• Ammar (7/5): Decent stay but not 5 star property - Location is good, away from tourist area but still accessible. Its a 5 star on paper but in need of renovation. Bed and pillows are good. Needs renovation - most of the stuff in room is worn out and needs replacement.

The atmosphere was energetic and full of life, with great live music and lots of dancing. The whole place had a fun and vibrant vibe. The staff were excellent very friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout the night. A special thanks to İlyas and Güneş for making the experience even more enjoyable with their outstanding service. Highly recommended

• O506XKjenniferk (2/5): Don’t stay here - We stayed here as a tour group and everyone rooms was so hot, had to sleep with the windows wide open. Barely got any sleep listening to all the traffic and waking up to the song of prayer right by our window. My bed was so uncomfortable I could barely move due to how bumpy it was. I could only lay on one side and was not able to roll over, it was a twin bed. The only good thing was the food, at breakfast I wanted a boiled egg and I thought it would be warm and fresh since I saw the lady placing fresh eggs in the warmer but it was ice cold. The whole building was very warm, so we stayed outside and enjoyed a glass of wine before dinner. I would not stay here.

No air condition and their excuse for that they switched it to winter mode where my room was on fire ! Extremely old fashion elevators ! and really bad manner technical department who re not trying to help at all . All they say open your windows ( that u can only do for 3 inches ) facing the one of the busiest highway of Turkey 🤣
• catherinehC2805AH (2/5): Over all disappointing stay. Never again. - The hotel needs a complete refurbishment. Rugs are stained and buckling. Veneer is splitting on the counters. My window handle is loose and can’t lock. I hear the traffic. They had turned on the heat and turned off the AC. The temperature was quite warm today, and we needed AC. They have to upgrade their system. They did open the window before we arrived, but then we couldn’t close it for quiet. The television turned on, but there was no direction for which source to use for channels. TV mode listed channels, but none populated.

From the moment we arrived, the level of service exceeded our expectations. The staff were consistently professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. Among the staff, we were met with such a kindness. Many of them. Thanks. Thanks to Elif, Betül, Aleyna and Sena who impressed us with their warmth and hospitality. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. Our room was both comfortable and modern, offering everything we needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The culinary experience was another highlight. The restaurant offered a wide selection of dishes, all prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The staff’s attentiveness was remarkable. They were always available and kind to assist with any requests. We especially appreciated how considerate and caring they were towards our children, ensuring that the whole family felt well looked after. The lobby area provided a refined and relaxing atmosphere. The overall ambiance of the hotel was warm, welcoming, and filled with nice energy. Novotel Konya is a hotel that combines excellent service, high standards of cleanliness, and genuine hospitality. I would definitely recommend Novotel, Konya.
• Sandi112 (6/5): Okay stay - Hotel faces a busy highway- rooms facing this highway are not soundproof. On entering the room you hear the traffic immediately. I did consider asking for a room change but as I was staying only one night decided not to. Despise traffic noise did get to sleep ok. But for someone whose ears are sensitive to traffic- do ask for a room as high up as possible and which room does not face the highway. Breakfast and dinner buffet were good.

• CmkAtl (8/5): Comfortable Room in Need of Better Cleaning - Room was good sized. Bed was comfortable. Pillow comfortable. Bathroom somewhat dirty. Lots of dust under bed. Dinner buffet was hit or miss — chicken and meat were dry and tasteless. Stuffed eggplant very good. Eggplant spread also very good. Breakfast spread okay.

• Samsie76 (6/5): Average for Novotel - Located out of the city with no shops or restaurants nearby. Rooms need to be refurbished, carpet bit worn. A/C does not work. So hot in rooms. Called reception and advised a technician would come but they never did, so very hot nights sleep. Pool area was dirty with bird poop over lounge chairs and feathers in the spa, not kept clean. Buffet dinner was average, not a lot of choices. Not great for a Novotel, would be 3 star not 4.

• Abdulwahhab (8/5): Review of Novotel Konya - Our stay at Novotel Konya was very good for me and my family. The hotel was clean, and the staff were polite and professional. Breakfast was excellent and varied. However, we experienced some street noise in our room despite staying on the 7th floor, which slightly affected our comfort during the night.

The hotel room , especially the bathroom is not well maintained ! This hotel is Not five star ! It needs to be downgraded to 3 ! The service is way below the standard of a five star hotel !
• Gethin683 (4/5): Noisy, unpleasant and best avoided - The hotel faces a busy highway and there is constant traffic noise which precludes a decent night’s sleep. Our room and two others in the group were on a non-smoking floor and all had been used recently by smokers. The internet was unavailable until around 23:00 when entering room number and last name it did not work because it required one’s first name. The food was good with a reasonable choice but served in an overcrowded dining area, the coffee machine kept breaking down, the bread knife was broken as was the cereal dispenser. Staff did their best.

Breakfast was chaos, coffee machines and fruit machines not working or empty and toaster not working. Very poor hotel unfortunately I can't give them less than 1.

Fresh ingredients and a huge variety. The hotel room was too hot. We didn’t manage to change the temperature which resulted in a lack of oxygen in the room.

Like any other hotel offering you Nescafé or Lipton tea these days, well, what can you do. The fact that only Turkish is spoken by most staff makes it very difficult to ask for anything you might need. I did not want to take taxis. Nobody could tell me where to buy a card to travel around on the tram or bus. The hotel, although in a good neighborhood, is not within walking distance from downtown, and it is hard to find a taxi to get back to the hotel at night.

We had excellent bar service from friendly staff and drinks were reasonably priced. (Especially for a Hotel in modern day Turkey) Breakfast area was quite cramped which wasn't helped by 2 coach parties.

On the other hand, our non smoking-room smelt like an over full ashtray, floor covered in cigarette burns, and the bed mattress was as hard as concrete. Shower over the bath and quite high to step in and out of bath. Water temperature adjustment was hard to regulate.

• Mustafa (10/5): - The Hotel was very clean and staff was very nice. They had a great breakfast buffet. They also had an big parking garage. Guests were also allowed to use the spa area with a small outside pool. All in all a really nice hotel.
