- Kelly (6/5): Not bad but not great - The rooms were affordable. The housekeeper was very nice. The beds were comfortable. We booked 2 rooms. One was supposed to have a queen bed and be a smoking room. The other was supposed to be two double beds smoking. When we arrived we received two rooms. Both had 2 double beds and both were non smoking.

- Johnny (9/5): The stay was actually enjoyable outside of what I didn't like. - The room was spacious and clean. They had a good tv and it was an ease to select channels and power the tv on. They have a working refrigerator and microwave. They were able to give me a wake-up call every morning. The place is quiet and the staff are welcoming. The chairs were not only old, they were beginning to come apart. The chairs should have been replaced long ago. Now mind you, the inside chairs are clean, but even for the price of the room, they needed to be updated. There was an outside chair at the door and it looked like it went ten rounds with Tyson in his heyday. The toilet was an issue for me due to me being so tall, or it could be that the toilet was so small. Yes, it was a brand new toilet, however, it almost felt like it was made for a kid instead of an adult.

The Hotel, being a little older, was very possibly the CLEANEST hotel I have stayed at. And that list of hotels is long. And by the way. You really should remove the ECO crap question. Only wokestirs care and if your woke. I'm done with you

- Richard (6/5): - The Heritage Inn is an old fashioned motel. Outside access. It appears it is trying to improve things but there is a long way to go. It is pretty basic. Room was clean. Towels very thin. Very small bar of soap. They did provide clean towels each day. During week made up bed. No coffee maker and no place nearby to get it. If looking for an inexpensive place to stay for a night or two, this location meets that need. Did not see any area where kids could play.

- Taylor (7/5): Good - It’s located in an okayish part of town, I wouldn’t be outside at night though. It may be just fine too, but I’m just overly cautious. The only issue I had was I needed new sheets in the evening as I had accidentally spilt my drink and they were unable to bring me new sheets and a blanket so I had to go Walmart to get something to sleep with.

My husband walked up to meet me and check me out. It was a very pleasant stay. The owners were also very nice with a wonderful little family. Would definitely stay again.

And to be honest, I would not have felt comfortable eating it if there had been food available. The main issue was the no pet policy. This was not made apparent anywhere on the website, so I was unaware that pets would not be allowed until we had already arrived and had to make other arrangements. Website needs updated to reflect this policy. Also, we never received towels that were free of stains. All of them had some sort or grease stain or makeup stain on them. There was also trash on the floor from the previous occupants that was never removed.

- Kathy (10/5): Excellent! - The people that run this Inn are amazing! I make all the travel arrangements for our guys including paying for their rooms in advance (they don't travel with the card). I missed this one when booking through Hotels.com and realized that they were going to have to pay when they got to the Inn. I made one phone call and the lady that answered the phone didn't skip a beat and told me not to worry that she would run the card that was on file when the guys got there. We had to go back another night and my tech didn't hesitate about telling me that he wanted to stay there again. Thank you so much for being so kind!
