- Andrew (10/5): - Super friendly and helpful staff Good choice of food, even with the half board deal there are 4 x starters and main options. Quality was actually pretty good given how many hotel. guests were dining in a short period. Ski in/out (red run, tricky at the end of the day). Convenient ski hire shop in the hotel. Spa/pool facilities are extensive and clean. Overall good value for money. It is remote from Cervinia centre, so if you're B&B it's a fair walk up and down, but there is a shuttle bus provided if needed. The price to pay for it's slope side location, elevated above Cervinia, is limited parking. However there are options and the staff are great at trying to help you. If you want to use the Spa/pool frequently there may be an extra charge.

That was so annoying, all the time to ask. Rooms looked like half ready- In the room NO place to hang wet ski clothes. 1 hook on empty wall!!! No mirrors in room.

Relatief kleine kamers met weinig privacy (open badkamer). Het ontbijt is snel geplunderd op het moment dat iedereen tegelijkertijd komt om daarna te gaan skiën. Half pension diner is met relatief veel stoofvlees gerechten.

- YEDECAO (10/5): Wonderful experience - Wonderful location. It’s right on in the middle of the skiing trail and it overlooks the whole valley. Such a treat to just stand on the balcony. Will definitely remember this experience.
- Fiona (9/5): Lovely hotel in great location for skiers - Great location up on the piste , just pop out the door and you’re on the slopes ! Good ski hire shop next to ski room . Lovely new rooms , lovely views. Nice big bar and restaurant areas with great views . Great free minibus transport up and down to town all day and evening . The only thing that seems to be letting it down is the restaurant. Expensive and food really not good this year. But you can easily walk down to several nearby restaurants like Bricole, or Baita Cretaz will send a free skidoo if you book for dinner. Breakfast however has a good spread .

But the staff really makes the difference there, at the reception they are very nice and friendly. We got upgraded to a better room as they couldn’t accommodate one of our requests which was a nice touch. In winter make sure to check the weather and if had snowed in the morning, the hotel is higher up and if there is snow in the road it is impossible to reach the hotel without car snow chains. Spa also is nice but not included in the price of the room. Also great ski rental service offered by the hotel, it makes everything so much easier and stress-free Nothing

- Giulia (10/5): - Posizione top, vista sulle montagne è semplicemente pazzesca. Si possono noleggiare gli sci direttamente in hotel e scendere subito sulla pista proprio da lì, comodissimo. Esperienza super consigliata! Fare attenzione a scegliere bene il tipo di sci che volete noleggiare, perché ce ne sono diversi. Chiedete di mostrarvi il tabellone con i vari tipi di sci e prezzi, così è più facile capire quale scegliere.

- Matteo (8/5): For a skying break, simply perfect. - First day was snowing hard and we passed the afternoon in the Spa, lovely. Second day we just put our snowboard and left directly on the slopes, after purchasing the sky pass directly at the reception, simply amazing. End of snowboarding day, arrived directly at hotel from the slopes, took a shower and left from the garage. Talk about details that make the difference. Was expecting something more in terms of food quality at the restaurant. Good service though.

- John (10/5): Fantastic hotel, lovely staff, good food - Fantastic location with stunning views across the valley. Breakfast was awesome- why don’t they have on the main page of the website that they have their own pastry chef?! I wouldn’t have looked any further! I loved that despite it being upmarket it wasn’t at all stuffy; for example all the groups sitting playing card games in the bar lounge in the evening made it very home-like. The pool in the spa was lovely and warm which helped when swimming in the ‘outdoor’ (covered balcony with open wall) with snow blowing in on my face. Piste 3b is pretty steep for ski in/out and was challenging on a warm day when it turned to ice with moguls. Snow overnight helped fix that. If you buy your pass daily at the cable car station then you get cheap rate if not every lift/ piste open. We recharged the plastic card every day to avoid waste. It’s really cool having the card in your glove to easily beep through lift entrance. Ski locker room heats your boots/ helmet overnight so pleasant to put on in the morning. Ski room rescue puppy was super cute- ciao Mister White ! Un bacio per te dalla Scozia! It’s a fair trek up from the village and if you are waiting for the shuttle bus it was really cold, and sometimes there wasn’t space in the shuttle
- Tore (6/5): Utrolig bra beliggenhet, men service og frokost og middag har blitt veldig mye dårligere på to år. - Rommet er bra, nærheten til bakken er vanvittig bra. Frokost er OK. Middag er bra. Ved ankomst måtte jeg parkere bilen i p-huset, imens måtte kona dra to store kofferter, en sekk og en veske alene til rommet som var langt unna resepsjonen, mens hun som viste veien helt frem ikke gjorde noe for å hjelpe henne. personalet er totalt uinteressert i gjestene sine med noen få unntak. dessverre. service har falt kraftig. har bodd her i mange år, men i år blir nok det siste.
