Guest Reviews
- Jeannette (5/5): -
- lorin (1/5): -
- lorin (1/5): - The bed was comfy and there was good selection on the tv They lied on their website about having laundry, gave us a smoking room when we aren't smokers, also lied about having a restaurant, no ATM, outrageous prices in vending machine, and the neighborhood is very sketchy (had people coming up to our doors and doing sketchy things)
- Yevgeniy (5/5): Smell, hard to open windows for fresh air. - Cheap. Motel has all simple things: fridge, microwave, hot water, two beds, tv, coffee maker Loud neighbour-bar, loud street . Very old facility.
- Kaikuraere (10/5): - nice quiet place nothing

- Ajaypal (4/5): - Terrible
- Oluwatoyin (4/5): - The environment looked unkempt. There was a strong smell of cigarettes from the entrance to the reception and hallway. Could not stay. Left and asked for a refund.
- Dean (4/5): - The bathroom was not clean. The night staff were very understanding and gave me a new room. In the new room the sheets were not clean and the toilet paper holder was missing. Unfortunately this is the second time I have stayed here and the experience was the same.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Not recommended - Too bad, lots of cockroachs in the room, we left the place on the first morning.
The only good thing, the front desck personnel were freindly and supportive.
- Pete (6/5): - affordable - yes
helpful staff - yes
The hotel itself is, unfortunately, a bit of a dive. Not the cleanest place.
OK for a night if you’re on a budget.
- Jake (2/5): - I booked 3 rooms with Expedia got to the motel after a long day of work the staff says he can see my reservation but he doesn’t have any rooms so I told him to figure something out where the mistake happened and he just told me to leave find some other place to stay.
- Joseph (2/5): - Dirty
- Keri (10/5): - I love the unique building. The rooms are very clean, and all the staff I delt with were wonderful. This is the best stay I've ever had in Saskatoon. I'll be coming here from now on
- Guest (7/5): -
- Pierre (8/5): - The price was perfect for the type of accommodation I was looking for at the time.
- Guest (1/5): never again - N/A Terrible smell
- Marie (6/5): - Rm clean cool bthrm small
- Rohith (2/5): - We had the worst stay ever in canada. It was too noisy outside and people were punching the hotel entrance door.We slept around 2 am in the morning.
The morning breakfast was also terrible.
- Akshay (10/5): -
- David (1/5): - NOTHING! The rooms were filthy! I made the mistake of taking my shoes off. By evening when I removed my socks, they were so filthy I realized I was cleaning the floor with them. Consequently, the socks did not go in the laundry--I threw them away..
- Jayde (2/5): - Every sheet and blanket in my room had blood in it there was vomit on the stairs for the whole time I was there. no cleaning standards at all
- nataly fuentealba (4/5): - El personal La limpieza, habían cucarachas
- Gregory (2/5): - Room was very dirty. Many people hanging around in the parking lot and in the building. Doors slamming and loud arguments past 2am. I did not feel safe.
- Ciaram (4/5): - The room was dirty. Floor felt unswept, there was gum stuck to a picture, and there was black mold on the walls of the bathroom. The bed we nice. The staff was friendly. Just a dirty place.
- Melissa (8/5): - I like the fact that the office was open 24 hours.
- Amaney (1/5): I’ll never book this hotel again - Nothing The room smells so bad
- Gerald (6/5): - It was a very simple stay with no amenities.
- Rita (4/5): - It is one step away from being condemned and torn down.
- William (4/5): Most unsatisfactory - It took a long time for the man at the front desk to acknowledge I was there and than took some time to find my reservation. The tv in my room didn’t work and when I informed the front desk he was very unconcerned and said it would be replaced when a new tv arrived, which didn’t happen when I was there. I find it unusual that this facility is listed in booking.com
- Anne (4/5): - This property is in dire need of renovations/upgrades. It is getting pretty dilapidated, especially the rooms.
- Karen (4/5): - We were parking upon arrival and a room door opened, smoke billowed out, a drug deal took place, the buyers left, and one person pounded on door to be let in. The entire place reeked of smoke (regardless of our no smoking room). Entire place was shabby. We slept and got out. We prayed no crawling viditors joined us.
- Laurie (2/5): - Walls in the room had chunks missing. Holes in doors. Pillows were not clean. No face cloths. Tub ledge was dirty and had long black hair. Bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. And the last straw was a cockroach.
- Darrell (2/5): - From the moment I arrived, I was disappointed. From check in when they put through a 300. charge on my credit card, which I had to go to front desk in the morning to get a credit that showed up 3 days later. Everything in the room wouldn't of added up to 300. including the 32" tv with a broken remote. I had a room with an exterior door. There was a 1" inch gap under the outside door from missing weatherstripping. The bedspread and sheets both had burn holes in them. The area is sketchy at best. I wouldn't park my car outside my room, but luckily there was a parking spot in front of office, for the night. I had to keep reminding myself that it was for only one night.
- Anonymous (2/5): Very poor - Holes in the walls, holes in the flooring, bugs in the bathroom, sink rusted out, people fighting and yelling in the hallways and outside the motel at all hours of the night.
- Irene (9/5): Superb - Affordable Old beddings
- Brenda (8/5): - Very friendly
- Faiza (2/5): - its a nightmare booking this hotel. I communicated them about my arrival time. when we reached there the lady at front dest started threatening us that instead of $100 you have to pay $400 otherwise i will not give u room and you will be miserable at this time. my child 4 years was also with me. when i ask to meet me with property manager she started bullying me at base of race. she said i don’t understand english so dont speak english with me just urdu. so pathetic
- Verified traveler (8/5): - It was adequate
- Kevin (2/5): - Absolute hellhole. Like being in New Delhi
- Tracey (2/5): Scary and gross - Scary people. Drugs and paraphernalia just in the hall. Bloody sheets. I was horrified. The man at the desk was amazing at check in. I rented it for my x so my daughter could see him cause thought price was good. Didn’t expect much. But wow the drugs and rigs right in the hallway. My daughter was not allowed to go back.
- Hnatiw (10/5): Exceptional -
- Teshome Tessema (4/5): - To be honest this is the worst place I have ever stayed. This place doesn't deserve to be named a hotel and doesn't deserve to be in the list of hotels under Expedia. I wonder how saskatoon city overlooked it. I am so sorry.
- Andrei (4/5): - Would love to see a more thorough cleaning of the rooms, there were broken glasses in the room, and side table visibly not dusted
- Huruy (8/5): - In one night We can's say much but over. all staff rooms was good
- Seang (2/5): - Room looked okay. Hallway smelled of cigarette smoke.
- Alex (2/5): - Fine for the price. But could here other guests coming & going in the rooms. And chatting in the car park outside. A bit run down.
- LeAnn (2/5): - The sheets on one bed was stained and the desk clerk came and changed it. She also brought a new extra towel and one was very thread bare. The walls were very dirty where you turned on light in bathroom and bed. The toilet was leaking as it was wet on floor behind. The easy chair had burn holes and had greasy stains. The shower curtain was stained and tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned.
When I checked in I was in informed that there was a $300.00 damaged deposit. But clerk waived that hat for usfor me
- Lisa (2/5): - It was filthy, the smoke smell was strong ( the bottom level is smoking) but carries through , left hotel as conditions were terrible , front desk was apologetic and refunded without hesitation
- Evell (6/5): venture inn - the price I killed a cockroach 🪳 in the washroom
- Asma (4/5): - Very unclean.
- Stephen (6/5): - smoking
- Verified traveler (6/5): Deposit - Didn't like the 300.00 damage deposit
- Dwayne (2/5): - Definitely not worth the money, find a better place to stay, absolutely, disappointed to the point I booked a different room elsewhere.
- Steve (4/5): Horrible but 'twas Cheap... - TV issues..dirty. people on drugs arguing in halls, effed up place but CHEAP like birds flying over your head, cheap cheap cheap cheap
- Regan (4/5): - Nothing unique nor exciting but only there until my apartment was ready and cochroach in #147 then moved but toovmuch bleach on the towels n sheets. Broke my skin out but meh... nvr again
- Cheryl (4/5): - You get what you pay for. Very inexpensive rates but missing amenities. Room had 2 bath towels but no hand towels or face cloths. Furniture was broken or damaged, bed spread had holes.
Pet friendly, but not necessarily comfortable.
- Starchief (3/5): Poor -
- Chidinma (10/5): - The female receptionist that attended to myself and my son was awesome. She made sure we were good and even went beyond to assist in every way she could
- John (2/5): - Walls are paper thin. At 4 am guest in the next room began arguing loudly.
Night clerk did nothing to get them to stop shouting. I could not sleep after that.
- Michael (2/5): - Checked in at the front desk, got my key and headed to my room. The entire place stank strongly of smoke. When I got in the room, the bedsheets were full of holes and stains and the walls were also very dirty in several locations. The TV was also loudly playing a French channel and the remote wouldn’t work to change the channel, reduce the volume, or turn the TV off. It also had no physical buttons to change anything so the only available option was to unplug it. This is one of the most rundown and unsafe looking hotels that I’ve ever seen. The parking lot was very small and sloped, and there was a truck parked with flat tires that appeared filled with garbage. The hotel reception specifically suggested that I park where my vehicle could be seen from the front desk or it was highly likely that someone would attempt to break into it. I immediately asked to refund my stay and to check out. The receptionist asked to see my room and apologized blaming the state of the room on “the new cleaner”, she did refund me though after the walk through without argument.
- Richard (8/5): A Great Value Stay - It's not the Ritz Carlton however it doesn't mean it's not a good place to stay. Am aged property but they are not trying to be something they are not. The staff is friendly, helpful and just very nice to deal with. We will stay again for sure. Thank you!
- Nandor (8/5): - Clean comfortable bed.
- Stephen (8/5): - smoking rooms
- Adam (1/5): Bad -
- navdeep (8/5): - Its so good
- Varun (4/5): - Rooms are not clean bugs and smell was there.
- Bui (5/5): Passable -
- Campeau (7/5): Good -
- Terry (8/5): - Good place to stay for a night. Good price
- MEAGAN (4/5): - They have cockroaches and the bedding was stained.
- gordan (6/5): - Room nice and large
- James (2/5): - Left one hour after check in and did not return.
- Randy (4/5): - The front desk staff were very accommodating and kind. Because this hotel is in the hood, it made us feel slightly unsafe. The bed sheets also were suspect in that they had hair and blood on the one bed.
- Hnatiw (7/5): It was good - Location Fire alarm went off in middle of the night
- Gerrylyn (5/5): Passable - Accessibility, fair price. The rooms smells smoky.
- Kalie (6/5): - It's a place..
- Lauren (6/5): - Was fine. The floor was pretty dirty. Made my feet dirty when I walked around my room. I little sketchy but was fine. A little over priced I would say. But staff are nice.
- Anne and William (6/5): - This hotel definitely needs upgrading.
- Tansly (2/5): - .
- Randi (2/5): - Well i stayed for 2 hrs and they did not refund me and they also dont say they have cockroaches its ridiculous
- Brian (8/5): - Quick, easy registration
