Chistine (7/5): Bon hôtel, prix abordable en mai fin de saison - Emplacement bien , malgré que c’est un peu bruyant du fait de la proximité de la Highway. Literie confortable, rien ne manque dans la chambre mis à part un sèche cheveux, Pas rideaux occultants et lumière extérieure sur chaque porte de chambre que l’on ne peut éteindre , du coup pas du tout d’obscurité pour la nuit , chambre proche des coursives . Proche de l’eau , mais pas pour se baigner pour accès bateaux , de toute façon les algues stagnantes rendent la baignade difficile . Personnel accueil pas très accueillant au premier abord .
France (4/5): Cansada de reclamar!!!! - Q el señor gerente, Claudio Guadagno, nos propuso reunir a 5 amigas en una habitación [ muy buena la propuesta], nos cobró una diferencia[ x una cama más]de la 2da habitación pagada. El punto es que NUNCA ( desde el 22/04/26) llegó la devolución.
Carina (10/5): Ett litet paradis längs vägen. - Vi bodde en natt i motell-delen, som låg alldeles vid vägen, och följaktligen hade vi en hel del ljud från trafiken. Inget som inte öronproppar hjälper mot. Den andra natten bodde vi i bungalow. Det var lugnt och tyst, alldeles vid vattnet. En hel lägenhet med en liten uteplats. Fantastiskt! Kan också rekommendera att äta på Lazy Days. Deras seafood var verkligen bra. Och såklart ett besök på Islamorada Brewery för en drink i deras mysiga trädgård. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

Dawn (5/5): - The view and being on the water and the outside sitting area Some of the staff was ruid, so check in says 3pm so I went upto office at 230 to see if the room was ready and had someone tell me check in is 3 come back, went back at 2:50pm and asked if we can check in and again got a nasty man who said sorry hun check in is 3pm and I said seriously thays in ten minutes by the time you check our cc and get our room key it will be 3pm, he refused!! REALLY..all hotels let you check in alittle early it was RIDICULOUS!!! Then our toilet overflowed all over bathroom and into the living space went and told office took someone 10 minutes to come and then when the gentleman gets there didnt know what to do and barley spoke english!! Tells me I think its the ring underneath let me go see if I have one so I can fix it, leaves all the water on the floor so I had to take all our clean towels and soak ot all up!! Comes back and starts fixing ot but tells me I have to bring all the wet dirty towels down to the office and I cant get any cleans ones till I do that!! So I take all the towels down there and the lady behind counter wouldn't touch them told me to count them and let her know how many there was so she can give me the same amount of cleans one back!!! She made me just drop them in a blue cart they had but the front desk. Then I asked if the can come mop and clean the floor after he was done fixing it and was told Not sure if the cleaning lady will have time because they are really busy today! So needless to say no one ever came to clean the floor!!! So for the next two days we were there we walked on towels that I layed on floor or wore our shoes cause I wasn't walk on that floor. Toilet paper holder all crooked on wall thay toilet paper kept falling off!! They want do any room service unless you stay 3 or more days. We checked in on Thursday and in Saturday asked to have room clean and they said no cause it had only been 2 days not 3!

Christina (5/5): - eigentlich waren wir insgesamt nicht zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Das Personal war extrem unfreundlich. Von Tag 1 ging unsere Klospülung nicht. Der unfreundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sagte zu uns, dass das normal sei und es nur sporadisch gehe. Da auch der Strom ständig ausfiel glaubten wir ihm. Erst am Abreisetag wurde die Klospülung repariert. Wirklich sehr unschön. Apartment konnte man zum Schlafen nicht verdunkeln. War relativ laut, da am Highway gelegen.

Elena (5/5): Road motel without beach next to highway - The rooms were new and convenient, I liked the balcony. I think I just expected more than a regular road motel for over $200 per night. It’s located right next to the highway, beach area is neglected - you can’t stay or swim there, flush in the toilet wasn’t working most of the time and they couldn’t change the room. But apart from this overall the room itself and pool area were nice.

Kourra (4/5): mitige - Le lieu etait a priori joli nouvellement decore et impeccablement propre; L'acceuil a ete ultra sympatique; tout le materiel pour faire la cuisine de maniere autonome, une piscine calme et un acces sur la plage avec des transat, du cafe et du the offert dans le hall jusqu'a dix heures, des conseils donnes par le receptionnistes pour trouver des activites malgre l'ultra proprete apprente j'ai trouve un gros cafard dans les toilettes en pleine nuit; j'ai demande a la reception qu'on passe l'insecticide mais rien na ete fait car apparement le menage nest pas fait tous les jours.je precise que malgre ce cafard tout semblait ultra propre; des mon arrivee j'ai demande a changer de chambre car la chambre allouee etait pres du parkinge et exposee et la rue alors que j'avais sollicitee a l'avance une chambre calme pour me reposer; le receptionniste a crrement refuse alors que l'hotel ne me semblait pas plein; du coup je n'ai pas du tout pu dormir; petite coupure d'eau le jour du depart qui m'a empechee de prendre uen douche et plage peu accessible car pour aller se baigner il faut descendre dans l'eau par un ponton; et pas ultra proche des restaurants et commodites qui sont externes

Thibault (10/5): Appartement spacieux - L'appartement était grand, avec une terrasse avec moustiquaire. Très bien équipé, une literie confortable. La piscine est très agréable et bien entretenue avec des transat pour se reposer. Une jolie plage privée borde l'hôtel. La zone de baignade de la plage n'est pas belle du tout. Insonorisation très moyenne, on entend la route dans la chambre, plus ou moins selon l'emplacement de l'appartement. Demandez un appartement côté plage.

Marion (6/5): Appartement bien situé et agréable, mais un problème de porte-fenêtre non résolu a nui au sentiment de sécurité. - L’appartement bénéficie d’une très bonne localisation, dans un cadre agréable et reposant. Le lieu est globalement très calme, ce qui permet de bien se détendre, même si l’on peut parfois entendre légèrement la route à proximité. En revanche, j’ai été déçue par la gestion d’un problème signalé pendant mon séjour. La porte-fenêtre ne se verrouillait pas correctement, ce que j’ai immédiatement indiqué, mais aucune intervention n’a été effectuée. Cette situation ne m’a pas permis de me sentir totalement en sécurité, ce qui est un point important à améliorer.

sandra (7/5): - la proximité avec la plage . appartement spacieux avec un coin repas et salon très agréable le bruit ! beaucoup de circulation avec les chambre qui étaient côté route …. porte le étanche donc on entendait toute la circulation dommage.

Robin (10/5): RELAXING, CHILL AND SMOOTH STAY. - WHAT A GREAT PLACE FOR RELAXATION, UPDATES WERE GREAT. POOL A LITTLE SMALL BUT CLEAN! BEACH ARA WAS AMAZING AND RELAXING WITH THE BREEZE. WISH POOL WAS CLOSER TO THIS AREA. WHAT A GEM THIS WAS AND WILL DEFFINALTELY GOING BACK. FLOORS WERE A BIT DIRTY, PROBABLY NEED A GOOD STEAM CLEANING. BUT EVERYTHING ELSE WAS GREAT!

Carrie (9/5): It was a great room. Beach area was nice. - Property was nice, room was clean and spacious. Very nice to have a kitchen and a screened in lanai. There’s not much round for walking to eat or anything. Also late check out and check in early is impossible.
Philip (10/5): LOCATION - Location, location, location! Beautiful sunrises, beach chairs to grab some Vitamin D, the best restaurants within walking distance. Room was clean, updated and staff was friendly! Can't say anything negative...it was all good!
Sumant (1/5): - I did not stay here because when we arrived to check in there was no one present to get us checked in. We tried calling their number. Called Booking.com rep. Nothing worked. We had to go find a new place to stay for the 2 nights. I need a refund . I was told I would get a refund.
Mikele (1/5): - Terrible costumer service staff was rude and agressive. The first 2 rooms I was given were still ocuppied by other visitors and dirty. I was given the keys to a room where people were changing. This could have been a very dangerous situation.

Brittany (7/5): Nice place with "Potential" - We all liked the location. Nice big beachy area. Apartment style room was spacious. It was one of most inexpensive places we could find. Rooms were clean. Sweet resort kitty named Bonnie! At first we thought too many iguanas but they grew on us & were interesting to watch. #1 was not being told that a dumpster would be brought in & palm trees trimmed on our last day. Had to buy cheapest $25 chairs & travel to a park beach. #2 chairs in beach area were mildewed and needed pressure washing. #3 Bathrooms were remodeled BUT someone didn't do them right. Shower too short & they made it open without a door. Therefore all the water pools up and runs downhill into the floor. Took floor mat & extra towel to soak up to keep it from going all over the floor. #4 stayed in 103..3 from road & still high road noise. Plus bed on parking lot wall. #5 WHOEVER they have ANSWERING emails were RUDE & have kept "potential " customers from coming back!

Reginald (4/5): - It was clean. I liked the rooster on site. It's old, but on par with the rest of Islamorada. Paid more for room there than I did at Hilton in Boca Raton and Ft Lauderdale. The noseeums and the iguanas were pesky but not impossible to deal with.
S. M. (6/5): Good location and decent, but some disappointments too. - The apartment is spacious and in a nice location. It was pleasant to have a heated pool and a view of the water. We enjoyed the screened in balcony too. Despite offering a full kitchen, it was poorly stocked. It took us three days to get a frying pan and there were NO staples, not even a little salt and sugar. I picked a place with a full kitchen so we could save money by cooking meals, but the pots and pans were lacking and we had to buy even the items that an AirBNB usually supplies. So that was a little disappointing. The beach area is decent, but the seaweed was a little unpleasant and in the mornings there was lots of litter. I almost stepped on a glass lightbulb that had washed up on shore and was in the seaweed. The public beaches were actually much nicer and we ended up going there.

Emily (10/5): Perfect Keys get away in old feel 2 story resort. Bug rooms and a you need. - Perfect resort with everything you need. Huge and right on the water. Very clean and great staff.
