Aneta (4/5): - Hotel is in great position, new building but staff extremely unfriendly and not willing to help, there is no coffee or tea in the rooms and when I was booking I was not notified about hotel being split in two different rooms category’s. One with windows towards train lines and ones are not, plus hairdryer in the bathroom was useless no heat at all and WiFi was not working at all in our room as soon you walked in to the room it was cutting out totally and they didn’t worry at the front desk to resolve problem at all. But it is within walking distance to everything like square and beach so everyone has to decide for themselves, myself i would not stay there again for money i payed there are better in the area

Osassa huoneista on tylsästi näkymät ratapihalle, mutta hotelli on erittäin hyvin äänieristetty siihen suuntaan. Saimme jäädä huoneeseen veloituksetta lähtöpäivän kello 18 asti keskellä kesäkautta. Yleensä hotelleissa ei saa kuin tunnin kaksi nekin rahalla. Ilmastointi. Puoliso valitteli sängyn kovuutta ja matalaa tyynyä.

Fikk rom mot toget, men rommene var godt isolert så man hørte ikke toget så mye. Alt i alt et flott hotell til en ok pris.

Nicolina (10/5): Superbra hotell! - Rummet var enormt stort och rymligt. Incheckningen gick på 1 minut och vi fick tillgång till rummet tidigare än planerat, vilket var ett stort plus. Läget på hotellet ligger mycket bra med gångavstånd till strand och huvudgatan Monte Cassino. Sidan om hotellet ligger många bra frukostställen och restauranger. Man fick långa handdukar till stranden vilket vi tyckte var ett stort plus. Det ingår flaskor med vatten på rummet. Sängarna var sköna.

The decor of the hotel is minimalistic and clean, although with everything that is needed. Our room was very spacious, and so was our bathroom. Breakfast was plenty and well appointed. The interaction with the staff was friendly although not memorable.

Na śniadanie też zostaliśmy skierowani 5 minut drogą od hotelu. Miła restauracje i śniadanko bardzo dobre. Choć hotel też nie informuje o tym przy rezerwacji.

Sylwia (10/5): Idealny - Wyjazd z mężem i pupilem , spontaniczny. W trakcie szukania ofert od razu Molo Hotel przypadł mi do gustu , chociaż by ze względu na akceptację zwierząt. Można skorzystać z zabiegów spa. Dwie restauracje do wyboru, hotelowa oraz Sphinx. My kozystaliśmy z hotelowej ponieważ śniadania były jak dla nas smaczne, oczywiście w firmie bufetu. Dla każdego coś dobrego.

Przy zamkniętym oknie nie było słychać pociągów, ale miałem też z dobrej strony okno. Jest klimatyzacja, więc zamknięte okno to nie problem. Polecam. Sam ponownie skorzystam.

Good quality breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. Modern air conditioning means it's a great place to escape from the sun!

Ole (8/5): A very nice stay! - We had a very pleasent stay in The Molo Hotel, Sopot. The hotel is modern, clean and it has a very good location in Sopot. Some of the best restaurants is just around the corner, and beach is only five minutes walk. I would stay here again. Thank you.
Laina (8/5): Mitt i hjärtat av Sopot - Stora fina rum. Det kunde få plats en liten sittgrupp men det saknades. Vi saknade även vattenkokare. Hotellet ligger bra nära tågstationen och gatan rakt ned tull piren. Vi fick ett rum mot järnvägen som låg rakt nedanför vårt fönster men fönstren är välisolerade så tågen hördes knappt. Det kändes som hotellet inte var riktigt färdigt. Det var stora utrymmen i korridoren som kunde ha fyllts med en fåtölj eller blomma.
Verified traveler (10/5): - Rundum sehr gelungener Aufenthalt. Aufgrund der Konstellation (Frühstück bei SPHINX) würde ich empfehlen es an einem anderen Ort zu geniessen. Je nachdem auf welcher Seite man im Hotel untergekommen ist (Stadt/Bahngleise), hört man die Zuggeräusche mehr/weniger.
Kasia (2/5): - ANT INFESTATION at Molo Hotel. Filthy, dirty, unsanitary, unethical hotel unwilling to take responsibility for its cleanliness. My elderly mother and I spent one night here after moving from the Hotel Rezydent next door, since it had no vacancies that night. We carried our suitcases across the sidewalk, left them zipped in our room, and returned in the evening. We found ants crawling all over the night tables and beds (far from our zipped suitcases). We called to switch rooms but none were available and it was too late to switch hotels. In the morning we submitted the facts, along with pictures and videos, asking for a refund due to our sleepless night. We were told that an “investigation” would take place. A few days later I received a response from hotel marketing stating the ants were our fault, and Molo Hotel takes no blame! They claim the ants were brought in our suitcases. Yet we had not seen ants prior to staying there, and stayed the previous two nights at the Hotel Rezydent ant free. And have not seen ants since that night. The worst experience I’ve ever encountered traveling.The lack of customer care is appalling and insulting, and speaks to the lack of integrity, ethical responsibility, and basic hygiene. I can appreciate that unanticipated events can arise, but cannot believe the lack of responsibility and customer service in handling this. The hotel has ignored my further communication. Stay at the Hotel Rezydent across the street please.

Gerard (8/5): Bed for the night - I was in Sopot for a only a few days for a friends wedding. The hotel was just a bed for the night. In that regard it was good (if over-priced). It was a large, clean room on the 4th (and I think, last) floor. Wi-fi wasn't available most of the time - it worked...but only if you were in the hallway.

Joshua (8/5): Central Location in Sopot - Booked a twin bed room, but family member ended up booking another room as they were rather small for us to share. In saying that, the hotel staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. There is parking available for a fee which we used as we had a hire car. The room was clean, modern and airy and beds were comfortable. This hotel is in walking distance to all sights - the Pier, Crooked House and a couple of other sightseeing attractions. Only a short drive from Gdansk, and a lovely place to visit for a day or two. Recommended

Howard (10/5): The Molo Hotel, ahead of its Piers! - The Molo Hotel is in the perfect location for a break in Sopot. A short stroll from the pier and right next to the railway station access is easy whether you want to go to the beach or for a trip to Gdansk. The rooms were very comfortable with big walk in showers and plenty of soaps and lotions. There was a large tv as well as a mini bar and tea/coffee making facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful and were able to provide information on train times, taxis and popular places to eat. All in all The Molo Hotel was an excellent stay and somewhere I will definitely stay again.

Mark (10/5): I stay again - This is a modern hotel on 3 years old..when I first arrived the room was great but the wifi signal very poor..i telephoned the front desk and they immediately changed my room to one at the front of the hotel with strong wifi. (Great sevice front desk)Rooms are a good size,modern and clean. Breakfast is also very good. Prices are about right for the location...I would stay again.
Sarah Irere Ovie (10/5): Centrally Located - Hotel Molo is centrally located in the town centre; the train station is right behind the hotel, which is really convenient. The room I stayed in was big with a big shower/toilet. The room was very clean so I can’t fault it. The staff were polite and helpful. My only gripe is that the WiFi was quite challenging but in the end seemed just fine.
Rob (8/5): - Spare, minimalist design. Large comfortable room in the Scandinavian style. Dining run by a chain, and had nothing to recommend it, especially considering the wide choice available down the street.

Paul (10/5): Modern, clean, spacious - highly recommended! - I've stayed in Sopot many times and this was by far the best accommodation I've stayed in. The location is fantastic and quiet despite how central it is. The hotel is modern and clean and the rooms are incredibly spacious. The bathroom was extremely luxurious as well. Great breakfast as well which is well worth a try. My only criticism (and I feel bad for saying anything negative as it was such a great hotel) is that the wi-fi is a bit weak - it still works but is a bit on the slow side. Other than that I absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Sopot and will 100% be staying there again.
Marc (10/5): Value for money. - Good standard cheap hotel near the centre of Sopot. Rooms next to railway but I didn't find the noise much of an issue.

They went above any expectation that you could have when hit by a crisis. I will certainly go back and recommend it for a fabulous stay in Sopot.
