The location was perfect. The room was both comfortable and beautiful. The on site restaurant was great and the breakfast was a highlight with such amazing food and again wonderful service. Ms. Tracy was a life saver. She assisted us with our visa applications and booking private transportation for our entire vacation, not just in Hanoi. I highly recommend them. We loved everything.

Kym (9/5): I would recommend this hotel purely for the comfort location and staff - The beds were exceptionally comfortable breakfast had a great variety and the location was fantastic We booked late checkouts and an early check-in staying at the hotel three times over the period. We also had two rooms We were charged quite a lot for the extra few hours on our late . For our early check-in the additional room was charged at quite a high rate and the breakfast was an additional expense which I thought considering we were staying there quite a lot that this would’ve been waived.

Since I was also celebrating my birthday during our trip, the hotel kindly prepared a sweet “Happy Birthday” dessert plate for me — such a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. The hospitality throughout our stay felt warm and sincere. The room was clean, cozy, and in a very convenient location for exploring Hanoi. Even though we only stayed for one night, the experience left a great impression on us. Would definitely recommend staying here and would happily come back again!

Reimann (10/5): Sehr schöner Einstieg in unsere Vietnam Reise - Die Lage am Anfang der Altstadt Hanois (Bezirk 1) war optimal. Die Abholungen zu den gebuchten Touren ist dadurch gewährleistet. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Die Möglichkeit, sich kurz mal zwischen zwei Besichtigungen ins Kühle zurück zu ziehen. da gibt es nichts zu sagen.

Joi (10/5): Great hotel, felt fancy, great staff. Would recommend. - Hotel was professional, felt fancy, and staff was amazing. Breakfast and front desk staff remembered us and our room number as the stay went along. Large breakfast selection with both Western and Asian selections was great. Very cool pool and rooftop bar as well! Room was a bit small-but this was expected and was advertised as such so not a bad thing.

Ravinarayan (10/5): Perfect base for exploring Hanoi - Absolutely amazing location at the heart of the Old Quarter, a spacious room with a jacuzzi, incredibly helpful staff who directed us to Reunification Day festivities as soon as we arrived. No complaints!

marisa (10/5): Fantastic hotel in Hanoi - We had a fantastic stay at the Peridot hotel. The location is excellent, right in the old quarter, breakfast was delicious and the staff took really good care of us. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. Nothing. Everything was perfect

Harald (9/5): - Beliggenhet, hyggelig betjening Rommet vi fikk tildelt svarte ikke helt til forventningene, bilder ga inntrykk av at rommet var større en det var! Vi fikk oppgradert rommet midtveis i oppholdet til ett flott og mer romslig rom. Alt i alt vel fornøyde.

Florian (8/5): - The Breakfast Buffet was amazing. Buffet+a la carte is something special. Perfect base to experience old quarter. The staff is very friendly and offers good tips. The standard rooms are a bit small. Consider go for the bigger one if you have a lot of luggage.

Jaswinder (10/5): Very comfortable, great service, perfect location. - A lovely hotel which, despite being right in the old quarter, is incredibly peaceful and relaxing to stay at. The hotel is comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. The rooms were peaceful and the beds were huge and comfortable - we had the best sleep of our travels here. Staff are incredibly helpful at all times. Breakfast is good - with freshly cooked items available alongside the buffet.

Adelene (10/5): Wonderful front desk ladies, great position for your guide buses to pick up, proximity to everthing old quarter has to o - The styling of hotel was grand, the location second to none given its in heart of old quarter. Special mention to lovely ladies at front desk, warm welcoming smile, lovely to talk to, always available to assist. They say the best xin chao (hello) in whole of Hanoi ! Nothing I didn’t like.

Dajana Kulik (10/5): - Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilft bei allen Belangen. Das Frühstück war umfangreich und sehr lecker. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und daher optimal. Die Ausstattung im Zimmer ist gut und das Bett war bequem. Das von uns gewählte Zimmer war etwas klein für zwei große Koffer. Aber es war trotz der Größe sehr komfortabel.

Jackson (7/5): A good option for a few nights in the Old Quarter. - Good location, kind and helpful staff, nice breakfast and rooftop bar setting. The shower made a constant, very loud, high-pitched noise. I heard other rooms making the same noise. The bed was creaky.
