Guest Reviews
- isabella (10/5): ottimo per una notte o per una vacanza - stanza con cucina, ascensore, parcheggio , receptionist gentilissima e simpatica era tutto ok
- Samantha (1/5): -
- Darrell (7/5): My stay was great until I checked my credit card account and I wasn't refunded the $100 deposit. - I enjoyed the quiet location of the room on the 4th floor. I liked the full sized refrigerator in the room. No bugs. My view was cool too. I was not printed out a receipt for my stay upon checking out on Monday, 3/ 9/2026. I was told by the front desk clerk on duty, the one who checked me in on Friday, 3/6/ 2026 that a receipt would be emailed to me using the email address I provided. I was also told upon checking out that the $100.00 deposit would be refunded to me. I have checked my credit card account. I don't see where the deposit has been deposited to me.
Confirmation #: 6553282426. At this point, I feel very deceived by the front desk clerk I dealt with. Did she lie to me about refunding me the deposit and emailing a receipt?
- Ebenezer (10/5): - Siren environment I had nothing to dislike
- Samantha (2/5): I would never recommend this place to anyone - Affordable Elevator was broken and not scheduled to be repaired for 6 weeks. I was put on the 4th floor and made to contend with 8 flights of stairs to go to or leave my room. The manager and front desk employees were cruel and unprofessional
- Samantha (2/5): I would never recommend anyone stay here. - Affordable The management team were cruel and never returned my deposits.

- Joseph (10/5): -
- Madison (1/5): - It was easy to find. I left on Monday, one night after checking in. When I asked staff to refund whatever was necessary, I was told "because it was a third party booking I can't touch it. Contact them and they will contact us. " I did my part. They failed on their end and I wasted several hundred dollars because they can't be trusted to do what they say.
The halls reek of MJ, when it is supposed to be smoke free. People staying there are loud.
I wouldn't bother staying here again if it was free.
I clean professionally for a living. The walls are filthy, covered in grease and obvious nicotine. There are handprints and dirt all over the bathroom. The kitchenette has grease all over the backsplash behind the stove top and the sink.
- kim (10/5): -
- Mungarro (10/5): - Cleanliness and rockstarstaff... Had to say so long
- Mungarro (10/5): - Staff It was time to go...
- Ice Bear (1/5): Would not suggest any professionals to stay there if they want to get any work done. - Nothing. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. More of a halfway house. The smell of smoke both nicotine and Marijuana was unbelievable throughout the building. People smoking in front of the doors, you had to walk through smoke every time you entered. Dried paint all over the floor in the unit. Both side exit doors where locked with large signs on saying you could not exit. The elevator was inoperable for several days.
- Mungarro (10/5): -
- Travis (5/5): - The elevators broke . Not much.
- Caress (3/5): -
- Wendy (10/5): -
- Kimberly (1/5): I didn’t stay there - I didn’t say here They charge you for cancelling when you refuse to pay a cash deposit they don’t tell you about ahead of time.
- Janelle (5/5): - Clean enough and quiet Staff lies about deposits and claims they are veterans as an excuse to not make it right. Ben felt like sleeping on cement.
- Caress (7/5): - First time booked with booking. Com and paid $204 dollars. I got to place and was told I owe $300. I asked her about money I paid with booking. Com. She explained they send my money back but I still owed $300. I was confused. Come to find out she did not know what she was doing. I still waiting for my $300 refund.
- 921dillonn (2/5): Stay from Hell - So My girlfriend and her kids were staying here and do to her line of work and how shes carries her self the staff harassed her,put a meth pipe in the micro wove held at her left a mattress covers in a huge blood stain and then had the audacity to refuse to let her support Dog go to the bathroom. Police have been called and krdo also the staff are sleeping with customers and hanging up on people…. Also half the customers are meth heads and drug addicts they also do not honor their rewords

- Yolanda (6/5): Needs improvement in some ares - Well, the room could have been cleaner and had dog hair and dust everywhere. Could have told me about the 100.00 dollar deposit ahead of time. Instead of expecting everyone to read their whole website. They could have told me they don't provide cooking ware a head of time. But other than that, it was ok. The area was OK and I was on the first floor .

- briankZ1414GD (2/5): worse place ever - Due to an apartment fire and asbestos issue I and my family had to stay at the extended stay america in Colorado Springs. We did not have a choice as to where we would stay our property management made the choice which was a big mistake , one that I personally will not repeat , this place was suppose to have what's called an ADA room in compliance with the Americans Act and upon arrival was stuck in this tiny room not compliant with this at all one small bed to use between myself and my wife needless to say we slept on top of one another . Thankfully we exchanged rooms with our neighbor getting a better larger room , that was just the start of the issues went to use the shower and very poor water pressure no matter what floor you are on it really was bad when you can barely get your head wet.
The management is very poor accuse you of things you did not do and then charge you hundreds of dollars for allegedly doing it really crappy if you ask me the rooms are not adequate do not give you any of the nice amenities other than free wifi . Worse place ever do not stay here
- Gemmecke (7/5): - Nice hot shower big room, Jenn was the best! Hot, we couldn't stay in the room more than to sleep, throat closing issues, husband had hard time sleeping
- Carpenter (10/5): -
- Nicole (2/5): Never staying here again. - It has extended stay Rude staff, refusal to do basic hotel duties other than provide a room. We had to clean it ourselves and provide toilet paper as well as were charged for towel use. The morning breakfast we saw on their site was a lie as well as other facilities. Fire alarm drills every day.
- Eddie (10/5): -
- Eckert (1/5): - We are thrifty travelers and always choose value hotels. This is the worst one we have ever stayed in. 1) We had to take out our own trash. When you’re on vacation this is not something you should have to worry about. 2) they charge extra for everything! When I reserved the room I reserved it for 3 people. When we get to the room there are only 2 towels in the bathroom and if we wanted extras we would have to pay for them. 3) The entire 4th floor smelled so strongly of pot that it gave me and my husband a headache. 4) They do not serve breakfast. I can take some responsibility for not noticing this when booking the room, but who thinks to look for that? Every other hotel I’ve EVER stayed at has served breakfast. 5) This place was filthy! Dirt and grime all over the walls and floors. If he didn’t smell like pot, it smelled like must and mold. 6) The elevator needs some SERIOUS attention! The sounds it was making made me feel like it was going to break down any minute. 7) we booked the room for 3 nights, but very shortly after checking in and seeing these conditions changed it to just 1 night, yet now they are not wanting to give us a refund on the other 2 nights and the $100 deposit (that was mentioned NO WHERE) is still not back in my account.
When I spoke with the lady at the front desk, she was somewhat professional. That’s the only kind of positive thing I can say about this place.
- Stevie (2/5): - This hotel stole money from us. We booked a room here and were not allowed to check in and were not given a refund. This hotel will steal from you given the chance. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone and will actively tell people not to book a room here. This is theft plain and simple.
- Purdy (9/5): - Cleanliness and the secure building. It stated on the booking fully equipped kitchen. I was expecting pots and pans to be there and there was nothing.
- Whitney (6/5): - My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 days visiting the area. The room and hotel itself was average but the people staying there were loud and the police were called as we were checking out.
- Cynthia (1/5): - Location Reserved online... went to check in ..was told that I needed $100 deposit which I didn't have.
Hotel said I can't check in without deposit... I requested free cancellation as it was the hotel that refused my reservation.. I received an alert from my credit card saying that Extended Stay tried to withdraw the price of the room but were unable to because I keep my cards locked.
I feel like I was ripped off
- Robert (1/5): Only good for emergency - Not much to like doors didn't seal on 4th floor TV's in multiple rooms didn't work ask front desk for new remote the said they would bring up a new one and never did and left hotel will not be staying here again
- Juan (4/5): - No good service
- Tina (4/5): Very cheap accommodations. - First of all, this place seemed to have residents living there that looked homeless. Felt a little unsafe. No amenities in the kitchen...you bring your own everything. No breakfast, not very clean.
- zachary (2/5): - Dirty, stinky, noisy, boogers etc on walls, bed was terrible.
- deborah (4/5): - We got there and the area was smelly other people were loud moved us to another room and people above us were stomping on the floor all night.when we left in the morning a homeless person was sleeping in the entrance way. Not a good experience!
- Gonzales (9/5): - No one at desk to greet me
- Reyna (1/5): -
- Amy (1/5): Never again. - The only thing I liked about this place was the location it was in So many things. The office is cluttered with al kinds of stuff should of been the first indication that the rooms were not going to be great. The hallway on floor number 3 smelt so bad like urine it turned my stomach, we walked into the room the first thing I noticed was the bedding had something red on it wad not clean. I had to go down and get another one. Then we noticed that the room had no coffee pot, no shampoo or conditioner in the shower. The toilet wouldn't flush. And to mention how terrible the beds are could not sleep at all. The only reason we stayed was because there were no other rooms available in colorado springs or manitou springs. I highly recommend not staying here!

- Eddie (10/5): -
- Dalton (2/5): Beyond Bad - My flight was delayed until after the check-in time. I called ahead and used the phone in the lobby to try to contact staff. I ended up spending the night sitting outside the hotel.

- katecM5308PW (2/5): 0 Stars – Stay Away if You're in Recovery or Value Respect - If you’re in recovery or just trying to live your life without being profiled and judged, DO NOT stay here. This place left a really bad taste in my mouth – and it had nothing to do with the building, but everything to do with Jen. Her attitude was absolutely ridiculous. I stood at the front desk waiting to renew my room while she was rolling her eyes on the phone at another guest who was just trying to pay. Completely unprofessional.
She claimed she “caught” us smoking when we absolutely were not – just another excuse because it was clear she didn’t want us there from the beginning. Her judgmental tone and actions spoke volumes. If I wanted to be looked down on or treated unfairly, I’d go back to some of the places I fought hard to leave behind.
As if that wasn’t enough, the fire alarm in my room went off MULTIPLE times a day – even while I was sleeping. I reported it and asked if it was faulty, but it was never properly addressed. Imagine living like that while trying to get rest, stay balanced, and maintain peace.
The only reason this review gets even a sliver of light is because of three amazing staff members who deserve better: the Blonde GM(so sweet and understanding), Amanda (an absolute rock star), and the African American woman working nights (such a kind and respectful presence). They treated us with dignity.
But Jen? Jen made it clear that recovery isn’t welcome here – and that’s something I’ll never forget.

Don’t waste your money.

- Esquivel (1/5): Did not stay, the office said they could not provide me with the room I booked. - On the white board in the office they had : National Blame it on someone else Day written on it. I booked a room with 2 queen beds. When I arrived for check in they told me they didn’t have any room with 2 beds available. They then blamed it on the 3rd party booking (Booking.com) for the error. They told me I had to go through Booking.com to change reservation and refused to help. I will not book from that location again.
- Jennifer (2/5): - Our night started of with a nice welcome by the front desk. The problem started after we had dinner returned to the room for the evening. The rooms were mostly clean and offered two semi clean towels and wash clothes. The sheets were clean. There was no way to contact the front desk for new towels. The guests two doors down were frying food in their room and caught it on fire. The fire alarms went off as the hallway filled with smoke. After we evacuated we asked the front desk clear if we could transfer to a room downstairs closer to an exit because I am traveling with a child with a disability. She said maybe if her general manager approved it. After 45 minutes I went to ask the gm because she hadn’t reached out to me. When I found her she told me they didn’t have any rooms to offer me because they gave it away to someone else in that 45 minute frame. I told her I was concerned that the neighbors may do it again because not only were they frying foods in their room they were also smoking marijuana and being very loud. She told me, “you’ll be fine. Nothing else will happen”. I asked for a refund so I could go the a neighboring hotel, and she said, “ have you seen that place? It’s worse than this place”. Nothing was resolved for me and my room.
The general manager was apathetic and unprofessional. The hotel was not a very clean and safe space. This was the third time in the last six months that a similar occurrence happened according to a long time residence of the hotel.
- halew2025 (2/5): nasty, uncleaned and unprofessional - absolutely horrible. 1st. checked in went to room & it was very visibly not cleaned (bed wasn't made and towels were still left in floor form last person) so we went back up front & the lady came & looked and all she said was she would bring us new sheets and towels. okay that's fine AGAIN if the beds were made nor towels picked up clearly this room hasn't been cleaned so whatever. we make our own bed, then the TV screen is basically blacked out and the air was on 60 degrees since checking in but a good 75+ so after giving it a few hours to cool down and sweating i went back to the front. even with the parking lot basically empty i was told "there was no more rooms available" and was giving a SMALL fan that's supposed to cool down a 6'5 man, me and my child. The hotel just needs to shut down if this is how you do business. it's absolutely nasty.
- Carpenter (8/5): Very good - Everything except for 1 thing How the lights kept turning on through out the night
- Eric (1/5): Never book here - No one ever checked me in. I waited 30 minutes in a closed lobby. I called customer service and the said to wait. I waited another 10 minutes before leaving. I was forced to go to another motel. I was charged anyway! I should have read the reviews!!!!!!! They were right. Avoid at all costs! No one ever checked me in. I waited 30 minutes in a closed lobby. I called customer service and the said to wait. I waited another 10 minutes before leaving. I was forced to go to another motel. I was charged anyway! I should have read the reviews!!!!!!! They were right. Avoid at all costs!
- Jacob (6/5): - The staff was very friendly and check in was very easy. However the amenities here are very limited. This is more for people that stay for a long time not just for one night like I did. There wasn't even soap and shampoo in the bathroom.
- V436VHdavidb (2/5): Horrible - First thing is when I entered our room it was filthy I have pictures. Found hair and filth in the bathroom as soon as we got up to the room. So me and the wife went around the room and found much more damning evidence of filth... we decided we were not using their bedding and went to buy brand new bedding from a store near by.
And now they are not reimbursing the down deposit and top of double charging us.
Had people outside asking for cigarettes and crystal.....
Staff wayyyy Un professional..
Pretty sure there are permanent residents there living off welfare and using drugs openly...
STAY AWAY!!!!
- Tiffany (10/5): - Staff was very nice.
- Javier (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jade (2/5): - Room was dirty when we arrived. Hair on pillows, several pillow cases were dirty, toilet and shower were dirty. Kitchen including fridge was unclean. Floor was dirty. I myself cleaned the entire room apart from the linens. Elevators and common area were also unclean. Many many aggressive dogs
- Steven (1/5): Bad - Terrible!!!!!
- Kaenah (5/5): Passable -
- Robert (2/5): - The bathroom door would not shut, there was hair on the sheets from someone else. There was no secondary lock on the door.
- Clemente (8/5): Mediocre - Getting a hold of reception was a pain!! Had to wait a long time to get someone to come to the front desk. Also hours say 9 but they open at 10
- Croshaw (10/5): Exceptional -
- Moises (1/5): Bad - Awful place full of meth heads , i was not able tp check in as i arrived after hrs and no one was there to attend us and after hiurs number never got a hold of someone very awful service ,
- L2933YKkrystals (10/5): A satisfied customer - Jill and Hakim where amazing I had a wonderful night and a great check out. I was in room thank you for having me. Everything was neat and tidy and wonderful consumer service. The tv has good channels. The rooms did not smell like smoke and it was quiet. Great experience over all.
- freddieg497 (10/5): Excellent - The staff is amazing and are always here for us and our needs! We are appreciative of them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Jill and Taneja rock! Housekeeping and maintenance are on point! Thank you Bella and Hakim!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
- Tyler (7/5): Good -
- Jessica (10/5): Exceptional - Friendly staff, clean and comfortable Bathroom
- Lawrence (2/5): stay somewhere else - I was charged twice for the booking, once by Bookings, com and then by the facility when I checked in. I then got to then to reverse their erroneous 2nd charge, but I have not yet received the funds in my bank account. My room had a movement sensor that shut off the lights when it detected no movement. I activated every 30 secs when I was sitting at the desk working on my laptop. EXTREMELY annoying as the hotel would not make adjustment to it.
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional -
- Benjamin (10/5): Awesome stay - So far so good, with some bumps but not bad. Door to the room is sticking. Ot0her than that, this location is a really great location as getting w4
- Gloria (5/5): My stay was ok, could be better if there had been breakfast of some sort. - The deposit and no breakfast for the price
- Bentley (2/5): - Heater didn't work in 0° freezing temperatures, blew cold on 90 degrees, TV didn't work, never had ANY of the issues addressed nor a single apology, no resolution whatsoever, drug users roaming around all hours of the night, parking lot full of period blaring music at 3am doing drugs in their vehicles, never once did we even hear of a housekeeping service let alone see/receive one single offer of any kind, were told to keep all the dirty nasty bedding, toiletries in your room or youd be charged to take them to the fromt office, not even a coffee pot in the building, washer and dryers were horrible and you had to run the dryers a minimum of thee times in a row to even get your clothing halfway dryish because the washers never ever rinsed or spun out the ester so you were the spinner and and rinser, we were horrified by this place!!! Beware if youre anywhere even close to a normal cleanish person whatsoever because you will not be pleased here....
- Chris (1/5): Bad -
- Shawna (10/5): - I really liked the staff they were very helpful
- OnAir37145900964 (10/5): Great Stay - The best customer service I've seen, Mr Hakim & GM Jill, inparticular. He replaced malfunctioning blinds in a flash and Jill was more than accommodating when I asked for a different room. Both, along with the rest of the crew, are professional and courteous at all times. Whatever their pay is, it isn't enough.
- David (2/5): - Poor experience overall.
- SEAN (4/5): - Dirt and smells.
- James (10/5): - Alway a pleasure
- John (7/5): Good -
- Scott (1/5): Would never go back - Dirty and smelly
- Monica L (10/5): - It was good not enough towles and no cook wear though
- Verified traveler (2/5): Rude staff - The front desk staff was very rude for absolutely no reason at all. She wouldn't give me access to my room while i was having trouble with my payment. She was rude to my children and had a terrible attitude the whole time i was there
- Dan (5/5): It was fair - The price Bathroom was not very clean
The bed was not that comfortable
- Jose (1/5): Would never stay here again. - N/A Rooms were dirty. Floor looked like it was mopped with a dirty mop. The whole place smelled bad and there were sketchy people in and out. Fortunately we were only there one night, unfortunately we arrived late in the afternoon and a weekend and were not able to find a different hotel that had available rooms.
- Evan (4/5): - There was a terrible smell. I watched a guy let his dog poop in the hallway. Check in guy was rude. Was supposed to have 2 beds was given a room with just one.
- Renee (6/5): Dirty - The hallways were dirty. No cleaning whatsoever, trash everywhere. Staff was friendly. Rooms only refreshed every 24 days. I didn’t stay 14 days so I had to do my own laundry for clean towels, bedding at $6 a load.
- Monica (10/5): Adequate . - Adequate.Nothing special. Man hanging around the lobby. Nowhere to sit down and talk with friends .hours are difficult if you need anything, noone is around.
- Randy (2/5): Dirty and uncomfortable - It was very dirty and uncomfortable the bed was small and very uncomfortable if we didn’t already check in and leave a damage deposit we would have left the floor was so dirty we couldn’t even let our daughter crawl on it
