• Sandra (9/5): This hotel and the Rosemary, are located in a peaceful area of Hoi An - The facilities were very good, clean and nicely decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful. When we checked in, we were informed that the room we requested was not available but we could stay at their sister hotel, The Rosemary Hotel, next to them in a better room than the one we reserved, one with a balcony. We agreed so we walked about a 100 yards and checked in at the Rosemary and got a room with a balcony. Almost exactly as the one we had reserved. A discount would have been better. The staff was helpful and Nguyen was very accommodating with this issue

• Lucie (6/5): Séjour assez décevant dans l’ensemble - Ce que j’ai aimé c’est la réactivité du personnel, leur gentillesse et leur implication. Dès qu’il y avait un soucis (et Dieu sait qu’il y en a eu pas mal) il le réglait dans la demi heure. La chaleur de la piscine était très agréable. L’emplacement vraiment top car c’est pile entre la plage et le Hoi An Old Town. Très accessible à pied ou à vélo (15min) Malheureusement beaucoup trop de choses.. Nous avons d’abord été subjugués par la beauté de l’hôtel en arrivant, mais lorsqu’on entre dans le détail, c’était une catastrophe. Les équipements de la salle de bain (douche/bain) se dévissaient, le grand pommeau de douche ne fonctionnait pas, la cuvette des toilettes se levait en même temps que le couvercle, le balcon toujours très salie par terre (peut être dû à la pollution je ne sais pas mais 5 min pied nu et on avait les pieds noirs) L’hôtel fourni des vélos gratuits, mais les 2 premiers jours nous avons eu la peur de notre vie. Le siège bébé n’était pas vissé.. pas du tout, ce qui fait qu’il est tombé en arrière avec notre fils à l’intérieur, on a évité le pire sincèrement.. sur ce même vélo, la chaîne a déraillé à 4 reprises. Quand nous avons prévenu le personnel, ils ont réglé la problématique que lorsque j’ai demandé à parler à la responsable.. le siège bébé avait été attaché par un câble USB (???) et dès le lendemain après avoir parlé à la responsable, les vis étaient revenues. Il n’y a pas de casque (pour les enfants / bébés par exemple) Le frein droit était cassé. Malheureusement ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel mais la rue qui se situe derrière l’hôtel contient un énorme poulailler et de nombreux chiens errants, ce qui nous a valu d’être réveillé à 3h - 4h - 6h etc par le coq, et les chiens qui aboient. Et ce, parce que l’insonorisation est inexistante ! Les 2 premiers soirs notre voisin de chambre parlait si fort qu’on pensait qu’il était dans le lit avec nous. C’était insupportable. Les bruits extérieurs s’entendaient tellement que nous pensions avoir laissé des fenêtres ouvertes… Les rideaux des chambres ne sont pas occultants, à 00h il y avait les lumières de dehors dans notre chambre, malgré les rideaux tirés. Nous avons fait la réclamation auprès du personnel et dès le lendemain, des rideaux occultants avaient été ajouté à notre chambre et ça a vraiment amélioré nos nuits.

• Agnes (10/5): Un hotel con encanto y tranquilo cerca del centro de Hoi an - Un hotel precioso con estilo, cuidado, con un jardin exhuberante y con una piscina fantastica. Estuvimos super bien y con una relacion calidad/precio estupenda. Los empleados son muy atentos y considerados y hacen todo lo posible para que tu estancia sea perfecta. Nos prestaban las bicicletas gratuitamente, que fue perfecto para pasear por Hoi an, pero tal vez algunas biciletas necesiten un poco mas de mantenimiento. Por otra parte, usabamos la sillita infantil pero solo habia una, y como habia otra familia, instalaron/compraron otra (sin pedirlo) para que todos pudieramos coger las bicicletas. Son muy atentos!

It’s best for couples and for individual tr - The beautiful gardening and mostly the staff were absolutely wonderful. The facility is a bit old and not in perfect condition. The bath was a bit weird because of the size. And no door separation between it and the room.

• Marina (10/5): Best place in Hoi An - Our stay was amazing. It was my husband’s birthday and we asked if they could do anything to make the day special. When we got to the room there was a birthday cake for him and a Happy Birthday on the bed written with banana leaves. The lady from reception was extremely nice and made our stay perfect. Breakfast was super nice and you can also borrow bicycles on the reception. It was a bit cold so we only used the pool once, and it was good too. Totally recommended!!! • Martin (9/5): Comfortable boutique hotel with very friendly staff - The staff is exceptionally friendly. The room was very beautiful and everything was very clean. We could also use a bicycle for free. That was very practical, so we could go to the old town and the beach by bike. The hotel is located in the middle of the two, closer to the old Town tough. The breakfast was also very good. And there is also a swimming pool, which was also very nice. The internet connection is very slow in the rooms. However at the reception the internet was much quicker. But It didn’t bother us that much because we could go to the reception and the staff is so friendly. For the rest everything was perfect !

• Clare (8/5): Nice and quiet property set back off the road - Lovely boutique hotel set back away from the road so nice and peaceful. We had a family room which was really spacious and worked well with a lovely view over the pool area. The staff were all very friendly and we were made to feel very welcome. The breakfast was good, lots of choice for everyone. Lovely coffee too. Nice little area with lots of good local restaurants. 25 minute walk into the centre of the old town but taxis are very easy if you don’t want to walk Only negative is that the gym wasn’t usable

There is a beautiful vibe - I loved the location , the staff and the locals there at the little markets and stores were just the friendliest people I have ever met. The photos on the site look nothing like the rooms. The pool was grotty, the grounds were unkept. They say there is a gym onsite but there is not. We moved hotels the moment we arrived and they would not refund any of our stay.
• Galina (10/5): - Хороший маленький отель. Почему то совсем нет русских. За 7 дней так никто и не заселился, зато европейцев полно. В колониальном стиле, весь беленький, чистенький. Территория маленькая, но бассейн, цветы, пруды с рыбками и садик поместились. У меня был только завтрак. Шведский стол: без изысков, но салаты, горячее, мясо, выпечка, иогурты, 5-6 видов фруктов, соки (натуральные!!!) и кофе вполне достаточный выбор. До моря 4 километра, но это при бронировании понятно. Есть бесплатные велосипеды. 15 минут и ты на море. Зато близко старый город. Персонал безупречен. Стараются помочь во всем. Не меняйте деньги в отеле. Курс очень низкий. И платите донгами, при оплате долларами потеряете на курсе!!

• Yanmei (9/5): In general, it’s definitely good value for money. - Friendly staff, amazing breakfast, nice decorations of the room with a pool view. This resort is well located and is about 2KMs to Hoi An Ancient town. The toilet is a bit small. It’s hard to move around inside.

The review is more about the sister hotel, the rooms were bigger and better appointed. The palace is ok, rooms can be a big small and i had trouble with the ac and wifi. Staff were fabulous and very accomodating.

Infelizmente no quarto que ficamos o banheiro era separado por um cortina, foi um pouco desconfortável no começo mas nos adaptamos
• Sylvia (10/5): Wonderful! - Wish we could have stayed longer in Hoi An Garden. Its just a very very comfortable, relaxing place to be after walking around in Hoi An and back to the room. The pool is great, the breakfast was expecially declicious, complete, and nutritious. The staff!! they are definitely excellent! NONE. We love everything in Hoi An Garden

• Martha (8/5): Good value for money in an easily accessible location. - Very welcoming small hotel who upgraded us for free and were very helpful throughout our stay. The room was lovely and the pool is a decent size. Staff, particularly Bao, were great and extremely apologetic about a noisy party next door one night, bringing us a gorgeous fruit platter. Bikes are available free which makes getting around much easier. The breakfast was good but the coffee was disappointing and there was no real bar or restaurant service in the evening when we were there.

• Solo1969 (10/5): Luxury hotel, highly recommend - This hotel has been the best we've had in Vietnam so far. It's so luxurious, has big rooms, and is such great value. We loved the beautiful bathroom, comfy beds, balcony, and room facilities. The pool is great, too. Amazing choices for breakfast, and the biggest buffet we've seen.. It's only 2km from Old Quarter. Use free bicycles, walk, or catch a GRAB. We have been spoilt from the moment we arrived by the front desk staff & hotel staff. Thank you! It's my daughters birthday and they surprised her with a b'day cake & rom decorated. Wow, so special. Highly recommend this hotel 👌 Nothing.
• Dirk (10/5): We have made this our home away from home, in Hoi An. Not much more to say, really! - Large comfortable rooms in a garden setting, and very quiet. This was our second visit and all aspects seem to have improved, especially the now excellent breakfast. It’s a short Grab ride (US$1.50) from the old town, which is a quiet relief in itself, but is also on the way to An Bang Beach, a highly recommended must-do day trip. Everything is immaculately clean, beautifully managed and the staff could not be nicer or more helpful. Nothing. We’ll stay here again and I am already looking forward to coming back.

Also the most comfortable bed I have slept in in the whole of Asia. Nothing

• Mirovsky (10/5): Exceptional - We arrived to find a leakage from the AC, but the staff responded immediately and were incredibly helpful. Since no other rooms were available, they upgraded us to a room at their sister hotel, Rosemary Boutique Hotel. The staff were outstanding, especially Phuong, the hotel manager, who took exceptional care of us after the unfortunate start. Thanks to their incredible hospitality, we ended up extending our stay by five extra nights! This is truly the place to stay in Hoi An. I liked everything about this place.
