- Jessica (8/5): Nice big rooms - Nice and big rooms at quite a convenient location. We are able to walk around 10mins to reach the main street where the shops and food places are. The night market is probably around 20mins walk away. The only issue is that they have no lift and we have to carry our luggages up 3 floors. But the staffs are very helpful and help with the luggages.

I am vegan and I felt super welcome when they had restaurant recommendations ready and when they arranged for breakfast and a takeaway meal to Taroko Gorge. Also I took a nap during the day and the staff came to my room to follow up with me about a question I had. Such great service. They helped me plan my own personal Taroko Gorge tour and gave me tips about logistics. When I came back from a long day of touring, the staff arranged for someone to come to dinner with me and drop me off at the train station. I have never had such great service. It was super kind and thoughtful. The room and amenities were great as well. The room was spacious and clean. I would definitely come back and recommend you to give them a try.
