- Lauren (10/5): Exceptional experience - This was an amazing hotel. I had two balconies, 1 that looked over the sea and the other that looked back in to the town. The staff were wonderful. I highly reccomend this hotel and if i am back in Polignano a Mare, i would definitely stay there again. The breakfast was fantastic too. There was a great range of food and you sat looking over the cliffs and sea. I loved all of it

Very friendly who were happy to help with anything you needed. Parking was very close to the hotel with a car from the hotel to pick you up if needed although it was so close it was not needed The bed was a bit hard and the pillows could have been a little bit fluffier

- eric (9/5): un bon choix pour découvrir l'endroit - Accueil sympathique parlant anglais parking privé proche de l'hotel et avec une navette de l'hotel qui vient nous chercher et nous reconduire avec les valises donc très pratique chambre très agréable propre face à la mer, bien équipée, literie impeccable restaurant attenant très convenable si on n'a pas de plan B petit déjeuner pas waow mais très correct un séjour agréable et surtout bien situé en plein centre ville, tout peut se faire à pied depuis l'hotel le petit déjeuner pourrait être encore upgradé

Сначала предоставили номер с едким запахом моющего средства, но после поменяли на номер уровнем выше и нормальным воздухом в номере. Блюда завтрака, которые должны быть горячие - подаются холодными и не вкусными. Повар реально портит продукты. Работа официантов совершенно не организована и они не понимают , что им делать, поэтому в зале бардак!

- Frosmans (5/5): Top ligging, that's it. - Het hotel is super gelegen met een super zicht. Waarschijnlijk wordt er door de fantastische ligging voor de rest geen moeite meer gedaan. Personeel is niet bepaald vriendelijk of behulpzaam. Het onderhoud van de kamers en het gebouw is niet top.
- Cosmin (9/5): Excellent base to explore Polignano and surroundings. - Placed right on the high cliff facing the small cove offers a splendid panorama especially when sitting on the restaurant terrace. We were lucky to find a free parking lot just in the front of the hotel otherwise the alternative would have been 300m farther. Even the "sideway" Seaview makes you feel right on the sea shore. Probably rooms with full Seaview offer a better horizon. The room was close to the cleaning staff rendezvous point and taking a nap during afternoon would be challenging.

Viel zu eng. Türe am Lavabo. Leichter Plastik Geruch vom Boden im Zimmer. Ein Malus. Im Sommer soll der Raum 350 EUR Kosten. Ist dann völlig unangebracht. Bei uns 50% - ist ok.

- marco (7/5): - La posizione e la vista sono il suo punto forte. Molto vicino al centro storico ed a tutte le attrattive di Polignano. La struttura è a ridosso del mare su una scogliera quindi la vista è mozzafiato!! Camera non pulitissima e polverosa. I muri sottilissimi , si sente qualsiasi cosa dalle stanze vicine anche quando vanno n bagno o fanno la tosse. Aria caldissima nelle stanze.

- Gianni (6/5): Posizione unica. Qualità non adeguata al costo. - Posizione unica. Terrazzino con vista spettacolare sull'insenatura più bella di Polignano. Camera e bagno da rimodernare. Colazione e servizi appena sufficienti per il prezzo pagato. Siamo arrivati alle 23 e, comprensibilmente, non c'era tuk tuk dal parcheggio. La mattina dopo alle 11 siamo stati sollecitati a lasciare la camera e alla partenza, con i bagagli da caricare in auto, nessuno ci ha offerto un passaggio per il parcheggio.

Las vistas desde la habitación son inigualables tanto por la noche como al amanecer. Al abrir la ventana se escucha el mar. La ducha es pequeña, la habitación algo antigua y la cama podría ser algo más grande.

- 362larrys (6/5): A well-located, no frills hotel - The Hotel Covo dei Saraceni is a well-located, utilitarian hotel. The hotel is well placed for visiting Polignano a Mare, by being situated within walking distance of the old town. Parts of the hotel have a good view of the cliffs, but most rooms have no view but for a “lateral sea view” providing a glimpse of blue to the side. The common spaces do not take advantage of the views that could be offered by the location of the hotel. For example, there is a roof-top area with great views but it remains unused. The rooms are well sized with adequate, if austere, furnishings. The overall feel of the hotel is no-frills. While the hotel may have air conditioning, it is turned off when the outside temperatures are moderate. This would be fine if the rooms were well ventilated. But metal screens automatically close over the windows and patio doors, ensuring that the rooms are always stuffy and overwarm. During my stay in October, the lack of functioning air conditioning was a common complaint among the guests. The so-called “mini-bar” in the rooms consisted of a refrigerator with a bottle of water. And the bathrooms, while remodeled, suffer from plumbing which provided varying water pressures and temperatures. The lighting in the rooms was provided by wall sconces which were effective, but delivered harsh lighting. The room sorely needed a few table lamps which would have provided a more pleasant, restful experience. In short, the hotel was serviceable. But nothing about the hotel provided any sense of luxury, as would be expected in a resort location.
- Helen (9/5): Will stay here again - Location is great! Close to restaurants, shops, the beach and old town. I stayed in the opposite building of the main hotel. The room size was good for me. The bed was comfy. The breakfast was great with a lot of varieties. I had dinner in the restaurant but the food wasn't great. So I had diners in other restaurants. Breakfast area and restaurant has an amazing view of the sea. The beach is rocky and extremely difficult to walk. It was a little bit noisy as my windows were facing the street. The noise was from the catering when they moved out the rubbish bins.

Petit dej. minable. Emplacement exceptionnel. Mauvais rapport prix/qualité. Je n'y retournerai pas. A déconseiller. voir ci-dessus
- Ket (9/5): A very nice hotel with great sea view. Also, the restaurant serves very delicious meal. - Great location with the best view of the famous Cliff. Breakfast area and restaurant has an amazing view of the sea. Right in the center of tourist attraction. Nothing…maybe room is a bit small for the price we pay.

- Michael (10/5): Awesome Hotel in the Heart of it All - Awesome location right at the heart of old town. Very friendly and helpful staff and they went out of their way to save a parking spot for us just outside the hotel.
- Gargiuolo (6/5): - Mi è piaciuto tantissimo lo staff, sempre gentilissimo e disponibile. La struttura ha una posizione ottima ed è ben mantenuta. Purtroppo essendo la struttura in zona centrale, è luogo di passaggio e quindi esposta ai rumori della strada. Noi abbiamo alloggiato al primo piano con finestra che dava sulla strada.

Air conditioner turned off and could not open window cause room was on first floor next to parking lot. Had to look at parking lot to see ocean view. The shower was terrible, felt like you were in a capsule. Breakfast was served in the lower level not outside to enjoy the ocean view. Hotel could definitely use updating.

- 303taryna (10/5): Breathtaking Views and Walkable Location - Covo Dei Saraceni was incredible — the sea views were breathtaking and the atmosphere so relaxing. The location is perfectly walkable to nearby restaurants and shops. Room was clean and we got one with a jacuzzi and that was so relaxing. The staff were extremely accommodating, and the on-site restaurant overlooking the water was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend!
- Fabio (3/5): Quarto sujo - Localizacao e vista para o mar. O quarto cheirava a poeira e havia bolas de poeira no chao e sobre o guarda-roupas. Pedi para limpar mas sequer a poeira visivel foi totalmente removida e o cheiro de poeira nao mudou. Staff pouco prestativo e pouco simpatico.
