Communication very simple. If there were anything that I were to be not 100% on, the bed was kind of hard. Absolutely not a deal-breaker considering the value, location, friendliness and cleanliness of the location.

The check in team were brilliant, and the hospitality very warm. The cleanliness of the apartment was spotless and would happily stay here again for my next visit to Florence. For those that enjoy cooking - a limited range of equipment, but adequate for most people. I would still stay here again regardless.

- Ananta (10/5): Stop looking & book this apartment! - Gorgeous apartment located between the Duomo & Accademia gallery. Always busy as it is close to all the other attractions but quiet at night, you forget you are in the middle of Florence. The apartment is clean & modern. Staff (Steve) is friendly, efficient & very professional. Check-in & self check-out is a breeze. Great facilities, lift, washing machine, hair dryer & the welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch. If anything, the twin beds could have been bigger, but it did not bother us. Just something to keep in mind if you are tall. They let us leave our luggage on day of departure, which was very convenient & appreciated. Nothing really.

It's the perfect place to stay if you have 1-2 days to see Florence, walking distance to Duomo and all main attractions. Check-out was very easy, and it's possible to store your luggage. There is close parking where you can leave your car. We recommend this place! It was impossible to adjust the air conditioning and it was quite cold to sleep on the first level of the apartment, so we turned it off at nights. Only 2 coffee pods.

- Selin (8/5): I would recommend the florence art apartment!! - We were welcomed very kindly, and the check-in process was quick and easy. Then we were shown to our room (we had the Viola room), and everything was briefly explained to us. The room itself was very spacious, had everything we needed, and was also very clean. Check-out was also very easy, and it was possible to store our luggage. Overall, we had a good stay and would recommend the apartments. One thing that would have been helpful in the kitchen was a dish towel or a drying mat, so we could have washed a few items by hand instead of using the dishwasher for just two or three things. A small downside: we had two single beds, which were unfortunately very narrow (probably around 70 cm wide). Also, the mattresses and pillows were a bit firm, but we got used to them after a couple of nights. What was quite disturbing, however, was the poor sound insulation. We could hear people in the hallway as well as every step from the guests above us, which sometimes woke us up earlier than we would have liked.

- Krzysztof (10/5): Exceptional - This place was absolutely stunning. Spacious and comfortable to host a family with children. The hosts were very nice and helpful. We felt very welcome. The location couldn't be better. Walking distance from the main attractions, yet not noisy at all. The room itself was beyond beautiful, with gorgeous art pieces and design.

Sylvia was very helpful and kind! The whole place is made with love! Everything was clean and small details well covered! We had the opportunity to leave our luggages when we checked out and return later to pick them up. And last and extremely important detail... our view from our bed was a part of Duomo 🙏❤️ Thank you Sylvia.... We will be back 🙏

We had the top-floor apartment, where the bedroom had a window strategically positioned to offer a stunning view of the Duomo right from the bed. The apartment was spotless and fully equipped, with a kitchen that had everything we needed. We loved the unique decor and artistic touches that made the space feel fun and inviting. Sylvia was a wonderful host, responding promptly and even assisting us when we missed a connection during our travels. It was a truly comfortable stay, and we’re already planning our return. Highly recommend!

- Sujith (10/5): Exceptional Stay - Tastefully done apartment, don't think twice of booking this place. 50mtrs away from Duomo and Academia on either side. Step out and you can see the duomo turrets. Quiet lane yet no more than 5 mins away from restaurants and wine bars. Ticks all the right boxes - Location, Cleanliness, Space and Style. The hostess was super helpful.

Super nice host, she was so helpful and alway online to help with any tasks. Will be back definitely next time . There is an elevator what is huge plus. Thank you We couldn’t use conditioner as with first turn on we smelled mold odor. Was not so hot and was okey with out it . Not the bad thing but need to change can trash in bathroom, it’s just time to give a life for new garbage 🗑 .

The rest of the place is a 10/10. The poor aircons (which were more like fans) dropped the overall experience for us to an 8.

- Kathryn (8/5): Solid flat in a perfect area for seeing the art - This property is exceptionally well-located for museums, good eateries and shopping. We walked everywhere. The kitchen has a mini cooktop, small fridge and small dishwasher for convenience. The bathroom has an uncomfortable toilet but nice bidet. The beds (we had 2 twins pushed together) were supportive and dressed in lovely 100% Italian cotton. The high ceilings mean there's no insulation between floors but the noise wasn't bad. Climate control was excellent in the flat. Sylvia was our liaison and she took care of our requests including arranging a taxi back to the train station on our last day. We would stay here again, just not in July when everyone visits Florence!

- Thomas (9/5): Great little apartment right in the heart of Florence - Phenomenal location…5 minute walk to Duomo…very secure facility…only see staff when you arrive (Sophia was wonderful when checking in)…we left our luggage in small entry waiting room on our day of departure and felt very comfortable with its safety…very quiet even though on busy small street…GREAT A/C Small rooms…very few outlets to charge our phones, iPads etc…if you are driving in VERY IMPORTANT TO MAKE RESERVATIONS AT NEARBY PARKING GARAGES…both the Park2Go and Michaelangelo garages are within 100 meters of hotel entrance…expensive (40euros/day)but so worth it…get the Parclick app and make reservations a week ahead of arrival…

Check-in was a breeze - I'm embarrassed to say I can't remember the name of the lady who checked us in, but she was so friendly and gave us dinner recommendations too. The apartments are in a fantastic position, easy to walk to everything we had planned. In a quiet and beautiful street. Highly recommended! Nothing - it was perfect for us.

It is a very spacious apartment that is extremely quiet, a tranquil space yet in a very busy area. Nothing, everything was fabulous!
