Old couch with cracks We entered our room for a 3 night stay for my husband’s birthday. The room next door was being either remodeled or used as a base to remodel other rooms. The skill saw was so loud and we ask to switch rooms before ever sitting on anything or unpacking. They said no even though the hotel was relatively EMPTY. Pic of room next door. At one point the glue or whatever they were using was so strong we had to keep our outside door open which I was grateful that we were downstairs and could do that. Now in the night the wind was so loud blowing in under our door. 2 photo one you can see the hole the other is a close up of the moldy horrible strike plate and trim. We had to use a towel to stop the noise. I would stay in the Kelly in by cabelas, we have stayed there before but not this one. (For us it was because of the hot tub in room but certainly not worth the money or all the issues. Dissatisfied Disappointed

Bed sheets n covers didn't have any loose hair on them. Refrigerator was clean. It shows your house keeping does a great job n it makes staying there very nice. A+ Nothing. Everything was great.

Kristofer (7/5): Could be much better with some effort. - It was located perfectly where I needed to be. The road access was great as well. The room was large and had all of the amenities I needed. The bathroom was pretty dirty. It had stains in the toilet and hair all over. The bed was one of the cheapest ones I've slept on in many years. The fridge and heater were loud and clunky, which woke me up multiple times. There were a lot of weird people around and it smelled like marijuana every night.

She proceeded to basically argue with me instead of immediately making it right. The manager was extremely rude to her own employee , who she was training at the front desk in front of guests.
