- Александр (2/5): In many years of travel, this is the only time I've been this disappointed with a hotel, restaurant - The only thing worth praising about this hotel is the reception staff. The room itself wasn't too bad either (though not for a 5-star hotel). I booked a King Room, but it barely measured up to a Standard Room at a 4-star hotel Here's the translation: --- I am deeply disappointed with many aspects of this hotel. First, when you walk into the lobby, there's an unpleasant smell that doesn't belong in a hotel of this caliber. At first I didn't understand why such a huge hotel was so empty, but it soon became obvious. I tried going to the Chinese restaurant, where initially there was no one around. We waited several minutes and no one came to serve us. Only after I complained at reception did they call someone, after which a girl appeared and tried to serve us. Communication with her was difficult, and in the end we didn't even feel comfortable ordering anything. We went downstairs to another restaurant, where we were served by a young guy who was apparently working his first day and wasn't prepared for the job. I'd rate the service in that restaurant a 2 out of 10. In short — very poor service. I thought maybe the food would make up for the bad service. But the food was even more disappointing. I can't remember the last time I was so let down by a meal. I'd rate any street fast food much higher, let alone a mid-range restaurant. I was also very unhappy with the staff (except for reception). We were the only ones in the restaurant, and while we waited for our meal, a bunch of staff members kept walking in, talking loudly on their phones right in front of us and going about their own business. Then a few female employees came in and started loudly discussing something, and one of them — standing right in front of us while we were eating — began squeezing her pimples. It was a horrifying sight. All in all, --- Let me know if you'd like this adjusted — for instance, toned down slightly for a public review, or kept as-is for direct feedback to the hotel.

- RoamWell (9/5): - We had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious, the view was beautiful, and the bathroom was spotless. Everything was comfortable and well maintained. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options, and the team was kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The location is perfect if you are traveling by car, with plenty of parking available. We also loved that it is away from the crowded areas, offering a more peaceful atmosphere while still being close to the lake. A few small improvements could make the experience even better. It would be helpful if the hotel updated the offers and menus available in the rooms, as we tried to order from one of them and were later informed that it was no longer valid. It would also be great if guests were informed during check-in that swimming caps are mandatory for using the pool, so they can come prepared before going there. Additionally, serving coffee in reusable cups instead of single-use cups in the lobby would be a much nicer and more environmentally friendly touch.

Breakfast selection was limited (as we were there in off season, maybe). On more windy day we could feel the wind blowing in some cracks. Windows were quite dirty from outside.

Ayrıca havuz tesisin dısında kocaman bir otopark katediyorsunuz kar da varsa bonus oluyor. Başıboş bir çok köpek otoparkta geziyor. Kovaladıkları oluyor. Bir de havuz resmen soğuk bu havada kapalı havuzun daha sıcak olması beklenirdi. Havuz sadece otele ait değil. Dışardan gelenlere yüzme dersi veriyorlar ve kulvarlara ayırmıslar biz yüzerken burda ders var diye bizi kulvardan çıkardılar. Otelin barı pastanesi cafesi vs aksam oturup bırseyler ıceyım dediğin açık hiçbirseyi yok sadece toplantı yapmaya gelenler var. Yani uyumaktan baska hiçbir sosyal imkanı yok.

Not same building that is the hotel. ( in winter time it’s discomfort to transfer from hotel to swimming pool area) . About sauna did not satisfied

- Nimisha (5/5): just huge and no facilities - nothing, they did not had vegetarian options to eat in the breakfast. the room was dirty, had mould smell, and seems like not used from a long time. the hotel was kind of empty only, and very few guest staying. it is very far, and in just another corner of the city, and the facilities and not worth travelling that far from city. the lift and the lobby had a very bad smell of molding.

It was very crowded and noisy because of many outside trainees, so it wasn’t relaxing at all. Also, I was told I had to buy swimming caps for 50 GEL each, which I found unreasonable. The sauna temperature was also too low (below 40°C), and even after I mentioned it, nothing was done. Breakfast was okay, but the plates weren’t very clean and had an unpleasant smell,
