Il posto è centralissimo, vicino alla spiaggia. Abbiamo avuto un po' di difficoltà nel parcheggio non sempre disponibile fuori dalla struttura. Il soggiorno è andato bene. Il materasso molto duro

• Victor (7/5): Sencillez y muy buena ubicación - El punto fuerte de estos apartamentos es su ubicación, muy céntrica y cerca de la playa. Puedes pasear por Puerto Rico sin necesidad de mover el coche, y eso se agradece porque es una zona muy concurrida de turistas y hay pocos aparcamientos. El personal es muy amable y el precio resulta bastante económico para la zona. Apartamentos viejos y pequeños; no esperes grandes lujos, pero cumplen bien si lo que buscas es un sitio práctico y cerca de la playa. Hay que tener en cuenta el precio, probablemente insuperable en esta zona, así que conviene asumir que por lo que pagas es exactamente lo que obtienes: sencillez, buena ubicación y poco más.

• Jean-Christophe (9/5): Un séjour parfait dans un établissement chaleureux, propre et idéalement situé, grâce à la bienveillance et à la gentill - La propreté impeccable, la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel, l’aide précieuse de Rosa, la localisation idéale à deux pas de la plage et des commerces, ainsi que la petite piscine très agréable et toujours bien entretenue. Nous avons malheureusement subi un vol, totalement indépendant de l’hôtel. Mais nous voulons souligner l’aide, le soutien et même la participation aux frais de la part de Rosa et de l’équipe : un geste exceptionnel qui nous a beaucoup touchés.

• Stephen (5/5): - Location, Internet The room wasn't very clean, we were there for 4 days before the room was cleaned, the room information says cleaners come in every 2 days but it was 4 days then 3 days the room was cleaned, cockroach problems in the room and I feel this because the room wasn't cleaned effectively with disaffectant on the floors, Gran Canaria does have cock roaches but we have stayed in lots of apartments in Puerto Rico and never experienced the same amount of cock roaches in the room

• davinia (8/5): Zona tranquila y estupenda - Ubicación excelente, cerquita de la playa y con restauración cerca paraa ir a comer o comprar Tenía cocina de gas, cosa que no me gusta y deberían de estar con vitrocerámicas, algo más cómodo y actualizado. Ventanas de madera con sus contraventanas que costaban abrir y cerrar bastante.

• R. (4/5): - Poolen var ren och dessutom uppvärmd, madrasserna i sovrummen var bekväma, men ENDAST i sovrummet, eftersom det är omöjligt att sova på soffan. Ägaren är väldigt otrevlig. Vi begärde en extrasäng två månader i förväg och begäran godkändes, men när vi kom fram svarade ägaren väldigt oförskämt att ingen förfrågan hade skickats och att vi skulle använda bäddsoffan som extrasäng. Inte ens ett barn kan sova i den soffan. En av de två garderoberna hade inte en enda hylla för förvaring. En hårtork saknades, som vi först fick efter helgen. Det stod en bil parkerad vid grinden nästan hela tiden, så vi kunde inte komma in och ut med en barnvagn. Och till slut, det värsta -kackerlackor!!! Och på den frågan fräste ägaren väldigt oförskämt, jag citerar: "Ni har insektsspray under handfatet, så spraya det!"

• Eva (9/5): Familiar y perfecta ubicacion - La ubicación es muy buena la playa está a una calle excasa y de la zona comercial a 5 min andando . Desayunar con vistas al mar desde la terraza no tiene precio. La chica de recepción un encanto de persona , nos dio un mapa de la isla e indico lugares para visitar. Nos dejaron sillas de playa y sombrilla todo un detalle. La piscina muy bien cubre de 1.20 a 1,90. Demasiado viejos los muebles e instalaciones . Necesita una reforma. Se han quedado en los años 80-90

• González (10/5): Una muy buena experiencia - Me encantó sobre todo el trato y la ubicación. La atención del personal INMEJORABLE, nos explicaron que hacer cada día, como hacerlo, nos dieron un mapa y nos dieron muchísimas facilidades. Además de ubicación 10/10, está a escasos minutos de la plaza y cerca de todo lo imprescindible. La piscina un horario amplio, el personal de limpieza también pasó durante nuestra estancia (aunque le dijimos que no porque lo teníamos bien), la terracita es también buenísima… La verdad que muy contentos. Por decir algo, que no tuviera aire acondicionado quizá. Si tenían ventilador de techo en el dormitorio por lo que se puede estar bien (aunque si lo pones a tope parece que el ventilador va a caerse encima tuya). Es cierto que es antiguo pero tampoco necesito unos buenos muebles para pasar unas buenas vacaciones, por lo que eso no nos afectó.

My partner has minor walking difficullties and he manage around no problem and was very pleased with the apartment and location. Apartment arranged a private transfer to pick us up from airport which was a great service. There is not one single thing i could complain about, everything went smoothly, didnt encounter any problems at all.

Beds so comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble for Rosa and her husband. Perfect location. Pillows were rather tired. Couldn't light front hob ring, though it looked brand new.

Helpful reception, which also sells nice 5L water bottles very cheaply. Good hot water & nice bathroom. Heated swimming pool. Separate bedroom. No oven or microwave. No satellite TV channels, just local channels, though you can hire an internet box for more channels.

• William (8/5): Perfect location and excellent facilities - I've stayed in Puerto Rico many times and Apartamentos Sirena have the best location of all the places I've stayed. Everything is a short walk away. Shops, bar, restaurants, supermarket, car hire, beach, pharmacy. You just cannot beat it. The apartments are comfortable and practical. There is no luxury but it's not to be expected for the price. Facilities were very clean, we had regular towel changes, communal areas cleaned every day. Staff very friendly and helpful and communication was excellent. Will be staying again on our next visit to Puerto Rico!
