Guest Reviews
- Kuwano (6/5): - リーズナブルで素泊まりする分にはよかった
- gotogirlc (2/5): Was threatened by the Hotel Manager - I had a horrible Experience ( OMG )
the hotel manager demanded i pay extra money because their bank had deducted an amount like 700 THB which has nothing to do with me as i had paid all monies including covering transfers , charges and this is after paying 35,000THB , when i inquired to provide reasons and proof , he threatened to call the police & deport me out of thailand / jail ..and also asked me to leave the hotel and informed the other receptionist to make sure i am charged a hire price so i will not get any refunds for the balance 10 days, he discriminated & called me named , additionally the area is quite unsafe , if ur single women especially if ur brown , there are some bike riders who threatens if you book through the app and they don’t allow you to get in to the bike in front of the Hotel ( even though that’s ur place of stay ) horrible.
Rooms don’t look the same as pics also they are not sound proof .. other staff was nice and speak good english but helpless due to the rudeness of the hotel manager who can’t actually carry a proper conversation. Bottom line it was mostly discriminative behavior towards me of skin color nationality , his team agreed on this as well ..
stay safe in there .. if ur alone advised to stay elsewhere. do u really want to risk ur life and holiday with such treatment’s
- Barrie (8/5): - No balcony (room 215)
No natural light
Dislike coat hangers & light unit
Bathroom window handle broken
- Daichi (10/5): - Thank you for everything!
Grate Hotel!
- Barrie (8/5): - Excellent
- Michael (10/5): Great vaku - Great value for the price. There was an air of cigarette smoke in the lobby and in the room. The room was switched with no problem and later the cigarette smell had cleared the lobby too.
The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The complimentary happy hour was a nice bonus. I’d definitely stay again.
- Edmund (10/5): - Great stay. Wifi works well, shower has warm/hot water, bed are comfy close to a lot of restos, cafes and massage spa
- Verified traveler (8/5): 便利な立地 - 隣にスーパーがあるし、食事にも困らない、便利な立地。
- Barrie (8/5): - Upgrade on room
Very happy
No clothes hanger on balcony
- sanjeewa (6/5): - Far from vibrant of Bkk if anyone wants to experience it , if you fancy a less action and etc this might be good.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Impossible to sleep as there is aroof topnight club just beside it. It's like having the bed on the dance floor
- Barrie (8/5): - No safe box in room
No clothes hanger on balcony
Too much furniture in room
- Angelina (10/5): - Didn't steal my homie's ID cards and had it in a cute little bundle. W; 5 stars
- KesangD9 (10/5): Highly recommend - Wonderful. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable. Quiet. Safe. Great location, right next to Big C, Starbucks and restaurants.
Easy to get around. Mostly used Grab but the MRT is about 2 mins ride on a motorcycle. No exchange counter closeby. ATMs are available.
- Sachiko (10/5): - 昨年に続き、今年もお世話になりました
とても満足しています
有難う御座いました
- Ludovic (10/5): - Very well located, with many dinning options around, a Big C shopping mall just outside, and 10min walk from Ekamai BTS station
The hotel is also located on the "right" side of the city, making a trip to/from Airport less than 30min jam-free
The rooms are very spacious and the staff is very friendly
This is the 2nd time I stayed there, and it will be my Bangkok hotel by default
- travelswithjeva (10/5): Great value stay in a good location - We had a fab stay here for a few nights. The room was on the smaller side but still roomy enough for two people. Very stylish and modern interior and the AC worked well. Reception staff were always friendly. Huge supermarket and a Starbucks just across the road, and quite a few good restaurants within walking distance. Couldn't have asked for more for the price.
- Monty (10/5): - We loved our stay here. Very cosy room, kind staff, right across from the Big C supermarket. Would stay again.
- Kemi (8/5): - The hotel is ok for the price. My room was facing a brick wall so I had no sunlight in my room. Also when I checked it my sheets were dirty, however staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend if you just need a place to sleep. Nothing to brag about
- Verified traveler (8/5): 最寄り駅「エカマイ駅」から遠いが目の前には大型量販店と7-11がある、好立地。 - 清潔な室内、簡単な朝食をもって屋外バルコニ-に出ると異国情緒満点です。
- gavinxyz (8/5): Nice small room at Ekkamai area - The location is around 10 to 15mins walk from Ekkamai BTS. There is a Big C beside the hotel.
Room is nice but small. The window is small and does not have any view. The aircon will form ice and leaking water later if set below 23 degrees.
Grab and Go breakfast is provided but very simple only with bread and coffee and everyday is almost same. Only 1 lift is available. Gym room is super small with 3 or 4 equipments only.
The front desk will required THB1000 deposit in cash only.
- Yoon Giap (8/5): - Around 10 to 15mins walk from the Ekkamai BTS, room is small. Beside the hotel there is a Big C. Grab and Go breakfast is very simple, only bread and coffee, time is from 7am to 10am.
- Yia (10/5): - THA City Loft was very pretty and helpful. They are so kind and takes good care of their customers needs. The massage place on level M was divine! They helped me a lot and are very sweet. I would really come back again next time I go back.
- Jefren (10/5): - Great hotel with signature
- Scott (10/5): - Loved this place. Great location.
- Corey (6/5): - Love the location
- Evan (10/5): Wish we could have stayed longer! - Wish we could have stayed longer! So comfortable, very clean, great location, couldn’t ask for more!
- Corey (8/5): - The big C shopping store was right across the street
- nlovelove (6/5): Walls so thin i could hear my neighbour snoring away..🥹 - Am a frequent traveller to Bangkok and decide to try this chic boutique hotel in Ekkamai.
First impression of the hotel was pretty ok.
Arrived at night around 9pm and was checked in by a male staff - Mickey
He was the only staff who doesnt like to smile i don’t know why. The rest of the staff was pretty chill and smiley and even helpful even. When i was checking out and struggling with my bags, he didn’t even offer to help. Ah well.
The room itself was pretty cosy and pretty and unique but the walls was so damn thin that i could hear my neighbour cough all day long and snore all night long. It was pretty terrible. It was lucky that the bed was so comfy that you can just lay in it all day. In fact, it was the comfiest bed ive ever had in Bangkok.
Also, the door lock was the old school kind and i got a panic attack everytime i reach my room at night because i was scared somebody will just come from behind and shove me in the room haha. Even the lift doesnt require a key card to go up to the rooms so that’s a minus point.
The hallway are also prettt dark so it can be quite scary for a solo female traveller.
But in all, i would come back if the door lock was changed and if there is added security
on the elevator.
Location was about 20 mins stroll to Ekkamai station so i just took a grabbike everytime.
There is a Big C and Starbucks just across so that’s pretty nice.
Would love stay here again, please change the door lock.🥹
- Don (10/5): - Nice with good location
- Jonathan (10/5): - Clean, quiet and accessible.
- DAICHI (10/5): - Nice staff!!
Clean Rooms!!
Thank you for everything’s!!

- Katsumi (8/5): - 清潔衛生的
- Katsumi (8/5): - 清潔衛生的
- Verified traveler (6/5): OK hotel but not great - The neighbourhood was less appeling and the hotel was not very well maintained; I had better hotels in Thailand duirng my trip; it looked better on the pics.
- Ng (8/5): - Location is quite convenient, abt 10mins to Ekkamai BTS and 5mins to nearest 7-11. Only cons is the water heater not working well and small water pressure.
- Culture003 (10/5): Clean rooms, good location & great staff - The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were friendly, helpful & kind. The location was perfect. Not far from the metro station, some nice places to eat at & right across the street from a supermarket, Starbucks & ATM. Attached on either sides are two restaurant/bars. Though we didn't eat there, they looked quite nice. Overall a great experience & we would definitely stay here again.
- ikinna (10/5): Cool loft hotel in Cool local area - Great Location , good design i think it has best value , room only but Tons of restaurant around the hotel, Big C , The mega super market is right opposite. Ekamai is one the my Favorite area in Bangkok, lots of cafe , restaurants and bars. About 7-10 minutes walk to BTS
- Trevor (10/5): - I loved my stay at THA City Loft. The staff are very friendly and helpful and were very easy to talk to as an English speaker. Room was clean, many restaurants and cafes nearby, short walk to the train station, great wifi and Chromecast on my tv! Thank you to Polly and all of the staff here for making my first trip to Bangkok so enjoyable.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great location, nice facility, modern. - Great location, nice facility, modern industrial style. All was good except when I got to the room late at night the thing you put your key card into to run the electricity stopped working. It would only run the electric for 30 seconds. The front desk was not able to fix it so late at night so they moved me to a new (better) room. They did this very quickly so I can't really fault them, but it was a bit of a hassle.
- SAMANTHA (10/5): - This place was literally perfect!! We booked the Deluxe room and it was so spacious and clean, the bed was massive and we had some of the best sleeps we have ever had! The location is great and the staff are amazing!! We originally only booked one night but loved it so much we booked a second! Our stay here was nothing short of perfection!!
- 349graces (10/5): Sweet anniversary welcome - We stayed here for our anniversary and they laid out a cute towel set up with some lotus flowers for us. It was so beautiful! The staff we lovely and attentive too and genuinely cared about our thoughts! Would definitely stay here again and again! Thank you!
- Chau Li (10/5): - Near Big C and Health Land.
- Dilek (10/5): - Loft Style nice hotel. Near everything from BTS, Big C supermarket, Starbucks, cinema, and cafe and pub. Recommended to everyone. Staffs are super friendly.
But limited parking space though. Have to find parking in the alley on the street.
Will come back again.
- Travel34017415752 (8/5): Reasonable Accommodation in Sukhumvit - The hotel has a good location, though it is a bit far from the BTS. However, you can hire a motorbike just outside for twenty baht to get you there quickly and a return can also can be hired near the station.
The room was somewhat small, but it was quiet. Near Big C and many restaurants.
The “gym” isn’t useful so don’t consider it.
The staff were pleasant and helpful.
- WanderingAusBear (8/5): Great spot but noisy - Well it was really a 3.5 star stay. But 3 was too low. Room was great, bed was huge and soft which is a refreshing change for Thailand. Main complete was the noise. Locals coming up and down the halls at all hours of the AM. And the housekeepers liked to what sounded like pushing a trolley down stairs at 6am each morning. I think it was just the location of my room right at the end of the hall way next to storage area but try book a room away from there if possible. Other than that top place to stay.
- arthur33444 (8/5): Quiet hotel in ekkamai - Short walk to ekkamai station
Next to bar area
Next to big C
Reasonable price
$1100 baht per night
Clean and well designed
Quiet
Can walk to thonglor
Second time staying at this place
Taxi to airport $260 baht
Half hour to airport
- teekatie (10/5): Nice hotel - It was very nice to stay at THA CITY LOFT. Their staff was very nice and we like the room very much (very cleaned!). Hotel is located in prime area of BKK. It’s very convenient as the hotel is very near BTS. We will definitely come back again
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The location was perfect. The room was great, the bed was WOW.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Cramp but cosy - Room was abit too small but cosy. The walls were also abit thin (could hear hearty laughters from the other room).
Lcation is about 15 mins walk to the nearest BTS station, but its located just opposite a supermarket and within 10 mins walk to Health land spa and massage.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Not worth the money and sleepless nights - Artsy looking hotel with poor sound insulation. Bedding is not bad. U could hear the lift going up and down in the middle of the night, and the clubs opposite blasting their music. But it's ok because we cant control thay. HOWEVER, they allow parties in their hotel rooms and the room next door was having party till 6am in the morning. Blasting their music, talking loudly, going in and out of their room every 5 mins (God knows why). When I called the reception at 3am to complain, they asked us to change our rooms instead of getting the noisy rooms to lower their volume. Poor customer service! Do not be fooled by the exterior of hotel.
- VikFeldmeier (10/5): Nice loft hotel - We really like the design of the hotel and the location next to Big C and 24 hours opening Starbucks. The bed is very comfortable. The room is very clean.
Not far from Skytrain station only 10 minutes walking distance.
- Carli1978 (8/5): Wonderful - Enjoyed our stay. Conveniently located in Bangkok, just a short walk to the nearest station and another four stops to Siam. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean and full of character. Loved it.
- umar_wah (10/5): Very clean and convenient location! Excellent value for money! - I stayed here for 3 nights with my partner and found THA City Loft exceptional. The rooms were very clean and bedding was very comfortable. Big C(open till 2am) and Starbucks(open 24 hours) are right across the road. The BTS station is around 8 - 10 minutes away making it easy for traveling. Overall the hotel had a very cosy feeling and I would definitely stay here if i come again to Bangkok. Highly recommended and excellent value for money!!!
- veizka (8/5): Good - Room is big and clean. Services are good. It’s a bit far from station but the area is nice. Easy to find restaurant, massage and close by to supermarket. The only shortcoming is the bathroom is leaking and smells not good.
- ThomasHopf (4/5): Sleepless nights - Stayed one night at this hotel for 3 guests during a recent stopover and it was not pleasant. The hotel looks very nice and trendy but did not score well on other areas.
Arrived at 6pm and checked in. Went to the room to realise the room was not prepared for 3 guests. Called the front desk and they said there is nothing they can do because the housekeeping staff has left for the day. However, they could let me have an extra pillow, blanket and towel.
During the night, sleep quality was poor because the sound insulation was very bad. Could hear people talking in their room, opening the door, etc.
Will not stay again
- amornnn (10/5): Perfect location - That city loft is on Ekamai Road and in the prime location of Bangkok. The roomrate wa very reasonable and the room was tidy and clean. The receptionist were friendly and representing Thai hospitality. Will be back!
- Michael_Bertel (10/5): Excellent - I stayed 3 times in here. My partner and I have just spent 1 night staying at this lovely hotel. We were able to achieve everything we wanted to in Bangkok whilst staying somewhere considerably quieter and away from the night life of Bangkok.
We did visit Khao San Road at night to experience it but I’m glad we didn’t stay there. It is definitely worth a visit and we paid 80 Baht for a Tuk Tuk (100 on the way back). They will try and charge you 150 but you can easily get this down.
There are some lovely quaint restaurants in the area and we had no trouble finding places to eat. But be aware that things shut early around here, generally between 20:30 - 21:30.
I would really recommend this hotel if you want to experience the best of Bangkok but don’t want the rowdiness of night life. The hotel we very clean and tidy, the staff were very friendly and helpful.Special thanks to Mrs Yolk and Mr R for best service.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - If in-room slipper is available, stay in this hotel will be much better.
- Yumiko (8/5): - there was a bit of a smell from water.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Clean, good reception. Good location - 10mins walk from BTS, right next to Big C which opens until 2am.
The hotel also provides free tuk tuk shuttle to Hotel. Thumbs up.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Deluxe room was big & room was clean. Next to Big C with some restaurants & Starbucks.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Not that good - The design of the hotel is simple and quite nice. If you want a low budget place to sleep then it’s ok. The room is roomy. Tv was way too small, tv box and WiFi wasn’t really working. Towels didn’t seem very clean. I like the area of Ekkamai, so I wanted to try this hotel. The hotel is around 10-15mins walk from station. Staff was not friendly, basically no service. It’s more like a hostel than hotel. I would not stay here again.
- Kwang Boon (6/5): - Place was about 10 mins walk. The staff made an error and gave me wrong room. Had to change room. How shower is not working.
- Rosauro (4/5): Never again! - Room too noisy. We didn’t sleep Bec of the noise of the bar below. Pillows and towels were not nice. The room was dark. The other one we stay had no window.
- Alex (8/5): - Pretty good experience overall, good staff service minus lack of amenities.
- Gheorghe (8/5): - Friendly staff, always there to help you ,good location ,definitely a good place for a short stay in BKK
- Siti Nadhirah (10/5): Great hotel - Gotten the deluxe room and it was a great choice as the room is bigger and have more space. The service staff was very friendly and nice, helped us by giving advice and direction.
Bad side, there was no shower heater. Had to bathe with cold water for 4 days straight! Complained to the receptionist but nothing was done. There was no safe in the room which was a hassle for us, having to lock our valuable items inside our luggage. I put a 'do not disturb sign' outside the door in the morning but room service still went in and cleaned the room. Was upset about it and made a complain with the reception. Hotel is located a good 15mins walk from the BTS station, quite a distance to walk when raining. They do have free shuttle service that runs per hour.
- Zu (10/5): - Really love this hotel. Its a boutique hotel with well kept and beautiful decoration and ambience. Near to convinient shops too. Easy access to BTS Ekkamai.
- Shaila (8/5): - A nice place for a lovely vacation and near to BTS so easy to travel ,
- Verified traveler (10/5): clean industrial theme hotel. - It’s a little far down the soi to catch BTS. Hotel has a limited shuttle service during peak hours. Other than that, a great stay! Lots of neighborhood eateries and clubs. Good fun house bar and legit massage service
- Ashton (10/5): - Was hard to find... but place is nice. Rooms are good. But a little dark. Bed is comfortable and good quality linens. Cafe is nice
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Reasonable price with excellent service.
Location is walkable from BTS station and it's surrounded by many restaurants and cafes
- Farrell (10/5): Value for money - Excellent location
- PIN JU (10/5): Spacousy room and clean - It will be a bit noisy in certain rooms due to they have a bar in hotel. But whenever i request, the staff always willing to help me change a room. Room is spacious and clean. I will come agin.
- olivia (10/5): Nice hotel - great hotel! the room was big and clean, and well-lit as well.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Friendly staff and nice environment,
But tv was not working in our room during our stay.
Heater didn’t provide hot water.
Hope the issue will get your attention and I will still recommend this hotel to my friend, looking forward to the next stay and hopefully will have better facilities and condition next time!
Thank you
- Isara (8/5): Convinient - Good bed and close to night life experience. Can easily walk to most popular place. The restaurant open until 2 am which is very nice
- tore (8/5): Nice young feel. - Not a boring standard hotel. A bit of ”art school” touch. Great beds. Soi 63 is a bert nice soi with good restaurants if you go a bit in from Sukhumvit. Big C supermarket and small eatiries next to the hotel. Starbucks and coffe shops.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Review - Looks clean but toilet no really working, drainage system was quite bad. Bed comfy. Good service.
- Kiv (6/5): Close to supermarket
10 mins walk to station - Overall it is consider good for the price is only 50sgd per night
Supermarket is just opposite
Hotel provide free tuk tuk to station for certain timing only
Room is abit too small and not very clean
- Verified traveler (2/5): Warning! Stay away from this hotel at all costs. - The room was not cleaned properly. There were plastic bags in the cabinetry from the supermarket next door and the bin had not been emptied as it was full of tissue paper. The hotel tries to fine you for everything, including sheets which they deemed 'dirty'. Cheap hotel, but there are hidden costs. Avoid!
- Wui Chern (10/5): - Cons: A bit far from the Centre (Erawan, Siam Centre etc.), there has also a midnight bar with live-band next door.
Pros: The staff was attentive and nice, the room is cozy, tidy and clean
Conclusion: I will come back again!
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice and comfortable - Big C is just opposite the hotel and there are several restaurant nearby. But a bit far from BTS station however the hotel provide transportation to the nearest BTS station. Overall good to stay.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Close to all the good eatery place - They provide shuttle service to bts. Next to big C supermarket.
- Ludovic (10/5): Excellent hotel in Ekamai - Excellent hotel, 10min walking distance from Ekamai BTS station, with a Big C Supermarket just outside and plenty of shops and eating places around
Very big and pleasant room
- Allan Alberto (8/5): Good sleep in Bangkok - Hotel in a very good condition, and good service provided. The hotel is located 8-10 min walking from the train station, so mobility is easy and safe from this place. This place is great if you want to avoid the noise and busy nightlife sounds from Bangkok during your sleep. The restaurant in the rooftop has a great view from the city, and the food was good too. There's a shopping centre in front of the hotel if you wanna do some grocery shopping or buy a coffee. I stayed for two nights, I had a very good time in the city with my friends, and after I was done with the party at 3-4am, we came back to the hotel to have a good sleep.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Room smell like sewer, parties downstairs. - A room that smell like sewer, you will have to bear with the unbearable smell throughout the night. That's only part 1 of the horror. The hotel has only 5 levels, and they had a bar/club at level 2. Party starts at 12 and stretches all the way to 6.30 am. you could clearly hear the music from the club throughout the night.
Combination of both will give you the worst nightmare you ever get. Soundproofing was terrible. You could hear conversations from the adjacent room or people walking along the corridor. I had to check-out after my first night and look for another hotel to end this nightmare. Service staff were fine, but the problem mentions above had to be solved before I would consider this hotel ever again.
- MS La (6/5): At last still disappointed - We stay for 5 nights at here. The only good point is Big C just opposite the road, that's all. There have a bar in first floor and noisily till morning 5am,even we stay at 5 floor still can hear it!so you can image if you stay at low floor should be how terrible. The worst thing let us decided wont recommend this hotel is the staff. We have to go to airport at 4am and we have early booking at reception and paid 50bath booking fees.however when we came down at 3:45am they didn't help us to book the taxi!!The staff at morning shift did not remarks anythings and the staff at night shift look blur and don't know how to settle the matter.so lucky that he still can catch the taxi on road.but it's a terrible experience for us.by the way if you don't mind the noise and think that you wont bad luck as me,then u still can come and stay.
- Kenneth (8/5): Nice hotel - Hotel was okay. There is a supermarket right across the street. The transit station is about a 15 minute walk away. The walls of the room seem like they're paper thin because you hear the other people staying at the hotel locking the doors, walking down the hallway, and even talking. It is very hard to wake up because their are no actual windows to the hotel. They have a fake window with a green patch of fake leafs with artificial lighting. The staff was okay...they weren't too friendly in the beginning when I checked in.
- Lay Wrn (8/5): Nice hotel close to massage and local foods - Pleasant stay and with very clean room. Hotel did have electronic weighing scales to allow you reweigh ur shopping stuff. Hope THA hotel to improve shower heater system cause inconsistent water temperature during shower.
- Hans (10/5): - Good location, near BTS station. Wasn’t able to open the door with the key, so they transfered me to another room for the time being and let me know when its done in the morning, kudos to that!
- Nneka (8/5): Quiet and Accessible - I really loved that the hotel was walking distance from the Ekamai BTS. This made it easy to get around the city. I also loved that it was in a relatively quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of areas like Khaosan Road and the Silom district.
- T (6/5): Budget hotel - Don’t expect too much service from this hotel. Provide just basic. Budget hotel
- GORDON (6/5): Industrial Look Design Hotel - Group of cousins on a short Bangkok holiday. Hotel was nice industrial design. Room size was OK for the price. Location was good with a supermarket, Starbucks, Japanese good places just across the street. One major problem was car parking. There was insufficient space to even stop the car to pick up guests.
- Alan (8/5): Great place - The staff were amazing especially the cleaning ladies and the manager a true legend and the heart of the hotel ...
- GORDON (8/5): Industrial Look Hotel - Bangkok Holiday Trip for a group of cousins. Lots of shopping, eating and fun. Hotel location was fine, though still a little far from BTS if you walk. Generally, hotel was OK. Nice design, industrial look. But service was so-so. Staff not too enthusiastic. Another problem was car parking. There is very few spaces for guests or their visitors to park. Lots of expensive clubs across the road though if you are looking for some new thai girlfriends!
- TIEN LING (10/5): - Most of the shop close quite early.
Its more a residential area. Overall the stay is pleasant
Only the inconsistency of water pressure
- Shane (10/5): Awesome Accommodation - Our stay at the hotel was a very pleasant experience. From the friendly front desk to the cleaning staff that go out of their way. The rooms were clean and everything was working. The location is ideal with BTS just a stroll away. Would definitely go back again if the opportunity arises.
