Hot shower and strong in room WiFi with a comfortable working desk and chair. Breakfast is served daily, with good variety of items, not the average American breakfast; much better quality. Fitness center is also well equipped and available 24H.

• G5330XJsamirm (10/5): Amazing customer service and stunning rooms! - My mother and I checked into Room 234 (a 1 bedroom suite) on December 31st (for a 6 night stay) since we decided to celebrate our New Year’s Eve in Salt Lake City and ski at Park City Mountain Resort for 6 days. Our room was cleaned very well by the top-notch housekeeping team. The daily complimentary breakfast buffet was outstanding with a huge variety of breakfast offerings. The oatmeal was by far the best oatmeal I have ever had in the USA. The fitness center is very well maintained with state-of-the-art cardio equipment + weights. In addition to the excellent amenities offered at this hotel, I would like to share the names of multiple hotel employees who demonstrated a first-rate level of customer service. Emma (front desk employee), Abby (front desk employee), Mohammad (front desk employee), Maria (housekeeping attendant), Eve (front desk employee) and Erica (housekeeping supervisor) were all outstanding and they truly provided a top-notch level of customer service during our entire stay. We look forward to returning back to this superb hotel in the near future due to the very clean rooms, excellent amenities and outstanding customer service. We have highly recommended this hotel to all our friends, family members and co-workers. As a Silver Hilton Honors member, I am grateful for the opportunity to have stayed at this wonderful hotel.
• Sean (5/5): Mini vacation - The location was great, just hoped the firepit would have been light up when we first got there. The indoor pool was good to have. Wish we could have gotten the room with a bath tub or a different one instead of small sliding glass door was hard to give my daughter her shower every night before bed. And house keeping forgot toilet paper and to take out all the trash.

• jonpH5365MD (2/5): Nightmare - Absolute nightmare. Running and pounding on the floor at all hours during my two night stay. Complained 5 times, even in person at the desk. They offered me a different room after third complaint. I didn’t take it. I’m sitting in the lobby after getting no sleep looking at a plaque on the wall telling me that the night is on them if I wasn’t completely satisfied. Instead I got the assistant manager’s card. Totally unacceptable. Getting ready for a full day’s traveling on 2 nights of broken sleep. Torture. I guess by not taking the offer of the other room, I’m out of luck. I’ll have to put my boss on it, I guess. Horrible experience.

• yo007 (2/5): Disgusting - This hotel needs a rehab and a thorough scrubbing. The bathroom pocket door was very difficult to open and close. The room phone did not work; it was plugged into the jack, but there was no dial tone. We had to go to the front desk and ask for assistance with neighbors who seemed to be bouncing off the walls. Tables in the breakfast area were wobbly and not cleaned. Shower doors were dirty, and the outside corners of the shower were filthy. There were cobwebs above the cupboards, and the window was so dirty it looked like frosted glass. There was an unknown substance on the bedskirt. EDIT. I received a reply from management who appeared surprised at my review. This speaks volumes as to the lack of oversight and accountability within their operation.

Staff was super friendly, the room was incredibly clean and the recycling availability was such a nice touch. We are from Arizona where recycling is not a priority anywhere. And treated my wife like she not a guest.

• vanessajeans (2/5): EXTORTION, EXPLOITIVE, PROFILING AND ILLEGAL HOTEL !!! - This is the worst hotel experience I have ever experienced. Bordering feeling very ILLEGAL, EXPLOITATIVE, EXTORTION AND PROFILING. We stayed here for two nights and with 15 minutes of checking out my husband and I were charged $250 for a smoking fee which is completely false. We believe we were charged because we were profiled for the way we look. We drove back to the hotel to dispute the charge within an hour of check out. While on the phone on the drive back Head of Housekeeping , MARY, started screaming and yelling at us YOU DID DRUGS. She was very hostile and rude while we were very calm and confused. The clerk and Mary and my husband and I all walked back to the room and agreed it did not smell of smoke, but Mary said it’s because she propped the hall door open. The clerk agreed it smelled like marijuana the night prior - which was during the hours we were gone. We asked they check our key card activity - and we were indeed gone during the accused time of it smelling like weed. We even provided dinner receipts, dessert receipts and our work itinerary that had us away from the hotel during the confirmed time of it smelling. For delaying our travel plans a few hours for driving back to the hotel to dispute, the time gathering receipts to prove we’re innocent of something we did not do, calling several days all to never be connected to the manager of the property, it feels like we are being EXTORTED because we were PROFILED for our appearance. Mary, the clerk working and my husband and I all stood in the room and agreed it did not smell like smoke within the hour of our check out. How can we prove our innocence for something we did not do? This feels highly illegal, unfair and stereotypical for our appearance. This is financially hurtful to my husband and I . We travel and stay In hotels 150 days a year and are Hilton honor members and I have never been treated so poorly, yelled at and treated hostile for a false accusation. The feels as though this our only recourse and important for the safety of their customers. I wonder if the clerk working the night it smelled like weed would not do anything about it due in that time? This is all so insane and unfair and ILLEGAL.

Le personnel a répondu rapidement à toutes nos demandes. L'hôtel est un peu excentré du centre ville, mais nous étions en 15 20 min vers Temple square. Les déplacements ont été faciles. De plus, l'hôtel est voisin d'un supermarché,, très pratique .

• Rebecca (8/5): Nice surprise! - Attendant was friendly for check in and when we had questions. Breakfast was adequate but not amazing. Bedroom was clean and surprisingly spacious.
• Sarah (8/5): Good for a quick family stay - The staff was great! Rooms were good. Breakfast was good. Common areas seemed a bit dirty, especially the carpets and pool area. Smelled clean and laundered when walking in. Nice to have a mini kitchen and lots of trash cans! The a/c was a little loud in the room, but we couldn't hear the traffic from outside at all.
• Aretha (8/5): A good location but had to clean the room to my expectations. The location is great if visiting the zoo. The staff were - It was located near venues we often visit. I.e Walmart, coffee vendors, and zoo Our rooms had a smell of body odor, it was not properly vacuumed, and the restroom/shower was not wiped down. The floors had residue stuck in corners with hair here and there.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Great for a quick stay - Great location off the freeway and loved having 2 beds with a pullout, but they did not provide sheets for the pullout. The bathroom floor tile was cracked and felt soft underneath in some areas. The elevator was also a little shaky and made us nervous. Breakfast was a little underwhelming, but still nice to have. Overall a decent spot for a night's stay.
• Annamarie (9/5): Nice. - Std Home2, so you know what to expect Not enough to do around its location w/o a car. Bfast was good but coffee not hot. 4 cheese egg circle & circle hash browns were only OK.

• John (7/5): Nice place but could use a few improvements. - nice room, excellent size and clean parking is quite limited, we had to park around in back (and 1 floor below entry level) a few times. They should update the laundry to accept credit cards, or at least bills. Who carries 48 quarters around?? A/C in the room was very loud.

• Terry (10/5): - This was a great stay for my daughters and me. I appreciated the ease of the location and it was great to have shops near this hotel.
• stephanieblack (4/5): Avoid this one-very dirty - Unfortunately this hotel was way below cleanliness standards. The linens looks slept in-they were very loose on the bed and wrinkled. A few towels had very obvious stains and/or rips and one the the mattresses was grossly stained-maybe blood or vomit. The walls in the bathroom needed a good cleaning. There was toothpaste and who knows what else smeared on them. Their knot redeeming quality was the girl at the front desk. She was very pleasant and helpful.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Would not recommend - Property and room condition are not good. Room was not very clean. Requested additional cleaning, which was denied. Breakfast was subpar. On the positive side, they do give you a treat at check-in and had electric vehicle charging. Overall, disappointed in this hotel.

• Elena (2/5): Subpar service. - The location Never got room cleaned even though I specifically asked for it. The breakfast area is bad. The bathroom sliding door was broken. Housekeeping did not speak or understand english

• Kaylie (8/5): - Everything was great as far as checkin, parking was easy, and the location was close to many amenities. Only issues we encountered was the AC not cooling well enough and the multiple hairs found in the bathroom which was disgusting.
