• Mikołaj (8/5): A cheap stay with a 30-minute stroll from the nearest train station - It was a fine stay at the hotel, especially considering the price at the time and the booking and cancellation conditions. The room was clean and simple, with everything I needed. I would very likely come here again. They could include some plain rolls at breakfast - it would be a bit healthier. Or maybe that’s just the charm of America.

• Javier (1/5): RESIST CUSSING STEALER - Noting The front desk tried to pull a skit and after sering my confirmation email for my room and the payment she tried taking my money and telling me i didn't pay but i had the money taken from my account. She is racist against white people came to my room calling me a white b**** and eventually kicking my and my service dog out of my room i was in cussing the whole time ive never been treated so bad in my life she definitely shouldn't be working there or anywhere with customers i wish i could post the video i recorded of her doing all this this was ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD

Had to book on line to get the price as they wouldn’t just give it to us as that price in person, I asked if there were blow dryers in the room they told me yes… Got to the room no blow dryers, then they told us they could switch us rooms to one that had a blow dryer.. got the new room key, packed all out stuff up and moved… still no blow dryer. Went to the store and just bought one. Rooms were not the best not a good experience

• T. K. (8/5): - The bathtub... I do not live far from this location. But I only have a walk-in shower, no tub. I have recently moved to Colorado. I've been wanting a bubble bath for over a year now and I thought it a grand idea to rent this room for one night... I took 4 baths while here. It was awesome because I didn't even run out of bubbles or hot water. I enjoyed my stay. That the microwave kept tripping the breaker. I know that issues arise. And this didn't sway my opinion on coming back.

• Tina (7/5): Clean, safe, minimalistic breakfast - Clean. Quiet. Secure. Close by what I needed. Breakfast was just a few of the small prepackaged blueberry muffins and a few grain/fruit bars. There was nothing to drink including coffee/water. AC in room did not work just the fan, which was loud.

Seeing cockroachis left immediately went to the office and let them know. I wanted to refund and y. The man was supernice and apologized and I told him it was not his fault. It was. Unsafe for my children and for myself.There was food on the walls.The stove was nasty.There was nasty ness on the table.The floors were disgusting. I did not even set my children down.I looked around The floors were very nasty.The tables were very nasty there The stove was caked in food and grease looked in the bathroom while still holding my My two small children Two and three years of age seem cockroaches In the bathroom and immediate went to the front desk and reported this and asked for a refund.

• nitah377 (2/5): Has bugs and mold, terrible customer service, avoid! - We showed up at 9 and the building was locked. No one was at the front desk to let us in. Eventually another guest let us in . When we got to the front desk there was no one there but there was a number to call if it was after hours which didn’t start until 11. We called that number and no one answered. Eventually the lady who worked there came out with her cell phone on speaker as she talked on the phone while she was checking us in. When we got to the room we saw German cockroaches, mold on the ceiling, food stuck on the cabinets as it had not been cleaned well, and other mystery stains on the wall. We left and went somewhere else not worth staying there!

• Darren (10/5): Not too bad - I just needed a place to crash during a long layover on an international trip. Booked this hotel last min and stayed here for a few hours through the night. No frills hotel but overall it accommodated my needs. Not too far from the airport and not too expensive. Area felt a little sketchy but nothing that made me feel too unsafe to be there. I’d stay again if I needed a place to crash.

• Paula (8/5): Clean, convenient to the airport and great laundry facilities. - It was clean, good Landry facilities and freindly receptionist. The grab and go breakfast was open in time for us to go to the airport for our 7am flight. There was some litter in the car park.

They do take pets, however ESA are still going to get hit with a fee. The staff. All of them have horrible customer service. The fact that they say free breakfast. It more like snacks, muffins, nothing major. The halls smells of weed for a non smoking hotel. Oh and the fact that you have to call the front desk to get a kitchen set. NO it's not already in the room. The ESA fee should be known upfront

All rooms have two beds there are four floors the vending machines and snacks and a great location. Also pet friendly. All doors require a key card to log in. The employees are very kind and respectful.

I extended my reservation for another day due to unexpected military stay and after leaving for work in the morning and coming back at 1300 hours, I waa not allowed to go back to my room unless I pay an early check in fee. This is the most ridiculous decision management enforced and according to other extended stays in the area, as well as corporate, it is not a policy. The lady at the front desk would not use discretion and would not allow me in my room until 1500 hours when the other day when I first checked in, I waa given a room at 1400 hours. Keep in mind that I already have a room and did not need any housekeeping. There is no consistency whatsoever. The front desk's comments were; "making discretionary decisions is above her pay grade", "they know it's wrong, but that's what management wants"...... .... There are many of us military personnel who gets booked in this hotel. Per command's advice, the military in the area will no longer conduct business with this hotel. This will be my last stay at this extended stay hotel at 38th Street.

• Cindy (2/5): - I don’t recommend staying here at all, i come in and the microwave was broken, the toilet wasn’t flushing and the bath tub was flooded.. i tried to talk to the girl down stairs she gave me a nasty attitude, elevator was broken. online it said they had free breakfast and there was no breakfast at all because she said there wasn’t enough, check out time was 11 , online it said 12 and maintenance was banging on my door at like 10am .. it was a bad experience and if i could get a refund i would totally take it bc i didn’t sleep comfortably

She never greeted us, just asked for a name and told us our room #. And the $ didn’t match what was on my hotels.com receipt. 😣

• Amanda (1/5): Decent price, but bad area and not clean. - Convenient location. Plenty of parking. Beds were comfortable. Looked like they tried to update certain parts of the rooms to look nice. Employee helping at the front was kind and nice. Confusing entrance, didn’t look like a front door upon arrival. Our room was dirty, caused our feet to get dark and gross from walking the floors. Same with my baby crawling on the floor, her legs and feet were so dirty from crawling. The drawers were filled with crumbs and gross stuff. The breakfast was not still going when they said we could get breakfast. The doors were locked and no food for breakfast. Blinds were broken.
