- Kristel (1/5): I could never stay there again for the foul smells that were permeating through the building. - It was conveniently located to the area that I needed to be. The whole entire building smelled of weed!!!!

- Patrick (1/5): - Nothing This place has long term rentals of the hotel rooms, the two nights ii stayed, there were loud fighting , screaming yes screaming... Yelling all night long, the second morning 3am there was loud music, then others in a different room yelling in the hallway, cursing about the music... Then the person playing the loud music proceeded to go ghetto and make more noise and as loud as she could callng the management and demand action because she was a Victim of rude comments telling her to turnnthe music down... Seriously this place should never on your app... The place is a drug den . I felt extremely unsafe
Oh and there was no staff in the breezeway with locked door to the facility, hadbto call on a phone and wait 15 minutes before they arrive then changeed a different price than what was booked via your app.

- Mercedez (10/5): Had a 36 hour reset and I enjoyed the solitude and the room was clean with smart TV and toiletries as well - Easy access and quiet Just no dishes in suite, but I also didn’t ask the front desk after not seeing them in my room
- Susan (10/5): - Great hotel N/A
- joseph (2/5): - Inexpensive No toilet paper, tv remote didn’t work
- Elizabeth (4/5): Meh - Cheap Spent 8 hours driving and when I arrived there was no one at the front desk to check me in. There was a corded phone on the wall to reach the staff but called twice and no answer, finally someone showed up as I was about to leave. The “lobby” feels like checking into a jail honestly. Would not stay again
- Ali (4/5): Our first room was okay till we used to kitchen sink and it leaked water all over the counter and the second bed was bro - I liked the outside appearance and how it’s close to a major road The hotel is pretty old, had to move rooms 2 separate times due to things not working or having problems with the room
- Kyrsten (3/5): -
- Leif (5/5): -
- Deborah (3/5): Don’t stay there. Smelly and dirty! - Nothing! Smelly, dirty carpet, not sure that I wanted to sleep in the bed. Looked like it had been slept in and the sheets were just sort of straightened up!
- Patricia (8/5): -
- Thomas (8/5): - The people were nice
- Mark (7/5): - Bed No breakfast
- Wrenae (3/5): Would never stay here again. - Shower head broken, bathroom counter missing Formica, beds had no blankets, beds squeaked and not level, no lights by beds.
- maria (3/5): - Run down. Not well kept. Linens are stained and dingy. The whole place smells. Elevator smells like weed. Rooms smell like cigarette smoke, dust and musty.
- Vassilios (7/5): - Comfortable room The building could have been a bit cleaner
- Carter (3/5): Decent area but dirty and leaky sink. - I wasn’t in a bad area and is very close to a gas station. I liked how cheap it was. It was dirty, the bathroom sink leaked, my bed only came with 2 thin tiny pillows, and it had a weird smell.
- Alisha flute (9/5): -
- Yriana (1/5): Not again specially for that price - The ac didn’t work
The bed was broken
The elevator smelled like cigarette smoke
The lights where connected to random switches.
- Pin-cyuan (2/5): Very poor -
- Huschka (4/5): Disappointing -
- Alan (1/5): Bad - Space to park The property was filthy they didn’t provide toilet paper and shower was clogged.
- Kendra (5/5): Passable -
- Angela (1/5): Didn't end up staying, booking should really take this off their website. - Only positive was a received a full refund when I decided I didn't want to stay there. Man at the desk was nice, and gave me my key. After entering, there was a horrible smell in the hallway. The room was old, dingy, and not very clean. The photos on booking were VERY deceptive. Everything was very old and the bathroom light didn't turn on. The blinds were broken and the smoke detector was chirping. We didn't even set anything down because it felt so gross. This should not be on bookings site. For $40 more a night I stayed somewhere way nicer and cleaner. Like I said the only positive was the full refund. I did not feel safe and was very happy to leave. If I could rate this a zero I would.
- W (1/5): Absolutely the worst stat I’ve have in years!!! - Nothing Everything, the hallway, room everything has cigarette stains, blanket had burn holes. Sheets and blanket were stained no wash cloths. Staff someone up at 830 am to get out. Not check out at 11 like it says. 830? Pounding on my door and using a key to try to get in telling me it’s time to go.
- Kendra (1/5): Left a day before we were supposed to check out because of how uncomfortable it was - Not a damn thing it was terrible All of it
- Angela (9/5): Superb - Pricing, friendly front desk staff More pillows
- Devonn (10/5): Exceptional - I liked how it was quiet and I could get caught up on sleep before traveling long distances. I hated that I could only stay one night. I will definitely stay there again if I need to stay in a hotel.
- Doris (10/5): Exceptional -
- Yvonne (1/5): Bad -
- Austin (7/5): Good -
- Kimberley (5/5): minimal - I understand the price was my driving force, but the bedroom only had lights all the way on (sterile blue/white light) or all the way off. The building next door had a LED sign that kept shinning in my room as the screen would change. The room was cold with no adjustments nor extra blankets. no table by the bed to hold phone, computer as they charged nor cups or anything. The price
- Lori (9/5): Great! -
- Nichols (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bedard (2/5): Very poor - No breakfast offered, not a coffee maker or even a cup to make my own tea in
- Anna (6/5): Pleasant - Terrible water pressure
- Crites (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tammy (1/5): Disgusting! Rip off! - Nothing! Worst hotel I have ever stayed at! Shame on you for even offering them as an option! Everything was horrible. The bed was terrible no blankets. The room looked like it needed a serious deep clean . The refrigerator was dirty and the outside was filthy! The shower had no water pressure . The front desk was unmanned. You had to use the phone just to get someone. Everything about it felt like a prison! It was absolutely awful! Never never stay here!!
- Tom (1/5): I checked in. Walked to the room. Saw the room and left because it felt like I was going to get Hep - Not available. This place was disgusting. The entrance is the like the Sally port to a prison. The room had not blankets or pillows. The walls were yellowing and gross. In simplest terms everything seemed old and gross.
- Eric (2/5): Very poor -
- George (6/5): Pleasant -
- Belay (9/5): Very happy. - I didn’t see the any breakfast. But I like your building. Your building areas is good .
- Jim (1/5): Bad - Front Desk Gentleman was nice and professional The bed was louisy, Pillows flat, AC unit crap, vibration all night, shower head did not work right, only half water pressure. Would not recommend to anybody.
- Emely (1/5): Bad -
- Brandon (1/5): Not worth the money just spend a little extra and stay elsewhere. - Well as soon as we got checked in, we opened a drawer and the was a cockroach. We continued to find them in total of 4 in one day.
- Mora (8/5): Very good -
- Matthew (1/5): I won’t stay there again - Close to fairgrounds Fridge was dirty, sheets were stained, thin blanket, 2 towels (1 each) for 2 day stay, no one in lobby ( I had to call to get someone so I’m could check in and to check out. Overall dirty room even carpet …
- Michael (3/5): Extremely disappointed for 130 bucks - The bed was clean Shower falling apart.
Toilet barely flushed.
No towels.
No soap or shampoo
The bed was quite literally a metal frame with a futon mattress.
- Tammy (2/5): not good - the quietness Upon arrival we entered our room to find out that there was NO bedding on either bed and NO towels...and not even a shower curtain was hanging in the bathroom...
- Joyla (1/5): Bad - Nothing Dirty
Location
No Staff behind desk. Had to call them everytime we needed anything.
No ice on property
Had to wait for them to do laundry to get a towel
- Sheldon (3/5): Poor - Location was ok, a little further from i90 than advertised and it was really stinky. Smelled like the hotel was full of people cooking curry. some of the rooms looked propped open and it just felt like it was run down, not the high class place the photos made it look.
- Maharlouei (3/5): It is not recommended at all - nothing For two weeks, nobody cleaned my room. The internet was awful.
- Domingo (1/5): Never come or book at this hotels for sure - Was very or extremely dirty
We stayed for 3 nights and no one come for cleaning or chancing towels
It was horrible place Everything was bad
- Jean (2/5): Very poor - Terrible
- Medina (1/5): Bad -
- Angela (4/5): Tried & fail - Location Beds need updating, new pillows
- Dan (4/5): One of the worst I’ve stayed at. - One side of the bed was broken, blood stain on the pillow case.
Hair in the tub.
- James (2/5): Never will go back - Not much Wasn't clean, sheets were not washed, beds didn't even fit on the bed frame they were so small. No breakfast (which we knew going in). Bathroom wasn't clean, tv was the size of a laptop.
- Mikee_79 (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kerry (1/5): Bad - All light switches were connected to one switch so all lights or no lights also the bed was terrible and the motel was in a weird location and for the price of 160$ of that booking fer one night was way over priced I’ll stay somewhere else next time
- David (10/5): Exceptional -
- Craig (5/5): Negatively Surprised - Cost and receptionist. She made it simple to cancel my reservation. That's pets aren't allowed. Online, most hotels are pet friendly. However, have found that most hotels don't allow pets or are too expensive to pay their additional daily pet rent.
After my long drive, I had to find immediate lodging, at an extensive cost.
- Jefcoat (8/5): Very good - It was close to downtown and several fast food places. I didnt see any faults in it for the money. Id stay there again.
- Berglund (6/5): Pleasant stay. - No breakast full sized refrigerator The lighting..
It's either low wattage and dim or overbearingly bright
The I-29 interstate noise.
- Mitchell (7/5): Good - Floor and carpet was dirty, frig. Door was dirty and bathtub spout was not connected
- Jefcoat (7/5): Good - Its actually close to fair grounds, down town, several fast food joints, it was good deal and pretty quite Nothing that bad..yeah hear interstate noise..it not bad
- Jessica (1/5): Bad -
- Curtis (5/5): Passable -
- Julie (8/5): Very good - Bed was too small and hard
- Sheila (4/5): Disappointing - Location Got back to motel keyboard wouldn't work had to wait almost an hour for clerk to reactivate are keycards
- Nelson (9/5): L - My bed mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable.
- Robin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Paula (2/5): Very poor - Nothing Rated as a 3, I would give it a -1
- Danielle (1/5): Bad -
- David (5/5): Kind of expensive for the night. We were 100 miles from home and I didn't want to drive that far. - What breakfast. We certainly did not get any. Location was not bad, but not on the beaten pad. The bed size was more like a double not a queen. My wife said she slept well.
- Edmonds (1/5): Know what you're getting into here. It seems better value online due to price and inside pictures. - Staff was friendly and the place was clean I guess I didn't realize that there were people living at the hotel - loud crowd well into the early morning and the traffic in the hallways late at night did not sound friendly. Loud voices sounded confrontational. Considered leaving at midnight to another hotel. Would not stay here ever again.
- Patricia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lee (1/5): Bad -
- Korie (6/5): Decent place to stay if you're just wanting a place to sleep - the location was good. The desk lady was nice, and she helped me when i had some questions about the concert.
the outside is nice. they didnt have any queen beds? The bed looked like a college dorm bed. with nothing to cover all the ugly metal frame.
the inside was outdated, just didnt look like pictures.
- Greg (1/5): Bad -
- Anonymous (6/5): Pleasant - The proximity to other activities in the area. The bed broke and soon as we arrived.
- Sharon (7/5): Good -
- Jesse (10/5): Exceptional -
- Esther (5/5): Passable -
- Rod (10/5): Exceptional - Breakfast was great cereal was very good also bagels were awesome great location thanks again Everything was perfect nothing bad to stay
- Billie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Maksym (7/5): Nice stay if you don't plan WFH - Nice and clean room. A vending machine with coffee for just 65 cents. Close drive to everything. Wi-fi is horrible, especially in the evening. Nothing much in the walking distance, you need a car to go around. The A/C in my room wasn't working on Low (only on High, which is too loud and cold). The office chair was too hard and pretty uncomfortable (had to work from my room).
- Neilan (4/5): Disappointed - Bed was comfortable Smell of smoke in the room, not very clean, lights didn't work
- Perkins (4/5): Met the basic needs but definitely not a place I'd recommend. - None offered. Only half the lights in the room worked. The shower feature in the tub was barely working. The heating/cooling unit rattled making a great deal of noise. Wi-fi was only "so-so." Street/highway noise was significant. Worst aspect: odors in hallways/elevator from cooking in the rooms. It was bad.
- barbsS4870PT (2/5): They gave away my reserved room before I got there and bold faced lied to me about it!!! - I reserved a room for the night before a tournament I was playing in. I drove over 3 hours to get there and arrived a little after 10pm. I circled the building and honestly couldn't tell where the door to the front desk was. After circling the building 1 1/2 times, I got out and tried one of the doors. It was locked. I drove around to the other side for a second time and got in because the door was propped open. I walked right by the "front desk" which had the window pulled down so I didn't even realize that was the desk. There were two guys standing in the hallway and they asked if I needed help. I asked where the front desk was so I could check in. They pointed at the "front desk" and said I needed to call 500 because the desk was closed for the evening. I turned and saw the "front desk" but didn't see a phone. He pointed at an old school phone hanging on the opposite wall. I dialed 500 and got a busy signal. I tried again, same result. He said there was a second number to try, 501. I dialed 501, another busy signal. Then he pointed at the desk and said she had come down. I went to her and said I had a reservation and gave her my name. She typed on the computer for a few minutes, not saying anything to me, then picked up the phone and called someone. After she talked for a bit, she hung up and said her boss told her he tried to call me and my phone was out of service so they had sold my room to someone else and they had no other rooms available. This was a bold-faced lie, as I had my phone on me the entire drive and I know that I had service. I was using my GPS the entire way, and I was seeing messages come in. I asked her to dial my phone number and see if it would ring. She punched in probably enough numbers to have dialed my phone 3-4 times, then handed me the phone and there was a busy signal. I know she did not actually dial my number, so she had obviously been trained on how to pretend to dial someone's number if they asked. I should have asked to let me use the phone to dial my number, but by that time I was so upset and they had no rooms anyway so there wasn't anything she was going to be able to do to make it right. In retrospect, it was probably for the best, as the place looked very sketchy anyway. There was party music blaring in the parking lot, and guys hanging out outside. I don't know that I would have even felt safe there but it was still infuriating. I ended up spending $200 to go back down the interstate a few miles to a Super 8. Woodspring Suites will forever been branded in my brain to NEVER book a room in one of their hotels ever again!!!
