- Kim (7/5): Cozy - Quiet just like what I’ve wanted. General stores nearby. Hot shower and good signal. Requested to get breakfast early like 7 am instead of 9 am but the owner offered a skiing breakfast in which I declined. Since we were only person in the area, I wished they would have catered to my request. So decided to stay until 9 am to get hot breakfast with pancake and 2 sausages. Not worth the wait 2 hours for the breakfast.

- Peter (10/5): - This is a unique property. Definitely not your normal bed and breakfast! However, if you are looking for a place away from the bustle of Leavenworth set in the forests of the Cascades then this is the place. We stayed in the Natapoc Suite which has a wonderful cottage/log cabin type of ambiance. Breakfast is boxed and delivered to the room. It was quite tasty. In other words, this property is excellent if you are looking for a rustic, woodland environment.

We got food to go and did not realize that there was absolutely no silverware at all in the place we figured that there was at least a for spoons or something, and there wasn’t anything. Maybe even having some disposable ones in the unit would help just in case people do get food to go and want to come back and relax. It was a huge inconvenience. Also, we really could’ve used a few more coffee pods. We are big coffee, drinkers, and to only have two for a two night day was not.
- Tom (3/5): Disappointed. I expect warm and accommodating for $340 per night. We got neither. - The room was clean and spacious. The room was cold, 62 degrees! No control over temp other than a space heater and sub par gas log fireplace. Not a good value at $340 /night. No staff on premises with limited communication about check in process. We would not come back at that price, 5 star price - 3 star experience.
- Sue (10/5): It helped us realize we need more vacation time, even if it’s just a repeat stay every couple months at Pine River Ranc - The location, the views, the nice staff dropping off breakfast in the morning! The jetted tub, and just the cozy home feeling at every location on the property. Wasn’t used to a spring bed, so it wasn’t as comfortable as I would’ve preferred but that’s a minor inconvenience to what this beautiful property has to offer.

It was just a box spring and mattress and made for a restless sleep when you're used to a temperpedic. This place is great and the breakfasts are greater! Highly recommend!

- Peter (10/5): Awesome place to stay for peace and quiet - Got there an hour early for check in and wanted to get a nap from the drive. Called Patrick and he let us go in early. Very nice layout, and everything was in order to just enjoy the room. I have zero complaints except that late in the evening, we did notice some ants in the bathroom, getting in from somwhere. I understand that that they can be a nuisance, but if checked and sprayed it can be controlled. Luckily we did not have any food loose that they could not get into. I would recommend this place if you want peace and quiet, and to be left alone. Patrick dropped off Breakfast around 8:30 am, and it was just enough to fill the belly before we left. Increase the check out time to 11am like hotels would be my only pet peeve.

- Josh (10/5): Great place to stay and very cozy. - We liked the location and how clean everything is. The ranch is a really nice place to walk around and there is trails you can walk on as well. I myself love this area and for it to be well kept is even better. The breakfast was great and fresh every morning. The k cup coffee is really good and not crappy tasting like the big hotels use. Nothing bad to say

- Mary (10/5): Exceptional - loved the privacy and being so comfortable on a weekend getaway. When waking up so beautiful to watch the snow fall and be surrounded by mountains and trees. Also love breakfast being brought to our doorstep freshly made waffles and sausage with a cup of fresh fruit and oj. plus when requesting purchasing a certain item delivered again quickly to my door. would stay there again. The bed was on the firmer side but honestly still pretty comfortable it's more a personal preference. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

- Sherri (8/5): - There were thoughtful touches of luxury throughout: gas fireplace, giant shower, bathrobes, silky sheets. There was a patio with deer outside our window and wind in the pine trees. Breakfast was brought to our door with a delicious omelet, fresh fruit, juice, and just-right hash browns.
- Robert (6/5): - The kitchenette had no flatware, plates or bowls. You can't make meals, only heat things with the very tiny microwave. The bathroom door had no latch. Half of the jets on tub didn't work properly. The breakfast is a boxed meal delivered to your door, not a traditional sit-down bed & breakfast. The ceiling fan in the bathroom was very loud and it's bearings screeched from time to time. For the price, a bit disappointing.
