Leticia (2/5): - We looked at it, but we did not stay at that property. I hope that we weren’t charge for it because the lady said that Expedia was not gonna charge. So I had to pay their in cash. But like I said at the end we didn’t stay because it was really dirty and nasty.

Jorge (10/5): Mi viaje a Mazamitla - Un lugar muy sencillo, céntrico y cómodo, es como una casa con sus habitaciones, muy seguro y con muy buena atención a precio muy justo.

Verified traveler (6/5): - This place is nice for the price. However, there are a couple important factors that must be addressed. First, do not stay in the rooms that are adjacent to the road. There is a lot of traffic all night long, along with cars blasting their music. You will not get any sleep. Second, you need to run the shower for 15 minutes to get hot water. Otherwise the property overall was comfortable.

Ethan Israel (10/5): Un excelente hotel, por muy buen precio. - Muy agradable nuestra estancia, cuenta con todos los servicios y la encargada es super amable, casi nunca está en recepción pero porque ella se encarga de todo en el hotel, basta con tocar la campana en recepción para que seas atendido, excelente ubicación, siempre hay agua caliente, solo que tarda en salir. Muy bonito el patio además de muy limpio todo.

yessica (8/5): Por supuesto me vuelvo a hospedar en este hotel - Muy buena atención del personal y muy cercano a todo, caminando esta a minutos, las habitaciones son muy cómodas y cuenta con buenas habitaciones para más personas! Una cosa si los colchones no destacan por ser cómodos! Afuera de la habitación se encuentra un pequeño patio en el cual si se sientan personas a platicar es horrible el ruido para los que intentan dormir. Por todo lo demás es muy recomendable y accesible para precios.

Fred (4/5): Worst hotel in a long time. - This hotel was inexpensive for a reason. The toilet did not work in the room, and then when the handy man got the water working to the toilet, the flapper inside the tank was broken and would not turn the water off. No hot water for the shower. No gas for the water heater. Got gas for the water heater the second day, but it would not stay lit for very long. A little warm water in three days. A lot of structural damage to the floors and walls. Floors uneven and large holes in the walls with plaster falling out. The bed was very uncomfortable. No closet, or anywhere to hang clothes. The good thing was that it was only about 3 blocks from the main plaza, with lots of shops and restaurants. The staff was nice enough, but making the place habitable for most tourists was just not possible from where then were trying to start.
