• Andrija (8/5): Good stay in central Pattaya with some minor drawbacks. - The stay at the hotel in Pattaya was pleasant and overall we were satisfied. The room was large and comfortable, with a spacious balcony which was a big plus. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the central location was very convenient. The WiFi was not reliable and was often slow or unstable. The bed was not very comfortable, and the hotel pool was not very clean. Also, the hotel does not offer breakfast and is not close to the beach.

• rupert (8/5): One of the best places to stay in Pattaya. - I liked the size of the room the daily availability of water in a glass bottle. The location is perfect for the night life and for eating, shopping and set in an area that is not noisy. I am glad they have a lift and a small pool. Some places don`t! I don`t like that this area is being modernised and changing the face of Pattaya, by moving out the smaller shops and older infrastructure.

As a result, many of the traditional, smaller shops and facilities have moved elsewhere in this city.

• Jack (8/5): Not bad. I booked on short notice. - Everything worked. Air conditioner was fine and quiet. The water was hot, and the fridge was cold. Off-street parking; sure it only seemed to have three car spaces but undercover parking for motorcycles seems adequate. I booked a small room but was given a large studio apartment style room complete with hotplates and some rudimentary cookware and utensils. While the place was overall fine, it felt a bit grubby. The location is dependent on what you want out of your stay. In my case, I enjoyed the 20 minute walk to Central Festival and back via Soi Buakhao, even the 30 minute walk to Beach Rd. Some may not. Bolt and Grab can find the place no worries, though.

• Christopher (8/5): Good budget option - Good budget option. Located at end of dead end street, so minimal road noise, but short walk to entertainment options. Not enough lighting in room. Internet fast but occasionaly disconnects for no reason. Also noticed a lot of ants in room.

• Andrew (7/5): Reasonable hotel with a good price. - Big room with lots of storage space, reasonable sized bathroom. Big bed which was bit hard. Had a good size fridge and kettle with coffee. Staff were around and spoke English. Air conditioner was noisy, bathroom was a little bit dark and shower was plumbed in from the ceiling. But water pressure was fine. No room safe. The bed was two single beds joined together with a noticeable join in the middle which was hard to sleep on. Hotel was quite close to Pattaya central road with restaurants and shops around but down quite a narrow road which was busy with traffic. No pavements.

• George (8/5): Disappointing - This is a nice little hotel with everything nearby and only a short walk to the sea front Next door is a building site for another hotel - noise, oily dust on the terrace and in the pool. The two brothers who now seem to run the Garden Place are not welcoming and have a very poor demeanor. I've stayed here several times in previous years and unfortunately it TV seems to be going downhill.

• rupert (9/5): A good place to stay in central Pattaya, clean and quiet. - The size of the room, quite a largge and airy space. Very clean throughout. Staff were very helpful. They now have a secure area for left luggage and lockers for valuables, like passport etc., near reception desk. The a/c was indispensable and very reliable. The shade temperature was always 32 to 34, with a real feel of about 40. Somedays the temperature dropped to 28, but not for long. The a/c was quiet and a real saviour. The shower was a bit awkward to use, but there was always good pressure and hot/warm water available. The taps in the kitchen and bathroom were a bit wobbly and not very ergonomic. Bed was slightly hard.
