- Alessandro (10/5): Hotel pulito ed in posizione tranquilla. - Non abbiamo potuto usufruire della prima colazione perché siamo partiti dall'hotel molto presto. La camera era molto pulita e confortevole. Il personale è stato gentilissimo. L'hotel si trova in una zona silenziosa e comoda. Il condizionatore è un po' rumoroso. Per il resto tutto Ok.

- Fabrizio (7/5): Good but - The staff (especially the lady) was very friendly and the breakfast was very good. The first day I found hairs on the shower wall, and the crib was provided without a mattress for the baby (just some duvet). The price of the breakfast was fair but I would have expected some discount due to the two mentioned issues. Furthermore, the main lights of the room have the switch outside the room meaning that you have to get out the door.

La struttura è un po’ kitsch, letto troppo morbido per i nostri gusti. La colazione è buona e abbondante però suoi tempi di servizio bisognerebbe intervenire, onestamente eccessivi.

- Joshua (6/5): A repeat stay that fell short of expectations due to several maintenance and service issues. - I’ve stayed here multiple times over the past few years and have always appreciated the comfort and the location. It’s in an area I really enjoy, which is a big reason I’ve continued to return. This most recent stay was noticeably below my previous experiences. The room had several maintenance issues, including a non-functioning light, a soap dispenser that wasn’t working, and a shower with inconsistent pressure and spray. The internet was also very slow and at times unusable. Access to the property was inconsistent, and I was locked out at the entrance gate on two separate occasions during the day while guests were actively coming and going, which was frustrating. I also had an uncomfortable interaction with the night guard, who followed me off the property while I was moving luggage and did not approach me until I reached the gate of a nearby building, where he then asked to see my room key while I was still an active guest. This felt unusual and inappropriate. Additionally, there was an unusual cleanliness issue in a common area during my stay that, while later explained, still affected the overall impression.

Bisogna prendere il taxi o uber per spostarsi e la sera i prezzi lievitano in maniera esponenziale. Es gibt allerdings nur zwei Parkplätze im Innenhof, die Parkplätze draußen sind Privatparkplätze, sodass man theoretisch Probleme mit einem Parkplatz bekommen könnte. Ansonsten sehr schönes Hotel, das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und auch das Bett war schön groß. Würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

It could have been a little closer to a beach. Note that Playa Caracol is nearer and accessible and that Playa Ancha is nearer still but not accessible.

Il manque juste une bouilloire dans la chambre mais ce n’est pas trop la pratique au Mexique 🥲

- Guido (7/5): Prima verblijf voor een paar nachten. - De locatie is prima, rustig gedeelte en relatief dichtbij het strand Kamers en badkamer hebben een authentieke uitstraling maar het neigt ook naar oud en gebruikt. Met name de badkamer kwam daardoor niet heel erg prettig over. Helaas konden we niet parkeren op gesloten terrein.

- Marisa (8/5): Rien d’extraordinaire - Le personnel. Le lieu en général à l’extérieur est sympa J’ai trouvé que la chambre soi disant “luxury”, n’était pas ce que j’avais imaginé depuis les photos. Pas de place (j’imagine mal à deux…). Cette chambre donne sur la cour avec deux ressorts d’air conditionné. L’ameublement on dirait de la récupération. Le lit était par contre confortable. Le petit déjeuner était inclus (à la carte), je n’ai pas vu ce détail sur booking. J’avais droit à trois choix d’omelette ou pancakes. Rien d’extraordinaire. Les photos ne reflètent pas vraiment l’endroit en soi.

- Alessia (8/5): Cozy & cute, good overall - Welcoming and polite staff. The hotel is nice and cute overall. Breakfast was good, everything is made fresh. No buffet, it's a la carte (4 options). The bed was large and comfortable. Overall a cozy hotel with kind and caring staff! Some suggestions for the room which can make things even more comfortable: a fridge, labels to distinguish shampoo from body wash, a bathroom fan, and a less strong bathroom light for night use. Guests can be noisy unfortunately and wake you up at night or very early in the morning (not the hotel's fault).

Teníamos un vuelo temprano y la cocinera nos hizo el desayuno media hora antes especialmente para nosotros, muy rico además! Tiene estacionamiento y está bastante bien ubicado en una zona tranquila pero cerca de todo. Sacamos la habitación más pequeña al lado de la entrada, era para una sola noche, no la elegiría para más noches ya que era diminuta.

- Barbora (9/5): Wonderful stay with an amazing breakfast - This was our first night in Cancún — and in Mexico overall. Even though we arrived later in the evening, we were warmly welcomed. We only stayed for one night, but could easily imagine staying longer. The breakfast was excellent — one of the best we had during our entire trip. The location is quiet and slightly away from the busy areas, and the bed was extremely comfortable.

- Daiki (6/5): - The location is good. Close to the ferry port to Isla Mujeres. Reasonable price. Only cold water was coming from the shower and I had to wait for about one hour for the maintenance team to fix it so that hot water would come out.
