- MASANORI (4/5): 値段が安く立地が良かった - ロケーションが良かった。 無料のコーヒーとウォーターサーバーがロビーにあって利用させてもらった。 ウォーターサーバーの下の戸棚の中にスマホの充填器があり借りる事が出来た。 冷蔵庫が部屋に無いがロビーにあるのを使用出来た。 設備の不具合が多かった 扉入って右にあるカードキーを挿す所にキーを挿しても接触が悪いのか電気が点かなかった。部屋にある緑茶のティーパックを一緒に挿して電気を点ける事が出来た。 ホットカーペットのボリュームを最大にしても布団が薄く寒かった。

- Amanda (6/5): Location is great but room cleanliness and the worn & damaged furniture/fixture needs improvement. - Location was great being close to shopping, food, and public transportation. Condition of the furniture and walls was poor. The tables were very worn and scratched up and walls had noticeable patches. Bathroom sink had mold around faucet, bathtub had rusted parts, and bathroom glass door didn’t look like it had been cleaned. There was even a bad aid left on the rooms light/temperature control panel.

- Bianca (5/5): - The bed was super comfortable. The air conditioning was perfect. The mini fridge was clean. The room was very clean except for some wallpaper cleanliness and the bathroom. There was quite a bit of mold behind the toilet, and a lot of black mold underneath where the shower is held. Also black mold behind the sink. If I took a hot shower, it was make it easier for the mold to affect me. If they could treat those areas, then I would give them a 10/10.

- miki (5/5): 立地は良かったけどリピは無しです。 - 立地がとても良くてメイン通り沿いにあるので荷物を置きに帰ったり休憩出来て良かったです。 窓にも網戸が付いていて窓を開けられて良かった。 3種類の充電ケーブルが設置されていてコンセントも1箇所にまとまって3口あるので困らなかったですが枕元にもコンセントや照明の操作ができるような設備があれば嬉しいです。 バスタオルが無く、普通のタオルが2枚置いてありました。 値段がとても安いので値段相応と感じました。 部屋に入った途端にすごい消毒液の匂いと湿気でした。 幸い窓を開けられる仕様だったので全ての窓を開けて２日目にやっと消えました。 部屋の隅はホコリが溜まってて気分は悪かったです。 後、浴室のドアがテープで補強されていて開けるたびにテープのバリバリした音がするし、シャワーの固定位置がとても高くて不便でした。 後、廊下が変な香水？のような強烈な匂いがする。

- Mateusz (7/5): Za swoją cenę bardzo dobry wybór - Pokój ma fenomenalny standard jak na swoją cenę w porównaniu do Europy - we Włoszech byłby 5 razy droższy. Lokalizacja na tyle na ile się orientuję była w porządku. Toaleta jest niesprzątana, a przynajmniej takie sprawia wrażenie. Podobnie okna - wyglądają jakby ktoś ostatnio mył je chwilę po budowie budynku. Dodatkowo, personel w recepcji nie zawsze był dostępny, ale być może to akurat przypadkowa sytuacja.

Hotel room is big but rundown. There were no towels for shower, no safe and small window. Room is dark and not well maintained. Bidet in the toilet apparently is only for show since the receptionist told us that it is not working for all the rooms.

- Aisah (5/5): Central location - Location - right above the shops, around BIFF Square and not far from Subway stations. Only 5-minute walk to Jagalchi Market. The room is quite spacious. Room slippers were provided. The receptionists could hardly understand and/ or speak English so we had to use google translate App at all times. The hotel only allocate1 bath towel so had to ask for an extra bath towel. The hotel does not provide floor towel/ mat. The toilet bidet did not work. Dust on window frames and bed headboard.

- Michael (3/5): Poor - location Bad value for what I paid - I found out after booking it that the hotel’s typical rate is around 30k won but the rate you gave me was at least five times that. The bed was uncomfortable, there were holes in the walls just covered by tape, it had an unpleasant odor, room service did not change bath towel or make the bed, and overall it felt like a cheap motel room by U.S. standards. The building should be renovated. This experience has made me rethink whether to trust booking agents in the future.

- Xin (5/5): Superb location - The hotel is located in a rather central location of Busan, and many attractions such as the BIFF Square is within walking distance from the hotel. The room is also rather spacious and free water is provided at the hotel lobby for all hotel guests in the form of water bottles. The room was rather smelly and it was clearly evident that someone had smoked in the room prior to our stay. There were also a lack of power outlets, which made charging our phones difficult even for two people. The toilet cabinet was also broken. Overall, our stay was somewhat unpleasant, but not to the point where we would have requested a change in the room, as the room had a comfortable chair and was very spacious for us to place our luggage.

- Michael (3/5): Do yourself a favor, look for a better hotel - Location The rooms are very small, thorn and dirty wallpapers, dirty, rooms, disgusting, the mattress is hard as a rock, with bumps. We stayed 2 nights, the rooms were not made, no cleaning service, we complained, got no explanation. No lobby, no place to keep lagguage, Entrance to hotel from street and shared elevator very very very dirty, . The front dest staff does not speak or understand English. Hard to understand this unfriendly behavior, refused to help us to order a taxi to the airport. Do yourself a favor, look for a better hotel.

They didnt specify that they didnt hve parking their building, so it was difficult to park at the nearby cinema parking lot, walk with kids and luggage, and then pay 10 dollars for it :/ should say theres no parking and that if you need it, you should provide it as a service!
