• Verified traveler (10/5): - I really like this hotel, it is small and charming, and in a good location....they gave me an upgrade because I am a senior and have an issue with stairs, so they accommodated me at the lowest level.. Staff are wonderful especially Chad, he made my stay happy...everyone is nice...the food at the restaurant is very good also...I tried many dishes, each was excellent...looking forward to staying here again...
• Shelley (2/5): Would not recommend sleeping here, only eating - 4 nights, 3 rooms. First room had broken air conditioning in 42c heat. Second room ceiling leaked water on us in middle of night and smelled as if it had been in a fire. Third room had construction outside that sounded and felt as it was coming thru the walls for 15 hours straight. I had to pick leaves out of pool to swim as staff played on their phones. Pool has no entry/exit ladder so husband couldn't use it. Only redeeming quality of stay was great food and cheap beer in bar. Free breakfast was okay except I do not drink coffee and they charged me $2.75 USD everyday for juice with breakfast which I found out about at check out time. I would not recommend this hotel.

• Daniel (6/5): Less than I expected - I stayed 4 days and never had the drinking glasses washed after I used them. One day housekeeping never showed. When I mentioned it to the lady at the desk she tried to say I had left a do not disturb sign on the door. I never put the sign on the door it was under my dirty glasses. The male owner or he was the manager went out of his way to get the right price for his guests. Example tuk tuk rides. The lady behind the desk did not. Tuk tuk rides made available by her were 3 times more expensive than the guy. The free breakfast was good.

• Karl (10/5): Pleasantly surprised - I must say we were a bit concerned about going to this hotel after reading all the recents review but I must say we were pleasantly surprised ! We booked a suite so we don’t know about the smaller rooms which according to some review are small... but the suites are more than comfortable. The breakfast is good, and moreover they are serving fresh ground cofee right out of the cappuccino machine something I rately expect in asia ! The place is good, the pool was clean, but expect a few leaves in the pool as they are a lot of trees surrounding it ; but for us, wasn’t annoying at all. The staff speaks good english so it is easy to ask for help. We will definitely come back :)

I tried several mid-range priced hotels, but I love Prasats Boutique Hotel the best. I found a go-to hotel when I visit Phnom Penh. It’s a wonderful hotel for the money and has everything I need. It’s away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and yet close enough to everything: Restaurants (two doors away), massage center (a few blocks), supermarket (two minutes away), beauty salon (several blocks), etc. In my opinion, it’s Phnom Penh’s BEST KEPT SECRET!
• brigitte (2/5): Déception - J'ai fais la réservation via Hotel.com et j'ai payé par Pay pal. J'ai payé un taxi qui nous à déposé, mon fils et moi devant l'hôtel et là on me dit que l'hôtel est complet. Il à fallu que je recherche rapidement un autre hôtel que j'ai payé plus cher et que je repaye un taxi. J'attend toujours mon remboursement. Je mets une note sans avoir pu visiter l'hôtel.
• Paul (10/5): - Very nice spacious room, cleaned daily. Pool was very refreshing and maintained daily, plus the fish in surrounding pools were fascinating to watch. Breakfast was nice although slow service. A $4/10 min tuk tuk gets you to the riverside and attractions/restaurants, although some good walkable restaurants on random streets nearby to be found off tripadvisor.
• K (4/5): 部屋間違い - ホテルに到着したものの、チェックインできるまでまだ時間がかかるということで、荷物を置いて街へ。指定された時間をこえてホテルに戻ったものの、まだチェックインの準備ができていないと。イラつきながら受付で待ち、ようやく案内された部屋は予約した部屋と違うランクの部屋。確認してもらい、予約した部屋に案内してもらえるかと思いきや、前泊の客がレイトチェックアウトだからあと数時間待てと。ここでブチ切れる。チェックイン可能時間を大幅に過ぎているからその客を追い出せと怒り狂ったものの、結局そこから更に待たされる。ホテル1階のレストランでビールをサービスで出してくれたものの、怒りが収まらない滞在となった。
• Nigel (8/5): - I loved my stay at this hotel, the staff were so friendly and helpful, room great, breakfast ample and the food on the menu was excellent, plz try their Amok it was so tasty and so well presented. Bar closed at 11pm so no late ones here. Phnom Penh is a busy busy place, this hotel is an oasis of calm, would recommend to my friends. Only hassle I had was from the TukTuk drivers on way back saying they knew where it was when they clearly didn't, and that's with me showing them the address, the TukTuk guys outside knew their stuff. Enjoy
• Rachid (4/5): Dommage! - Déception pour cette dernière soirée au Cambidge que nous avons tant apprécié! On nous confirme un petit déj' à 4h30 du matin que l'on peut commander en arrivant au checkin, il a fallu négocier avec le manager pour avoir au final un doggy bag avec un croissant et une bouteille d'eau. On demande à la réception de commander un taxi pour notre départ à 5h du matin, non seulement il nous demande 3$ de commission mais en plus il nous réserve un tuc-tuc alors que nous étions super chargés. Nous avons 20 min de plus pour arriver à l'aéroport avec le stress de louper la fin de l'enregistrement. Nous avons réussi à négocier le remboursement de la commission et nous nous sommes aperçu qu'il avait finalement pris 5$ de commission quand le tuc tuc nous a donné son prix. Un Manager malintentionné qui nous a gaché ces derniers moments dans ce si beau pays avec des personnes d'une si grande gentillesse.

The staff were all very attentive and the daily breakfast that was included in out menu was great because there were many different options, the food was always cooked very well and the service was speedy. Wifi great, air-con cold.

• Giovi (10/5): Nice place, great staff - Overall the PRASATs hotel was great1 The location is convenient and the pool was definitely a plus at the end of the day. It is not large but it is in a lovely garden, by the bar. The room was pleasant and comfortable. The only complaint I could have is that construction was going on next door, but that is true everywhere in Phnom Penh. There is a tremendous boom. I cannot say enough about the owner/manager, and the rest of the staff. I highly recommend the restaurant- a hidden gem- and the mango martini was delicious
• natasha (10/5): Great experience at this hotel - The staff at this hotel are exceptional. They let up keep our bags at reception all day after we had checked out and brought us water and cold towels while we waited for our transportation. So friendly and very knowledgeable.
• Paul (8/5): Little Gem - After staying in Cambodia for over two months we found this gem for one of our weekends away. It's in a great location, great desert bar which also serves other meals as well only a 2 min walk. Breakfast at the hotel was good, the pool was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the bed was the best we have had in Cambodia. Would definitely stay again. There is building works next door but they did down tools early and didn't start to early.

• Andrew (10/5): Nice place in Phnom Penh - A lovely hotel with a small but very pleasant swimming pool which is a nice break from the Phnom Penh heat. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and made us very welcome indeed. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. A nice breakfast was included with a reasonable selection available...only criticism (minor) was they seemed to rarely have anything other than the orange juice to drink. The location is a little away from the river front where most of the recommended bars and restaurants seem to be but there are some lovely tuk tuk drivers always outside willing to take you anywhere for a reasonable price. All in all a very pleasant stay.

• Angeli (8/5): Amazing little boutique hotel in Phnom Penh - PRASATs boutique hotel is a quaint little hotel which is away from all the touristy area and the hustle and bustle. The neighbourhood is a bit quieter and you do need to take a Tuk Tuk into the tourist areas but the hotel makes up for that. The staff are exceptional and so nice. No request was too hard for them, they were very accomodating and thoughtful. The room was beautiful, clean and bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. The food at the hotel was good and reasonably priced for tourists. The swimming pool is a major plus! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back again!
• Arianto (8/5): Cozy Hotel with Amazing Bathroom in Hip Area - Room was great. Bathroom was amazing. A few small insects at night - no huge issue. Also, aircon is placed in a very strange location - doesn't blow at you, just blows in the room. Overall it's great though.
• Rebecca (8/5): Spacious rooms and friendly staff - We stayed at PRASATs for 3 nights and used it as a base whilst visiting the genocide museum (which we walked to from the hotel) and killing fields (cost us $12 to go there and back for 4 of us). It was also within walking distance to the Vietnamese embassy (handy for us as we needed to sort out visas). We did find restaurants and shops within walking distance but just not a huge selection. The rooms were lovely, as we have been backpacking for the past month the bathroom was a real treat for us!! Very big and the shower wasn't near the toilet haha! It was also a nice touch to be given a robe for the stay aswell. The manager of the hotel was fantastic, always had a smile for us and asked how our day had been. Really kind man. Would recommend this hotel to people wanting to visit the museum and killing fields. Wouldn't recommend if you are wanting to be in a busy area with lots of bars and restaurants. We wished we had stayed closer to the river but did enjoy the hotel itself.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Very good little boutique hotel - We had a pleasant stay here for a few days. The rooms were really nice and spacious and had good facilities. The only negative was a small leak in our bathroom and for dinner it is better to eat elsewhere.
• Leo (8/5): Séjour agréable mais propreté discutable. - la suite junior ne nous convenais pas, alors nous avons prit la suite au troisième étage. Belle grand chambre avec petit salon et bien aménagé . Cependant pour ce qui est de la propreté c'est pas fort. La baignoire avait des cernes de saleté , le lavabo était pareille, que dire du plancher très sale. Les drap n'ont jamais été changé en 5 jours et même les rampe de l'escalier pour monté au troisième était super poussiéreuse. C'est très dommage car le personnel est gentil ,c'est un endroit tranquille et l'hôtel est belle entouré de verdure.

Rommet er stilfull og innredet i tradisjonell design, det gir en bra første inntrykk av landets kultur. Hotellet befinner seg i rolige omgivelser og passer for de som ønsker å ha stillhet, for å hente seg inn og nytte ferien. Jeg liker å bo på hoteller hvor eier har gitt sin hjerte, og ikke bare satt sammen noe for raskt profitt. Hotellet innfridde alle mine forventninger, og gir mer verdi i forhold til det man betaler. Oppsummering + Frokost + Wi-fi + Personalet + Servicenivå + Lokasjon + Prisnivå + Design P.S Etter å ha overnattet i nærliggende hoteller, er PRASAT hotell klart den beste valget, det i forhold til prisen, renslighet og servicenivå. --- A perfect place to rest after a long day. Beds are surprisingly soft, leading to a deep sleep. The room is stylish and decorated in traditional design, it gives a good first impression of the country's culture. Hotel is located within a quiet environment and suitable for those who want to have silence, to recover and benefit vacation. I like to stay at hotels where the owner has given his heart and not just put together something for a quick profit. The hotel did fulfilled all my expectations and gives more value compared to what you pay. PS After staying in nearby hotels, is PRASAT hotel clearly the best choice, in comparison to the price, cleanliness and service.

• Lea (4/5): NOT AS PICTURED! - From the outside looking in this place looked like a cute getaway. We were WRONG! According to TripAdvisor there is a swimming pool. It was more like a pond that was situated right when you walk in to the right in front of their "restaurant". The food was very tasteless and took forever to make. There were three of us and we all ordered at the same time but didn't get our food at the same time. One person would get their food, eat it, then the other person would get theirs and so on. Also, we had sat down in the seating/ eating area near the lobby to eat. We had been there barely long enough to order our drinks (5 min) when my mom had a giant cockroach drop down on her chest and crawl on her, and I had one drop down on top of my head and crawl around my hair! We freaked out! We jumped up and started throwing them off of us. The whole time this was happening the waiter was not fazed at all! The waiters were not professional at all. They didn't even know what was on the menu. Each time we tried to order something from the menu they would look puzzled and would have to read the menu themselves. Also, the rooms were either too close to the kitchen where you could hear the employees banging the walls or they were too close to the sewer where you could smell the sewage!
