The manger kindly accepted my small well-trained dog. The carpet in the room was very stained and thinned. The room smelled of cigarette smoke - the property has nonsmoking in rooms but provided ashtrays on small tables outside the rooms, so smoking is not actively discouraged. There is one very large body wash dispenser on the bathroom basin but nothing available to use in the shower and nowhere the dispenser might be placed in the shower.

When I asked for towels - Nothing to be honest I’m so disappointed pool had slate tiles on the bottom the slide was ruff and broken the spa wasn’t hot or what advertisement said. dirty towels no cutlery or plates. Found in shared kitchen but they were dirty and old.

The outside lights for the ENTIRE hotel went on and off all night and the other guests looked and sounded like housos screaming and arguing every night.

Rooms are very good; facilities are very good. The location is good, being only a 15-minute walk from the CBD of The Entrance, but slightly away from the hustle-and-bustle of the said CBD. The RSL is a 3-minute walk away, there's a 7-11 convenience store and petrol station across the road and a good pizza joint next to that. The Wi-Fi was also good, even though this means little to me. Nothing really.

- Seaan (6/5): Good weekend getaway. - Location was handy, there are good facilities such as pool, spa, and covered BBQ area. Some of the families staying spent most of the time outside other people's rooms, they were extremely noisy all evening until midnight on multiple nights. Management may not be on site after hours, so there was no one to deal with the rowdy guests.
