort hat sich schon einiges an Staub gesammelt. Die Lüftung im Bad hat gar nicht funktioniert und müsste ebenfalls gereinigt werden. Für ein Bad ohne Fenster nicht von Vorteil. Die Toilettenbrille passte nicht richtig auf die Toilette bzw. war nicht schlüssig angebracht. In der Dusch-Badewanne sollten die Schläuche und Halterungen erneuert werden. Diese sind stellenweise rostig. Dir Wanne war in keiner Weise dreckig, jedoch auch hatte sie schon die besten Jahre hinter sich. Benötigt werden meiner Meinung nach im Bad, als auch im Raum Haken zum aufhängen von Jacken bzw. Handtüchern. Man hatte lediglich den Heizkörper (Bad) und den Kleiderschrank mit 10? Bügeln. Für 3 Personen zu wenig.

The rooms are dim and no lightening at all, no air circulation even when we open the windows because it’s an old building with no good structure for air and light ! AC is damaged and we asked them to fix it with no response, the toilet is covered with a curtain ! Not even a normal simple glass door ! It’s like a 1 star Motel , it shouldn’t be rated for 4 stars at all. The reception is another disaster unprofessional staff.
- Lindsay (7/5): I won’t be back - Location The staff was not accommodating. I felt like I was more staying at an Airbnb than a hotel. The beds weren’t super soft. I asked them to clean the room, but they had left for the day at 2pm. I asked for more towels and the front desk guy said I’d need to come get them.
