- MasterMicha (7/5): Mehr Schein als Sein - Auf Grund der vielen Bewertungen haben wir ein Zimmer gebucht. Beim Betreten des Hotels wird auch der Anschein einer exklusiven Unterkunft geweckt. Tolle Lobby mit viel Platz und liebevollem Design. Die Ernüchterung dann im Zimmer. 2 Einzelbetten im Podest eingelassen. Kein Smart-TV und kein guter Ausblick. Das Restaurant war noch ok. An einem Tag wurde die Küche gereinigt und wir konnten in ein benachbartes Hotel gehen. Zimmer entsprechen nicht den Vorstellungen des gesamten Hotels. Frühstück war noch ok.

- Claude (10/5): Au top - L’accueil du personnel a été particulièrement soigné et l’emplacement s’est révélé très avantageux. Nous en sommes pleinement satisfaits. Le réglage de la climatisation paraît être contrôlé par la direction, car il faisait encore trop froid à 23 degrés. Le personnel a tenté d’augmenter la température, mais sans résultat.

- 簡 (10/5): 愉快 - 服務都很滿意，出飯店就有東西可以吃，也有專屬停車場，帶著3個月的嫩嬰，飯店也有提供澡盆，板凳，奶瓶消毒器，嬰兒床！飯店的整潔度很高，房間內有提供除濕機，下次去日月潭也會再次入住。 空調一直維持在25度下不去，睡覺時會感覺到熱。飲水機在大廳，有需要裝水的時候有點不方便。早餐品項有點少，基本上都是中式早餐。餐廳在9樓，住在A棟無法直達9樓，從8樓扛嬰兒車到餐廳，有要推嬰兒車到餐廳的家長們，請到大廳換B棟電梯再上去9樓

- Kirill (6/5): Pleasant - The location is great for walking around and sightseeing, plus the hotel has good parking. The lake, ropeway, and bike roads are just a few steps away. It's an old hotel with rooms worn out by time. Breakfast is meagre and unsatisfactory.

Lots of outside noise (5th floor), bells from stores, people in the street, doors slamming. Curtains let a lot of light in, in the morning. Besides the exterior and the lobby, it looked a bit dated in general, Play area also smelled a bit. Breakfast one out of 2 days, we had to go to another hotel. To expensive for what you get.

- Joseph (8/5): Very good - The hotel is right in the centre of Ita Thao, 20 seconds walk from hotel to the sun moon lake and the pier, convenient stores and restaurants are all around the hotel. The room is spacious and sort of Bali-style design. The bed is king-size and comfortable, but the duvet is a bit small. The room and the bathroom are clean. There are speakers in the room that plays classic music which is very interesting! The staffs are friendly and very helpful. The breakfast has many vegetable options for vegetarian, and the lake view from the 9-10F is amazing. The room and the bathroom are clean, however, the shower screen doesn't stop the water flow, the water was all over the floor after shower.

- KUO YEN (6/5): 應該能有CP值更高的飯店選擇 - 外觀看起來是很不錯的，可是內部房間就還好，室內燈光真的太暗…非常可惜！早餐很普通，感覺以這個價位在平日應該可以住CP值更高的飯店！不過值得一提的是飯店內人員都非常客氣，很有禮貌喔！
- Blair (8/5): Nice mid range option in Sun Moon Lake - The Einhan Resort was a nice option in the Sun Moon Lake area. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Our room had 2 very confortable king beds with extra pillows provided in the closet. We also had a tatami area where we could hang out and chat or listen to music. Overall, I would reccomend this resort as a mid range hotel with a comfortable room and nice views of the lake from the rooftop.

- Verified traveler (6/5): 服務很棒！但清潔度抹滅了好的服務😞 - 前天入住映涵一看到外觀和房間內部很符合期待值，因為和網站上介紹的都一樣，服務人員態度真的都很好，超級親切，這是非常值得讚許的～～👍👍👍 而且一下樓就是老街，也有7-11、吃吃喝喝都很方便，吃完晚餐還可以去伊達邵碼頭散散步，地理位置非常舒適喔！ 不過還是很多美中不足的地方，洗手時看到洗手台殘留前一位住客使用盥洗用品留下的部分外包裝、準備洗澡時又看到浴缸旁有沒清乾淨的頭髮😖，想充電⋯可好久才找到插座孔，床頭櫃拉開才有插座，但都是灰塵，在和室的桌子吃東西有看到桌子表面縫裡有沒清乾淨的瓜子殼😞，這些真的都是無心看到的，清潔真的需要再更用心！！！畢竟住一晚要6千多，這樣的乾淨度，我們蠻失望的⋯ 有聽服務人員說訂房很滿，隔天早上吃早餐果然位置也都滿了，要到樓上宴會廳才有座位，因為餐點都在樓下，吃早餐只能上上下下很不方便！尤其帶著2個小小孩子更耗時😞⋯⋯
